Absolutely terrible service from Namshi. I had missed the call from your driver, called him back 10 minutes later and was told he has left the area. I then called your service line all day Thursday October 31st telling them I needed this particular shipment by Thursday evening, I even asked 2 seperate agents if they could deliver to another address, surely one of your drivers would have been in one of the areas? I was promptly told it s not possible and delivery would now be on Saturday November 2. I then said cancel the shipment, and was told it has been cancelled and would take 10 business days to get a refund. I was now being inconvenienced twice, once by not receiving my order on time and second by having to wait so long for a refund.

On top of all that, I received a message today that the shipment is out for delivery! I called namshi right away, only to speak with your agent who says it s out now and I should liaise with the driver to cancel it. I am shocked at the service and attitude of this agent, why should I liaise with the driver? It is namshi s responsibility to cancel this order, that I requested on Thursday!

I use many e-retailers, but have never come across such inflexibility and a strange policy with regards to delivery. I have paid already for the product, I have someone at home who will answer the door, if you happen to miss the call which is extremely common, how can you leave the area and make us wait days upon days for delivery? I urge you to look into this.
