Started my account in May 2020 nothing has been do...

Started my account in May 2020 nothing has been done on my account. In June when it was time for payment to come out I didn't have the money. So on a totally different date they took money from my account. I have been calling for 4 days to close my account and I get hung I p on and put on hold for hours. I simply want my account closed and my money refunded to me since I have not utilized their service.
