I've ordered many times from National Allergy Supp...

I've ordered many times from National Allergy Supply and I never had any issues. Except this time. I placed an order on Friday 7/3 and paid for the expedited shipping. On 7/6 I received an email that my order was shipped and that I can use the tracking number provided in the email to track my order.
When I click on the tracking number, it takes me to USPS site that says that they have not received an order yet.

I tried to contact National Allergy Supply by phone multiple times during the day today - no one answered the phone. I left my phone number per their suggestion, but they haven't called me back.

I also tried to chat through online chat. I was informed that this issue was escalated and customer support will contact me. YOU GUESSED IT RIGHT. I have not heard from the customer support either.

I hope they will get their act together and send me my expedited order.

Very disjointed customer :(
