Thank you for your excellent service. I ordered an adidas superstar and arived within 48hours but i realize that the size are bigger than i expected so requested an exchange from namshi mobile app and i received the replacement the next day. And their driver named Mudasir Ali is really nice and polite. Thank you namshi team!!!

Would just like to know how is it fare to price with such huge price difference? Agreed there are customs charges and all still how namshi can be keep the amount so much? The brand I am talking about the mast and harbour by myntra where they have priced the top for aed 165 which is equivalent to Rs. 3350 .
Don't you think its too much for same product? 40-50 aed extra would have understood. I know company can sell their brand in any price in current free market economy but charging double the cost is unacceptable.
Will never ever going to purchase from namshi again.

I have bad experience buying perfume from them getting fake product. They charge higher price for less volume and still sent me fake perfume . Please don t buy Hugo boss from them possibly not any perfume . I am not sure about other products .

So bad experiences..it was first and for sure it will be the last.. its written that the delivery to UAE is within 1 to 2 days,I made an order on 6th November 19,Till 10th I have received nothing!I called the customer service, he said it will take around 10 days cause its coming from Turkey! I said it must be mentioned so the customer will be aware
Then Namshi called on13th to confirm the address and the timing as the package has arrived , its arranged to receive it on the same day ,day has ended and the 3 following days too with nothing!I called the customer service morning time 17th and she told me the deliver guy missed the address!
I replied he even didn't bother him self to call , she replied it's not our mistake it's the delivery guy mistake . I thought he is from different company
Then I have received a SMS at night of the same day that the package is out for delivery, although I have chosen the morning time to receive , the delivery guy called from JBR asking in which building I am although my address! is written in mohamed bin zayed wadi al safa2 which totally different than the place he was in
After he arrived 9PM and I received the package.. the chock was at home that the shirt is DAMAGED I wish I post a photo of

over priced, they charged 15dhs extra because I'm paying cash???? aside from the delivery total rip off and poor delivery packaging will not order from them and don't recommend them.

I ordered from Namshi 1 week ago and i got the wrong product so i wanted my money back and when i called they told me When the money is on your wallet you can call and they will send your money back to you. And i called today to get my money back and they told me its not possible and they will call me and maybe i can collect the money from a exchange company....this is unbelievable never had this kind of experience before with any other online company...they send you wrong product and u need to run behind your money if they will give u...i will not accept this and i advice everybody to not buy from this website.

The worse most unprofessional experience ever! Considering the fact that NAMSHI is a " respected international company ". After informing them that I would like to return some items ,according to their policy I have the right to. I have been waiting 2.5 months for them to pick up my order. I have emailed and called many times. My last phone call to customer service was the greatest of all ! To confirm that I have not damaged or used the products that have been in their boxes for the past 2 .5 months.
They asked me to take pictures and submit them to make sure I have not damaged them. Instead of apologising and acknowledging their mistake.
I know times are tough, however as a company that cares about their services they should also care about their customers . Wont be repeated that mistake twice.

It took over two weeks and I still haven t received my first order from this website.
While websites based in UK delivered in 4 working days.
I would highly advise that no one buys from NAMSHI due to their slow, unreliable service.
This was my first and for sure the last order from this business.
And I am definitely deleting this app!

Absolutely terrible service from Namshi. I had missed the call from your driver, called him back 10 minutes later and was told he has left the area. I then called your service line all day Thursday October 31st telling them I needed this particular shipment by Thursday evening, I even asked 2 seperate agents if they could deliver to another address, surely one of your drivers would have been in one of the areas? I was promptly told it s not possible and delivery would now be on Saturday November 2. I then said cancel the shipment, and was told it has been cancelled and would take 10 business days to get a refund. I was now being inconvenienced twice, once by not receiving my order on time and second by having to wait so long for a refund.

On top of all that, I received a message today that the shipment is out for delivery! I called namshi right away, only to speak with your agent who says it s out now and I should liaise with the driver to cancel it. I am shocked at the service and attitude of this agent, why should I liaise with the driver? It is namshi s responsibility to cancel this order, that I requested on Thursday!

I use many e-retailers, but have never come across such inflexibility and a strange policy with regards to delivery. I have paid already for the product, I have someone at home who will answer the door, if you happen to miss the call which is extremely common, how can you leave the area and make us wait days upon days for delivery? I urge you to look into this.

I am so disappointed on the quality of the product I ordered from you. I ordered juicy couture watch and kenneth cole from your BOGO promotion. I thought your products are original since you are acquired by Emaar malls.
The juicy couture is very lightweight and obviously fake when we compared it from my sisters original juicy couture watch.

