All my friends raved about the NASA space center at florida but when I visited this it was a great experience for me.

I felt like a little child learning about so many new things. I took the space shuttle ride which rotated all about 360 degrees with all twists and turns. It was a lit of fun.

I was not able to take the tram tour and wish I could. If you guys do go make sure to do it 1st thing in the morning as later there will be a lot of people and hours of wait.

Lots to see and do. I wish my kids were older. We will come back when the kiddos are older to do the tram tours. The line was very long for us to wait in line with a screaming toddler. Otherwise I think the adults enjoyed it more.

I like this place a lot, lots of things to do here, must take experience of Virtual Reality and Morphy Ride, and the movies shows with excellent explanations by Astronaut. This site having real model of Boeing 747 Aircraft with Space Craft on the top. Site also having a big cafeteria and store for shopping. Must keep 12 hrs if you want to visit this site completely.

Love Johnson's space center. As a baby Boomer who saw the Apollo missions land on the moon it was very emotional for me to go there. I was 9 and my parents were still alive when Apollo had landed on the Moon. The only reason it did not get a 5 star rating was because of the marketing merchandise. There is no merchandise dealing with the Apollo missions. I wanted to buy an original NASA mug and replicas Of the Apollo Lem and rockets. They were not available at NASA. Fortunately I was able to buy them from Amazon but I would much prefer to buy them from NASA. As baby boomers actually saw the landing on the moon on a black-and-white TV when no one would even leave the room for work that day I would think there would be some merchandise available for us.

This was a great time, so many cool artifacts, exhibits and if you are visiting Houston and have the city pass its a great value. This hits every kid and adults fantasy of going to space. I highly recommend going!

WOW. I underestimated this place. I thought - we don't need the whole day to see space rocks, used rockets and old spacemen?!!!

But I was wrong.

We arrived at 3pm and maybe only did ten percent of the things that the Johnson Space Center has for guests at its museum/activity center. So if you plan on going, go early in the morning so you have the whole day to discover all the fun stuff you can do and the cool things you can look at.

As someone who has dreamed of aliens, planets and outer space all her life, this was my ultimate playground. I was so happy that I ended up buying two orange 'spacesuits' at the Space Traders store. My goodness, they were overpriced but I couldn't stop myself!

The tram ride was the best! They drove us around and pointed out key buildings on the property which is a huge expanse. You will even see deer everywhere.

First stop: Simulated Module Floor where the astronauts train and practice their work. They have a robotics area where they develop and test robot models.

Second stop: The Apollo 18 Saturn V Warehouse. They have a couple of rockets displayed outside and I was just going to look at those and skip the Saturn V. I'm glad I decided to take a peek. I ended up checking out the entire rocket and it took me about 165 steps (I have long legs) to walk the span of Saturn V from top to bottom.

I loved the place and will visit again when I return to Houston!

Always a great time.

Always a great time.

If you compare it to KSC, you're obviously going to find some shortcomings, but if you need a space fix this will get you 100% of the way there.

The new Falcon 9 is incredible. Seeing the grid fins up close left me in awe.

This nasa serves different purpose with Kennedy center in Florida. This one focuses on inventing the most advanced technology and control center. I have been always a fan of NASA and it was my honor to visit both the most important NASA centers.

3.5 stars. Only for the hardcore space fans. In need of major updates, does not take too long to see entire place. That being said there are cool things if you do enjoy space exploration. The rocket is huge and impressive. Little too pricey for what you get, look for discount tickets and save a few bucks for sure.

Do not buy NASA tickets till end of August 2019 to avoid heavy restoration in mission control center. It is absolutely worthless to go there to see mess similar to roadside construction site. Total disappointment and felt cheated!!

Love it here ar JSC. Been coming here as a kid. Now I take my kid here. It has changed a lot over the last 25 year. Learn a lot of US Space history and get to see both the old and new mission control. If you come to Houston you have to go.

For the people who love space Johnson Space Centre is the place. The tramp ride is awesome. The staff are really friendly. They also brief you about space missions.
You also get to see the shuttles, mission control and other structures.
A must visit place for students as a school trip.

