Ordered an iteam ,paid by CC,money was taken imead...

Ordered an iteam ,paid by CC,money was taken imeadiatly,however,next day received email that item is not available.OOOKKKK,may be that happends once in a while....Next week ordered another iteam,paid by CC again,same issue!!!Money has been taken and next day email -SORRY ITEAM IS NOT AVAILABLE!!if it is not available why do u take money from the card???!!and why i have to wait 7-10 days when money will be back on card???!!!Called customer service-extremly stupid exuses,called Supervisor of Customer service,SAME!!stupid exuses but completely different from customer service rep.CONCLUSSION-NAMSHI ARE SIMPLY CHEATERS!!!(iteams are still showing as available on the web!!!)
