I signed up for NCC in order to raise my credit score for a home loan. After 3 months they had raised up by 80 points and got me to the 620 medium score needed to secure my loan. Along with deleting many negative items on my report. Definitely worth the money thank you Jeremiah Hafar and the whole NCC team.

Oliver did an excellent job with me on the phone today. I was totally discouraged and had actually not allowed a payment on my account because of it. But the information and services He provided me with today changed my mind totally. I am really glad I spoke with him. After reviewing my credit file I can see where there has been great process on my accounts and several items have been deleted. He has also taken the time to follow up with me by email. If all of your people provide the kind of customer service He does Your company will continue to be a great success. I have been a business owner for almost ten years now and my success has been based on the quality of my product and my ability to provide excellent customer service. Stanford Hernandez was very knowledgeable and considerate of all of my questions. As for National Credit Care their service is amazing it's only been a month and my score has jumped from the low 600s to a 713

The people working here really care about your financial success and work with you on your goals. I have gotten advice on things like surprise medical bills, lending agents and most recently on my lease. DC was super helpful, he reviewed the documents I sent him and gave me all the information he and his team found and suggested articles to help me make an informed decision. I feel very comfortable reaching out to NCC about any big financial decision because they don t make judgements or make things difficult they just present as much information as they can and are very understanding and supportive. Also, my credit score has astronomically improved since I began working with them. I highly recommend this service to anyone who is ready to get serious about their long term financial goals.

This Company is amazing!!! They are easy to deal with, if you have a problem or need to give/get updates...they are ALWAYS helpful and willing to note your account and get it done! I.E. I got tired of a few companies raising and lowering my credit limit without my knowledge, and it messing with my credit score! So I canceled them, which means I'll take a hit on my credit report, but NOT for long and they agreed when I informed them of what I had done. Zach Archuleta was very helpful and supportive of my decision about closing these accounts when I told him what I'd done. Zach, thanks so much for easing my mind about it...I was worried before talking to you.
They have been nothing but supportive and helpful to help my Husband & I achieve our goal of fixing our Credit. I can't say enough, or thank them enough for everything that they do! I'll recommend them to everyone that needs help with this problem...and do! They make it very easy!

I recently called with concerns on my account, and dealt with Marissa Cortez. She was one of the most helpful people I spoke with at NCC about my situation. She took her time to go over all 3 of my credit reports individually, and explain what I needed to do, and what they were doing on their end. I recommend you try to work with her if possible. She was very polite, and very professional.

This service was great until I had to cancel for financial reasons. My husband and I are expecting a loss of income of $500/month and have to trim all extra spending. I just spoke with Jake, my account manager, to cancel my services and i was so incredibly disappointed with his level of professionalism. When I refused Jake's offer to postpone a month's billing, he started trying to convince me by talking over me and not letting me get a word in edge wise.

When I asked him to stop, he got defensive and said he was just trying to be nice. When he realized I wasn't going to go for his offer, he abruptly said my services were cancelled, final payment would come out on the 1st and hung up.

I was going to resume services once we figured something out because I valued the service the company gave, but now I will not.

I have nothing but positive feedback to say about my costumer service representative with Shonelle Lorey. She gave me great costumer service and was able to help me with all my questions. She always sounded like she knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to give me great pointers about a settlement I had to do. She went above and beyond I would definitely recommend her. She was AMAZING........Thank You Shonelle!!!!

Good as long as you keep paying. But get to the point where you want to cancel and than they put your number in a loop feed where you can not talk to anyone. You are in that loop for as long as you keep on the line.

If I could give lower then one star I would I cancelled after a rude phone call with the counselor, "no hassle cancel" maybe in my dreams been a night mare my checking account still gets charged every month I call talk to the mangers then send me a refund check and apologize but the refund check is thirty dollars less and I still get charged the following month after he swore this was done back to the phones again tomorrow for the 4 month in row trying to cancel and getting ripped off in refunds this place is a nightmare

I was referred to NATIONAL CREDIT CARE October 2017. In five months my scores have jumped over two hundred points and the other two have increased over 150 points. I AM in awe of the great work they have done. Divorce and emergency surgeries ripped my credit into shreds but I am now back on track. I wanted to share this great news with other people and maybe someone else needs National Credit Care services. This is the BEST INVESTMENT I have made in a long time. BE VERY CAUTIOUS!!! This program is designed for you to take control. You pay them and they do not call you with any updates. Stay on top of them on a regular basis. Also, make sure if you are using them to help you purchase a house to cancel the service and ask for an email confirmation. They continued to charge my card for several months (yes, somewhat my fault for not reviewing my bill more carefully). However, when I called, they claimed they had been working on my file for months. When I asked for an update, I never got one but they were happy to call me everyday to ask for a final payment. There are better services out there that put the customer first. Do your research!

I was originally referred here by a lender to work on credit issues. I will no longer work with that lender as well. Too bad for him we were planning to purchase our first home at 400k. There goes your commission right there.

Quick historical background and ROI story, I have invested almost $900 in this company for the past 10 months and my score has only increased 20 points. This is not even enough to qualify for pre-approval.

