Worst customer service ever. Ordered a Blue Air pu...

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a Blue Air purifier which was "in Stock". Did not receive any confirmation other than an email from PayPal. Because they do charge up front, that they are good at. Tried to chat and call to find out more about when I would receive my order. David, the chat guy is in Calcutta. Go figure. Said that the "Customer Care" team would to contact me. Did not happen. Called, several times. The people answering were only "an answering service". The second person I talked to was very rude, and took on herself to arguing with me instead of taking down my information. I was told, again, that I would receive a call back which did not happen. I ordered the item 9/11 and I am still waiting despite my payment for expedited shipping. Stay away from these people, there is Amazon Prime.
