This company started off good. Then after a year of NO significant changes I asked to cancel. They had a different rep every time who barely knew anything about my file. Then I requested 3 different times to have my account cancel yet they kept charging me. As a single mom this was very hard and loosing hours due to Covid-19 I could barely afford lights and food! This was a hardship I explained that yet they just said ok but do you have the payment? I m so hurt more than anything because I truly am having a hardship.
