I bought a few air filters from them that they said were in stock a month ago. Ends up they were not in stock. They won't cancel my order and they won't pick up the phone or reply to emails. When I finally got a hold of their answering service, the person yelled at me. Do not use this company. Their customer service is horrible.

I've ordered many times from National Allergy Supp...

I've ordered many times from National Allergy Supply and I never had any issues. Except this time. I placed an order on Friday 7/3 and paid for the expedited shipping. On 7/6 I received an email that my order was shipped and that I can use the tracking number provided in the email to track my order.
When I click on the tracking number, it takes me to USPS site that says that they have not received an order yet.

I tried to contact National Allergy Supply by phone multiple times during the day today - no one answered the phone. I left my phone number per their suggestion, but they haven't called me back.

I also tried to chat through online chat. I was informed that this issue was escalated and customer support will contact me. YOU GUESSED IT RIGHT. I have not heard from the customer support either.

I hope they will get their act together and send me my expedited order.

Very disjointed customer :(

I purchased a mask, it was not correct size, I was planning on ordering a larger size but a rep helped advise me on a smaller one and judged the sizing off. I reported the problem to them and even though there are no returns on masks, they allowed me a store credit to get another one in its place that was the appropriate size. I have had no issues with this company for having poor customer service. They were helpful and I appreciated their professionalism.

I have ordered several times from National Allergy...

I have ordered several times from National Allergy and have had no issues at all. I ve ordered 2 air cleaners and filters for each and pillows and pillow covers with no issues. I will continue as long as good service continues. I m not able to track my package however with tracking info that was sent to me.

Purchased down blanket in January 2020. I requested to return the item because of poor quality. I was given an address to send the returned item however, refund has not been received. I have checked with the customer service department several times over these 8 months. David, the representative says he will have someone contact me but no one ever does. FRAUD

Received a tracking number saying my order was shipped. Tried to track and it says USPS awaiting package. Contacted company and could only get an answering service. Requested a call back but didn t receive one. Call again the next day same results. Tried the online chat which resulted in receiving the same email 2 more time with the same tracking number and the same results. Asked to cancel was told orders can t be canceled once they ship but the USPS is still waiting on the package. What a runaround and still no one will call me back.

I tried to order one pair with one each of the medium and large size nostril opener. I was told via E-mail that sure I could do that, by ordering two pairs. That should have been my warning that this company would not understand or help in the future. I read their return and exchange policy and thought it was reasonable so I ordered one pair in medium. The product kept falling out of my left nostril. I called many times to get the Return Authorization Number and no one picked up the phone, and finally I just gave up and mailed in one medium asking for one large. After no response, I E-mailed a request and was told they need the RAN, that THEY DO NOT DO EXCHANGES, and I am welcome to make another order. Broken record. I would definitely order the more conical-shaped nose openers offered from another company.

Purchased the organic mattress cover and it smelle...

Purchased the organic mattress cover and it smelled awful. The pillow cases in the same bag got contanimated by the smell so I had to return them all. I had to pay for the return postage which I can tolerate but after the return package was delivered to them, I waited days and still did not get a refund. I called and they said the package was not returned and the tracking number I gave them shows that it was not delivered. I used the same tracking number and it showed that it was delivered days ago. I now have to email them to show my prove of delivery from USPS and they will process the return if that prove is good enough. Dealing with my money possibly stolen again, I would not shop at this place again.

This place is a SCAM!! There is no customer service. They dupe you by fulfilling a few orders and then don't fulfill an expensive one after taking your money. A bot says they'll "escalate" your concern with their team, but you never hear back and there is not way of talking to an actual representative. STAY AWAY! The same stuff is on amazon, and you'll have a much better chance of receiving what you pay for.

Placed gift orders for Christmas. Two invoices were incorrect. The gift messages were omitted from the packages and the recipients had no way of knowing who sent the gifts. I contacted National Allergy and requested that they notify the recipients of the gift messages and let them know who sent the gifts. Michelle Robinson refused to do that and told me that it was not their problem. Their idea of customer service was to delete the gift message option from their web site. NOT a good place to do business with!

I d give zero stars if I could. I bought some all cotton duvet covers & pillow covers & washed the pillow covers to find out they felt like stiff cardboard after washing. So I decided to return the 3 unopened duvet covers. That was of course on my dime, even though there s no mention of it feeling incredibly stiff after washing, which is fine. My mistake.

Returning them was an enormous hassle. They re open very limited hours & I called multiple times and waited on hold for ages. They repeat the same thing over & over while you wait until you give up after 30 minutes because it s so irritating. You can leave a number to have them call you back eventually but it takes a while. I called after hours once & spoke with someone who couldn t help me, since she worked for an after hours call service, but she tried to sell me all these other weird products and told me what I had ordered didn t work for allergens.