We visited the NASA Johnson Space Center at 1601, NASA Parkway, Houston, Texas-77058, USA on 28th August 2019. We were taken through Tram to visit various divisions like Mission Control Station, Astronauts Training Centre, Women in Space self introduction of 6 high level technical officers, Aircraft aviation of Missiles, Space Shuttles, Space Crafts and Rockets. But it is informed that the Rocket launching divisions have now been shifted to NASA, Florida, USA.

However, it was an interesting experience for us to see and enjoy the machinery displays, space shuttles rockets, Museum etc. The excellent work done by the US Government is much appreciable.

It was a bit disappointing. The place felt cchildish, rather an amusement park. The tram ride was badly organised since it involved endless waiting. Even when the tram was full up we just sat there for 20 min more, i have no idea why.
The tram is sadly the only way to get to the saturn V rocket, the only redeeming thing

Its a waste of time and money .. nothing real to see or explore .. only photos and some theater shows .. the most exciting part in the tour was getting into the bus to enjoy the AC after a loooong waiting time outside and what next!! Going to an empty building for 10 min and come back to the center .. in my openion it does not worth to go there

The best place to see the best astrohnautas of all. Once I played with my brother in my rocket ship, this is the # 15 of the best games of the Gonzalez. People, I remind you that I recommend this place because it is really cool, you will see technology amazing toe and the Moon will fall to you, of emotion. The best for the excited civil people, and also for the astrohnautas. Thanks NASA, and may the Force be with you

iNOLVIDABLE visit to NASA in Houston Texas, a different day. A different weekend, a meeting with technology and all the advances of our engineers and people dedicated to research. A great exhibition to remember, two days of gift for our knowledge. We also visited the store and bought clothes for the winter and some gifts to take away.

it's great place to see engineering marvel.Need to take leisure time to go through all informative videos along with displayed parts will give great insights.I think good move to improve the curiosity in STEM for present generations. software only is not interesting, other branches too....

I love those place. If you like to read you can but this one is the long read. One of the place is the rocket and get lot of people are about to taken the photos. People will god bless of y all. Thank you for taken of lot of people. If you like to go to the space. Ask before you get in the rocket, you want to go space, first is going to moon or space station.

Not the greatest of attractions. It was interesting, but with 2-3 hour waits for everything it cannot go down as a recommended attraction unless you have days to spend on just this, and even then I couldn't justify the time spent. Arrive early and splurge for a membership.

A place where you can actually see Saturn 5. Although it is not a launch facility, there is no place more familiar than I thought, but the control center that found Houston in the movie is right here. The space shuttle on display is a mock-up ...

It was awesome, exactly what you'd hope of you're into space and space flight. There's something about seeing artefacts in the place they were from that is amazing, it's not just a museum hoarding other people's ancient statues.

I m absolutely disappointed. The wait for the tram tour is a hoax, they said 1 hour but it was more than 90 minutes. Wait time estimate was incorrect. There s nothing provided to do to spare time waiting in line. No set logistics plans: bunch of people in what so ever line but unknown which is what... no staff around to disclose any information. Considering the money they charge and the brand NASA it holds, this is below possible expectation.

My family took the Level 9 Tour at Johnson Space Center, and we had an amazing time! The tour guide was excellent, and the air conditioned bus was very comfortable. The tour was well organized, impressive, and very educational. We were able to get so many great photos, and it was one of the highlights of our vacation. I highly recommend it!

Great presentation of history, space race, and how the technology has changed and grown throughout our recent history. There are ever changed exhibits, with recent presentations on the latest science concepts and emerging technologies. Very interactive museum, with some great short films, plenty of information, free tram rides to Johnson space center, Saturn V rocket (huge!), and even a good food concession area with alot of seating. Whether individual or group and all ages, there's something for everyone here. I've now brought my 2 sons of 12 and 21 on separate trips. They both said it was a memorable trip and a highlight.

The reason I gave it two starts is because the food is high, it cost to park as if the tickets are not expensive. The tour is something you would want to do but other than that I didn't see the point.

Price of tickets is not too bad for a day out. The exhibits are not that great. The ambiance feels like it is catered to children and it is about the extravagance of NASA as opposed to the historic importance of it. The tour is fantastic and the tour guides are customer oriented and knowledgeable. The cafe staff and gift shop staff are really rude and need retraining. Summer is a busy time and I honestly feel like they had no etiquette.

Good
