I have been ordering for years but I am extremely disappointed with my last order. I ordered 3 pairs of heels from this brand called Trendyol. Within less than a month of usage: 1 pair - a heel has completely come out, from the 2nd pair, the tip of a heel has come out and it has scratches on the felt and the last pair just feels extremely uncomfortable to wear. I hope you remove this brand completely from your site because I have never been disappointed with Namshi quality. Order Number: AE7C6396845
