First off thank you to Carl Bowers and Sierra Carlson for your kindness, profesionalism, understanding and willingness to help. Absolutely outstanding!

The only reason i am leaving a 4 is because of issues i have been having lately. A few months ago i was getting approved for things and just this past month or two it seems like my score has went down. I have been with National Credit Care for about a year and a half now and i know things take time. I want to say that overall, i am very pleased. They have definitely helped in building my credit and getting things removed. Also, every time i call, I have the pleasure of speaking with someone amazing.
