I am very dissatisfied with PandGarant's working method. It may be due to the specific people that our cooperative has to deal with, but there is a lot of dissatisfaction about the manager, the technical manager and the director. The manager pulls up too large a pair of trousers, can not count and does not carefully take minutes. Does not respond regularly to emails from members or writes snooping emails on behalf of the board. Especially wry because she is also quality consultant. The technical manager is like a weather-ball, then he is there, he goes away and is replaced, suddenly he is back again and suddenly he is gone again. Because of this, nothing comes of the promises made by him. The director declines complaints and writes exactly the same reaction to two members with different complaints. In short, I feel absolutely not taken seriously and from a manager I expect professionalism and not the same amateurism as that of the board.

Since 2009, our VvE, consisting of 27 apartments, uses the services of Pandgarant (PG). We are satisfied with the quality they deliver. The direct contacts with the manager, including the technical manager, are highly praised. Short lines. You can find out all the protected information about your HOA via the current website and your own portal. PG has also developed well in this area. Incidentally, I believe that being able to continue to deliver good quality implies that a (positive) critical voice can also be expected from the customer.
