Have been trying to place an order of nearly 3k dh...

Have been trying to place an order of nearly 3k dhs for 2 days. No access to cart/shopping bag meaning i cannot edit or add items or even checkout. Have sent mails to customer support with no reply or help. Customer service is clearly very low down on list of priorities as a company and obviously not in need of the business.