Let me break down the logistics for you:

You will have to pay $150 upfront and $89 monthly thereafter. Want a refresh of your credit report? That s $15 right there that you have to pay on top of your $89.

They will have you log into a portal to identify the accounts that you need to dispute and they will take it from there and then silence. Literally silence for months. No follow-up calls or letters. You will have to call them for updates. They will not send you letters, or assign you to an account manager. When you call, it s the same theme, oh wow, we have done xyz to your credit. We are almost there!

With very poor (and slow) results, I concluded that there is no return of investment here. So I sent them an email stating to cancel my membership and I am no longer doing business with them. After doing so I received 5 calls from a senior account manager asking to go over my file . Oh, so where the heck where you guys when I was asking for updates? I was also told them they are charging each month after work has been done so therefore I still owe them $89. I emailed back asking for transactional receipts because there is now way I am paying that.

The scenario that solidified my decision to leave was when I spoke to Timothy, their senior account manager. He hit it off by telling me there s a lot of bad credit history and while we are progressing, it just takes time. Well,idiot, isn t that your job to get rid of bad credit history? I challenged him how come Im not seeing results for the past 10 months? When my friend, who had worse credit history than me was able to raise their score by 60 points in a year and now closed on their house? He stated on and on about how reputable of a company they are and that they have thousands of clients and that I knew nothing about credit because my friend s scenario is different than mine. I immediately responded with, but where are your results? That s when he started arguing with me and aggressively raised his voice. Dude, I handle high profile clients for a living in corporate america and the unprofessionalism he displayed is unacceptable. I immediately messaged their marketing director to file a complaint against him and low and behold, Heather just sent one of her account managers to diffuse this conflict.

Save your money and either do it yourself or work with another vendor. This is a waste of time and if they keep harassing me, I will definitely lawyer up.

Screw you NCC and I hope you get impacted by COVID. You dont deserve to prosper in your business after scamming hopeful clients

Every sense I have been in the NCC program, I have seen my credit score increase by 6 points. Every time I have talked with them, they have always been very polite and patience with me. They have always explained what they were sending out and the results of their investigations. And today Taylor Major was also very pleasant to speak with. He really helped me understand that I should wait to de-activate my enrollment so that they could investigate more negative things against my credit. Overall this company is NOT a scam and they really do help you build your credit!

To be honest when I called in to review my girlfriend's client file and what had been accomplished over the past three months, I was not pleased and ready to leave the company and search for alternative solutions. I can say without a doubt that Crystal Archuletta saved a client from leaving NCC. The problem I was experiencing was not on the end of functionality of the company but on the customer service side. We had done everything that was asked of us, and yet when I wanted a status update I kept hitting brick walls. Crystal not only broke down why we were hitting the brick walls, but ensured it would not happen again, and finally, walked me through the entire process brick by brick for 20 minutes until I actually understood what was going on. My highest recommendation for NCC as a credit repair company is to make sure you have Crystal working on your account in order to make sure you not only understand the process but are constantly updated on said process. Crystal - Ask you owner/manager/boss for a raise because you not only saved them the loss of a client but are helping contribute to the revenue they bring in to maintain the company.

Ok so today i was going to go through with cancelling my membership with the company because of certain things i thought/didn t think were happening, but i got of change of heart thanks to Noah! Not only was he extremely helpful in letting me know what the mistakes were, but he really helped me in so many other areas! He helped explain what was missed on the report, what actually was taken off, what got worked on, late payments, and the real helper was explaining everything i needed to know about a credit card being that i am real skeptic about them! It took one month& I had questions I didn't even know existed& this was (and is) Very important to me!!!
I had never spoke to Noah until my last call. I had left message or spoken to others.
I tried to explain my concerns.. He understood before I had to go through it all.
Noah told me answers to my comcerns& what to expect next.. So the stress wouldnt have to build up ,& worrying.
I knew what could or would happen soon and what to do!

I called in the other day with some questions regarding my account, more or less a status update. Jane was busy at the time, which by the way, she is always pleasant to talk to you and deal with. However, she did transfer me to Bill bowels. He did a great job, it's always nice when you can call a company and actually have a conversation with somebody. He was very informative, and knowledgeable about everything going on with my status and was able to give me some tips and point me in some direction. Not only did he answer my questions we also engaged in small talk regarding off-road vehicles and hunting which is nice . It really gives you a feeling almost like you're talking to a friend instead of some drone that's brainwashed to say certain things or act a certain way. I've been more than pleased with national credit care's level of customer service. They are truly experts in what they do.

Was not to pleased with the work done by NCC. Was with them for a year and barely experienced any change in my scores. Worst part comes when you try to cancel your services provided by them. They charge on the backside so I cancelled at the end of my billing cycle June 16th 2015, which covered my May 16th through my June 16th but the still charged an additional month after I closed my account saying there was still things "pending". Will not use there services again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know.

The Service I received was fantastic. I say fantastic because of the results, the service has been performed exactly as described and I have not had the need to "babysit".

After working with Kay jones I felt like a 300lbs weight had been lifted off my chest, she broke everything down to us and explained in great detail what to expect.