Eventually I got through & had to get special return authorization numbers. I mailed them with the special numbers & it took another month to get the refund. They emailed that I was getting all 3 refunds but only 2 were ever credited back to my card. Now I m on hold AGAIN, 30 minutes now, trying to get them to credit me for the third item. I tried replying to an email but never heard back. Nice people but terrible customer service process designed to take way longer than is remotely necessary.

Misleading!!! I expedited an order to a friend, and found out it would still take NINE days to get there.
I called National Allergy and told them to recall the order FIVE DAYS BEFORE estimated delivery.
The person who I spoke to said that they would contact the delivery person and recall the package BEFORE delivery, and then when the driver made it back to the warehouse, then I will get my refund.
I called again 17 days later, after no refund yet, and left a message.
Instead of a callback, I got a series of rude emails basically telling me no refund, it s my fault, before saying they WOULD go ahead and refund and let you enjoy your holidays .
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HEADACHE.

Never buy anything from National Allergy. They lie about their return policy and even though they say they make returns as inexpensive as possible they supply no return label. At all.
Would cost $48 to return a $70 pillow from Pacific Coast that's supposedly hyperclean. It smells like a barn!

Purchased an armoatherapy/vaporizer unit from the, only worked once. Got the "run around" after contacting them about the problem. Now I'm being told they are waiting for their "vendor" to authorize the return. That was over a week ago and have not heard anything from them. Don't understand why their "vendor" has to authorize the return when the transaction was between myself and National Allergy. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU MAY FIND YOURSELF IN THE SAME SITUATION AS ME!

I was very pleased with the knowledge and customer service from Meshelle Robinson. She helped me to narrow down the products that would work best from my family and Special Need s child who has a tracheostomy. We ordered some allergen free pillows, pillow cases, mattress protectors, nasal rinse, lotion and a few more products. I would recommend this company.

I ordered a Miele vacuum from them. The company never sent me an order confirmation email. I had to call there to confirm that they actually received my order. When I inquired about when my order would ship, they couldn't give me definitive info. When I received an email saying my order shipped, it didn't contain tracking info, shipper info, basically a worthless email. I attempted to call this morning during business hours to obtain further info, their phone just rings and rings. Who doesn't answer their phone during business hours? Company is lacking customer service in a major way and could really improve.

You will think this company is excellent until your order got something wrong.

Long time customer ordering allergy prevention items from this company, did not order much but this company is the first one I search I need for allergy prevention items. every order went smooth till the most recent one.

order ship 8 days ago, but not arrive, also no further tracking information. called support several times, all been told just wait couple more days, you will receive it. actually still not received.

Couple minutes ago, I call again and said please cancel my order, then the lady hung up on me.

Will never buy from this company again.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a Blue Air purifier which was "in Stock". Did not receive any confirmation other than an email from PayPal. Because they do charge up front, that they are good at. Tried to chat and call to find out more about when I would receive my order. David, the chat guy is in Calcutta. Go figure. Said that the "Customer Care" team would to contact me. Did not happen. Called, several times. The people answering were only "an answering service". The second person I talked to was very rude, and took on herself to arguing with me instead of taking down my information. I was told, again, that I would receive a call back which did not happen. I ordered the item 9/11 and I am still waiting despite my payment for expedited shipping. Stay away from these people, there is Amazon Prime.

Prior to ordering I specifically asked about the rules for returns. I ordered approximately $500 in product in one order included in that were 2 pillows, a firm and medium. Firm was WAY to firm so I made a second order for a latex pillow with plans to return the firm one. The order arrived and I called to inquire about the return . First lady took my number and said someone will call you. The second time I called a different lady was rather rude and had an attitude saying she would send the request over to them again and they would call me. I asked if she could give me a hint as to when that may be and she was quick to say we cant get a hold of them back there so I don't know. Just very disappointed in the customer service. Will most likely not order from them in the future due to this. I will say the other products I received I was happy with. But I have never had such a difficult time trying to return something.

This place is the absolute worst. I ordered an air purifier from them 2 weeks ago, 3 days after the order was placed they sent an email saying it was shipped with NO tracking number. Now after repeatedly leaving messages (because they don't answer the phone) that were never returned I finally got some kind of answer from the online chat agent. Also sketchy that their online chat agent is someone named David 24/7. They were finally able to send me the UPS tracking number and it show that the package was deliver 1 week ago and signed for by "PRONO" and no address is given. I live in apartment building with a package room that notifies you if you have a package, I was not notified. I have never had an issue with a single package before in that room.

Whatever you don't buy from this place. Just order directly from the manufacturer if you can.
