In 2015 I worked with GENTRY and she was amazing.

In May 2016 I spoke to a BILL and requested to cancel services. He didn't, although I was pretty clear.

July 26, 2016, I get an invoice from billing and I respond that I have already requested to cancel services.

July 27, 2016, I get an email from VANESSA RANGEL stating she needs another payment because per the notes from BILL, I didn't cancel services.

July 29, 2016, A PAYMENT WAS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD.

August 18, 2016, I get an email from DESIREE DALLAS stating she doesn't want to pester me but investigations have printed and are time sensitive and she's trying my hardest to raise my scores. So give her a call for payment so she can continue with investigations.

September 2, 2016, I get ANOTHER email, this time from SETH KERR stating he knows I requested to cancel but we do still have it open and he wants to talk to me about keeping it open or closing the file.

WHAT ELSE NEEDS TO BE DONE FOR ME TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT I WANT TO CANCEL SERVICES?

I have been working with Dan Wray at National Credit Care since October of 2018 and in the last eleven months has done an outstanding job correcting my credit. The effort to set out on this journey single handedly would be monumental, exhausting and not to say extremely time consuming.

Working with National Credit Care they do all the work and the credit reporting agencies send me all the updates from the request made on my behalf of the work done by National Credit Care.

Then when I call to talk about where we are in the process (By the way the credit dilemma did not happen overnight so I don't expect it to be corrected overnight) they answer everyone of my question thoroughly and review every aspect of the work they have done to date on my behalf, and if that takes ten minutes of over an hour it is never a problem.

In life we can fall on hard times and overextend ourselves creating a problem that we sometimes can t see the end of. Working with National Credit Care you can rest assured, they will do everything in their power to correct your credit issues.

I was at my wits end on being able to get anything in my husband's name since his credit was so bad. When trying to get a car the sales person recommended this company. I was scared to death to try and let someone help us fix our problems. When I called and talked to the Gwen about help with our credit, I decided to give it a try since NCC was the cheapest I had found, along with the referral. Boy am I glad I did. It was nerve racking the first 45 days since you did not know what was truly happening, yet! But, after receiving his first report and seeing things fall off so fast, I was shocked. It only took 3 months for his credit score to go from not even registering, because it was so bad, to a 600. NCC took the stress out of everything. I even forgot they were doing anything until I checked the mail and received a letter with even more positive for my husband. I am now having them start cleaning my report to help us get into a house. I was going to close out my husbands account since all that was left was one account left to work on, and it only took 6 months to get here, but after talking to Priscilla she made me really have a second thought on closing his account. She advised me that since we are so close to looking pristine, why not finish it out. I mean isn't that what we are paying for why stop with only 2% left to work on. I did not want to start on myself until we finished his, but I am so confident with her advice, I went ahead and budgeted myself in. Thank you NCC for taking all the stress out of years of tears and set backs in our lives. I cannot wait to have myself worked on to get into our future home.

I've been with them for almost a year now and they have helped me out incredibly. I'm a very skeptical person so in the beginning I was a little unsure about their program. Sure people feel "I can do it myself" working in that field before and knowing the stuff you have to deal with I'd rather pay 69 dollars a month than have to deal with the calling of creditors to try an resolve things. They are very knowledgable and know the proper channels to take to resolve any issues. I only had one concern, I was having trouble getting the first two women I was dealing with to respond to my emails, in event my credit card number changed and sure enough I was getting emailed. Oliver called and was very helpful in making sure all my questions were answered and went above and beyond to review my case to let me know the next steps and gave me his contact information, when he said he would call he did. Overall, it has been a great pleasure working with them, my scores have gone up and I hope by the end of next year with all their help, I'll be closing on my next home. I highly recommend them if you want to raise that score!

When I called National Credit Care I was very nervous but the representative Tony has put my mind at ease, he was able to answer all of my questions. They got us our house. I realized that when it comes to fighting the credit bureau that allows shady folks to purchase old collection accounts for pennies then placed them on your credit in hopes of collecting from you it's important to have someone that knows the legal aspect of it. If you listen to exactly what they say you can raise your score over 100 points in three months.

National Care Credit has been great in helping me reach my potential goal. I called in to gain a status update for my credit and I had the pleasure of working with Nero. He was very knowledgeable and clear on the plan of action, as well as what the company achieved thus far. We discussed future goals and ways to work towards them.

Over the last 6 or 7 months I've talked to several representatives from NCC. Jade has been a pleasure to deal with . She has taken the time to listen to my problem and a willingness to help with it .in the past I've felt like I was being shuffled from one person to the next and kind of dragged along. Jade isn't like that she listens to your questions and gives you an answer . If the answers not what you were hoping to hear , I feel like she was totally honest with me in advising on my situation and what I need to do . When I would contact NCC alot of times it was like "thanks for calling ,call us next month maybe we can tell you something then". If you are having some doubts that this might be another credit repair scams, stop right there. National Credit Care has brought our credit score up 100+ points! Now this did not happen over night, we have been with them for 1 year (they had a lot of work to do), but we were thrilled as we did not think that they would be able to take off a couple of the collection disputes, which they did. (Not only improving our Fico Score, but saving us a few thousand dollars as well)

The one thing that helped our decision to go with this company, is that they work on a month to month basis, and stop whenever you want them too. You are not "committed" under contract to stay if you are not happy.
