Placed gift orders for Christmas. Two invoices were incorrect. The gift messages were omitted from the packages and the recipients had no way of knowing who sent the gifts. I contacted National Allergy and requested that they notify the recipients of the gift messages and let them know who sent the gifts. Michelle Robinson refused to do that and told me that it was not their problem. Their idea of customer service was to delete the gift message option from their web site. NOT a good place to do business with!
