Today I called and spoke with Desiree she was amazing! I called for a simple file update but she informed me of everything going on with my account and she also answered all questions that I had by tell me what decision would help me better! I truly feel like we are on a great path to get me where I need to be for home ownership! Thank You Desiree & the wonderful NCC Team!! You guys are awesome!