It breaks my heart coz i save the money that i bought from you to buy a gift for my mom on her birthday but unlucky i trusted a wrong seller.

Now, I can not buy a gift coz the money that i paid in cash to u was not yet returned to me and you said you will refund it thru credit. But how would i use the credit if I dont want to buy from u anymore because of my bad experience?

Please return my money asap so I can buy a good item for my mom.

Never use, they cancelled my order without informing me, other online shopping apps they might cancel but at least they call and apologize, second they hold my money and they didn t release, i sent 5 emails no one ever care or reply to me two weeks already and Money still on hold and no action taken, not recommended at all, will keep writing each and every where about your poor service

I am writing this after having been a regular cust...

I am writing this after having been a regular customer for almost 5 years now. Namshi WAS my go to online shopping app but NOT ANYMORE! i have just deleted the app once and for all.
First, namshi s collections have become very old in style and they barely renew their items. Everytime i try to order an item, there are no sizes available. But what came as the cherry on top and has made me super disappointed, is their misleading language in describing items just to make sale figures. Try buying a pyjama set and u will receive one only piece (top or bottom) based on your luck without having that mentioned in the title description. Finally calling the customer service and telling her that you just lost a 5 year customer, didnt seem like a big deal and was very much welcomed. This only says that a brand that doesnt value its customer, is not worth having customers in the first place.

Very bad service lack of information,I ordered 2 items first then 1 item is too big so I returned it to them,after that i order again 2 pcs of item because they are not giving cash refund so i need to spend the amount that I returned and it s mentioned i need to add 40 dhs again because of delivery charge and the Amount i ordered again is excess of some amount,but to my surprise they just send me 1 pc pg my order instead of 2 and ask for 29dhs charged when I asked the driver he said he don t know never again!!

NAMSHI is one of the best online shopping experience I had so far in Dubai. I ve been shopping with them for almost a year now. It s so convenient. They deliver on the next day. Returns are scheduled immediately after placing the request and refunds processed quickly. You can reach the Customer service department via phone without any issues and the agents do what they say.

Nice selecton of items...until all items arrive namshi is reccommended. However once you may have an issue with your delivery, and then dissapointment follows. I contacted support, via: phone, email, and the generic satisfaction survey. NOBODY called me back, nobody mailed me back...I am lucky my neighbour actually told me they got my delivery and brought the items to my house. If it was up to namshi, now I would be hundreds of dirhams poorer with nothing to show for. I have ordered many times...but this was the last.

Absolute worst experience with delivery service!

Have spent over 9000 SAR in the last couple of weeks and the courier you choose to utilize, Aramex, is absolutely trash!

I m beyond angry that my Husband has to drive 20 minutes out and wait thirty minutes to meet the driver because they are too lazy to deliver as they re supposed to at my home.

Indian guy says he quits delivery and goes home at 3pm when everything, including Aramex, closes down at 7pm (during the phase-out of lockdown)

Saudi guy never answers his phone or delivers and my husband has to travel clear across town to go pick up a package for delivery. (Pretty much it s because my Husband isn t Saudi...let s just call a spade a spade)

I will not be ordering any more from your company due to this issue.
The delivery is half of a customer s experience...use another delivery service please.

I refuse to invest in this companies products if you can t properly deliver the item. Namshi is better than Aramex. Give us, the consumer, the option of getting items delivered via UPS, Noon etc. I d much rather have choices for delivery and even pay more for the delivery if it means a hastle free experience. Aramex is an unprofessional choice. Lazy and unprofessional people should not be Namshi s go-to as a representation and, in part, an extension to the business. It makes your company look like garbage when you have incompetent halfwits in charge of delivery.

I have placed several orders from namshi never had a problem although the quality was not that good, i recieved my order next day or in few days, but when i wanted to make a return they never contacted me i waited for a week and contacted them several times to return my order i also offered to drop the item in thier where house because they did not send someone to pick the item. now it have been more than 14 days for the return policy and they can not return my item it is a waste of money never ordering from them again they can not be trused and will no be willing to return your item!

LOVE NAMSHI! Mainly for the delivery service. It's super fast and today the call centre made an error on the delivery address which meant the driver was sent to my home instead of my office to arrange an exchange. He then called the driver who was managing the area around my office to collect the return whilst he left the new parcel at my home, sending me pictures via WhatsApp to ensure I knew where it was left. It's not often people would go through that much effort to ensure your parcels arrive quickly so I'd like to say a massive thank you to Faiz and the driver who circulates Media City - really appreciate your service today!

