Nice place to work, very good connectivity from western line i.e. lower Parel station and from central line i.e. curry road station. Overall it's a good place.

This Building is located near to curyroad central Railway station. 2min. walkable from station. you need to the registarion before you go to any company. there are lot of big companies are located in this building like icici securities etc..

Visitor parking available in basement for a fee of Rs. 100 per day. Tower is inside same Mafatlal Mill compound as SBI-Lower Parel Branch. Located right next to Lower Parel Station on the Western Line and Currey Road Station on the Central Line. Large glass building just at the bottom of 2 flyovers, in a highly congested area. During rush hour, keep atleast 15 minutes extra in hand to even enter the tower as there will be slow moving traffic. Building has 3 wings - A, B and C.

Many offices here. Very close to Lower Parel railway station. The lift system is a little weird here so don't be annoyed if you don't get a lift soon. May take you a visit or two to get familiar. There is a Starbucks here too.
