I ordered a Miele vacuum from them. The company never sent me an order confirmation email. I had to call there to confirm that they actually received my order. When I inquired about when my order would ship, they couldn't give me definitive info. When I received an email saying my order shipped, it didn't contain tracking info, shipper info, basically a worthless email. I attempted to call this morning during business hours to obtain further info, their phone just rings and rings. Who doesn't answer their phone during business hours? Company is lacking customer service in a major way and could really improve.