I am a client for 5 years and never had to suffer with either my buys or returns until recently with my last purchase and return. The website A&Q is not updated with new instructions, delivery agents are extremely rude , they show up at your door steps without a time or date schedule and since we all at work they tend to show up afternoon and if you are not available obviously they say we will not drop the items. The terrible agent they assigned to pick up my returned items actually had the nerve to hang up the phone on my face. The worst part is that they keep calling annoyingly to rent confirm the address over and over .... on the other hand, the customer service center is not helping much as well. They argue with you why are you angry and mad ..... seriously ?????!!! When I have a low class agent hanging the phone on my face what should I do be happy ?????? The Customer service call agents are just lame and clueless and it only adds gas to the fire . I returned two items and got only one item credit return and it's not even the right credit ??????? This is the worst ever service I have ever had .. I hope Hosam Arab the founder of Namshi realize that he needs to really into better service team if he wishes Namshi to build a real great Empire in GCC

Okay, i have ordered quite a few times from namshi. I must say they have always delivered my order within a couple of days, no matter what. But in my last order, i added a bottle to my shopping bag as it looked beautiful and. I got a very big shock after i got my order delivered. Its a baby bottle i guess or something like that. And even the quality is so poor. I Ordered that for my dad and unfortunately that bottle will go in garbage now. In my suggestion i will ask you all to check the quality properly before u place order. Don t trust their pictures that has been provided. I believe i will never place any order through namshi. 6th street is way better. #DISAPPOINTED

Trying to place an order, but no information about material of the dress. When i asked them- reply was "24-48 hours to let you know about the material"... Common, people are buying online coz they doesn't have time to go to the mall. In this case - what the use of this online shopping !!!! After receiving my question, Tarif (customer support) still asking "do you want me to get the info for you ?" Really? This info supposed to be there in website next to item description. Easier to go and buy from the store
Not recommending to anyone, waste of time !

I just ordered from Namshi last week. The order placing was smooth and easy. However, after few hours my order has been confirmed and I made my payments, Namshi cancelled my order without confirming the reason behind. I emailed them to ask the reason of cancelled order and about my refund. They said there has been quality issue in the items and those are "last stock" already and didn't mention anything about my refund. I kept following up regarding my refund but no response from them up to date. The items they said have quality issue and last stock are still up in their website. Don't you think it's kind of cheating buyers? Their service is horrible. No news on my refund and still selling items that they had said with quality issues!

I have been ordering for years but I am extremely disappointed with my last order. I ordered 3 pairs of heels from this brand called Trendyol. Within less than a month of usage: 1 pair - a heel has completely come out, from the 2nd pair, the tip of a heel has come out and it has scratches on the felt and the last pair just feels extremely uncomfortable to wear. I PURCHASED FITBIT WATCH FROM THEIR WEBSITE AND I RETURNED IT DUE TO UNSATISFYING QUALITY (THE WATCH STOPPED WORKING SUDDENLY).
They did not make any refund. More than 9 days... T. Untrustable website.

They don't answer any e-mail, when they call they don't know what to say...

Keep sending to customer service asking them my order status they replied yesterday the courier called me but my phone out of service, I informed them this is wrong number kindly update with the right number & i wrote it !!
Today i sent them again ask about my order status then customer service replied again the courier trying to call me on the wrong number again !!
Which means you didn t update
& you are waisting my time & money !

I regularly buy on Namshi, especially since they carry some cheaper but still quality brands like 'Ginger'. Never had a problem, but sometimes the sizing may vary between brands. Apart from that, always got quick delivery.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - NO SERVICE - BAD PRODUCTS - NO REFUND

DON'T BUY FROM NAMSHI

I bought 9 pairs of socks recently at a fairly high price (quality).
2 of the pairs were useless after only 1 was because the stitches went loose everywhere as if they were in extremely BAD quality.

I contacted Namshi 20 days ago, asking what I should do.
Heard nothing.

Contacted them again 12 days ago.
Response: Sorry, please give us 24-48 hours more

Contacted them again 5 days ago.
Heard nothing.

Wrote them today again, yet I have given up hope of receiving any kind of service or them standing up for their BAD QUALITY products.

DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH NAMSHI!

STICK TO ASOS OR WHATEVER YOU'RE FAMILIAR WITH!

PS: I buy 30+ packages a year from Asos, Namshi you've just lost what could have been a super good and regular customer.
