Just had surgery 2 days ago and the treatment that given to me was so exceptional. The whole nursing team, Anesthesia care unit, recovery team, Dr. Puig was very Professional, knowledgable, caring, and giving to my care. If I could rate their staffing with 1000 + stars I would.. THANK YOU all So Very Much

I've been to many hospitals with my grandparents but none so bad as this one. Staff, especially receptionists are so useless and rude. You'll wait in the waiting room for 2-3 hours only to be left alone in your ER room for hours to receive any care. Once the CT scanner technician carelessly inserted the IV and it fell out as soon as he left the room. My grandmother started screaming once she saw a pool of blood underneath. Finally that excuse for a doctor came back to the room, instead of apologizing he made it sound like it was my grandmother's fault. I really hope this place finally shuts down after a big lawsuit, cause it's coming sooner or later. If you need help, head to the ST.Francis in Federal way. I have been going there for some time now, and I only have good things to say!!!

I am a regular at this facility until yesterday! I was seen for a stroke. Sat in ER for 11+ hours because there were no beds in ICU , fine that's fine, but no food but a dry sandwich for lunch and then tell me no dinner because kitchen is closed! Wow I've been here though. No for the the reason I checked myself out! I was told by on call DR that there is no meds for dizziness, mind you I was given meds on intake. Then to tell me she had to many people and cant know everything! Now I do expect you to read my chart before we speak! Also I did not consent to a search of my personal property (my purse) I felt like I was in jail not the hospital for a STROKE . GO TO valley if you need neuro I'm here at Valley medical center and in 1 hour I'll be In a bed and have done what Auburn hospital took 11 hours to do poorly. The Er staff were great it was the floor staff that I am speaking of.

Came in to get my sprained ankle checked out, and found out it s a broken ankle. From start to finish less then 2 hours in the emergency room. I m not going to lie we were taking bets on how long it would take: 3-4 hours. The staff was friendly and professional. It was a great experience.

Absolutely no parking anywhere!!! My wife is in her appointment and there isn't any parking at all. So I parked in nearby doctors office parking lots and people kept chasing me off because her and I didn't have an appointment there!!!! Where the f*** are we supposed to park!!! On the other side of town?

It must depend on which employees are working. Saturday morning I was admitted for pneumonia and had excellent care from start to finish. This morning I was having trouble breathing, went back for care and was repeatedly talked down to by an admitting staff.

My uncle went in with a pancreatitis and had an infection and swollen abdomen. He left completely screwed over. They tried installing two tubes to drain his pancreatic liquid and they installed them wrong. They came out and caused another infection. He was then transferred to UW Medical and everything changed. Aside from horrible actual medical service, the rooms were dirty, never cleaned and the nurses were not kind.

Do not recommend this hospital at all. Unless you want to get worse medically.

2.4 star is pretty accurate rating for this Hospital. Bad service, waited hours to get patient room after scheduled surgery, We were asked couple times to get moved to different room even though it was a sharing room already. Finally Patricia the supervisor said we can move you to a private room then she came back 10 minutes later saying no we can t move you, I made a mistake. It takes up to 3 calls to get the nurse out most of the time you have to find them yourself. Seems like most employees are with an attitude. Go to a different hospital if you can..

You want an awful experience at a hospital? This is the place for you. One of the toilets was filled with stains inside, on the floor around it, and had pee all over the seat. The patient to staff ratio is so bad the nurses take 10 to 20 minutes to come help when called. The doctor treating you sends people to give you messages and comes off as very dismissive. I spent days at this hospital and the Techs and CNAs have no idea where anything is or how to do most of their job. They randomly ask people passing by in the hallway if they are nurses and don't ask for clarification from the nurses when the chance is available to them. When I was here I spent an entire day with so much pain that I was crying for hours without any pain treatment and if I left my room staff called security.

I recently did a tour the birth center at Multicare Auburn Medical Center, and will say I was not pleased at all. I know the hospital is older, but it doesn't seem like they have done any renovations at all since I was born 31 years ago. I knew that the hospital would not be great, but I didn't think it would be that bad. The parking is not fantastic and the smell when you walk in the door is not appealing at all. The hallways are very dark and gloomy, and again the smell is throughout the halls all the way to the birth center. The rooms were an decent size, but still looked like they were from the 60's. It also didn't seem like it would be very comfortable for the other parent while staying there overnight. The surrounding area is not an area I would want to be in either. This experience is supposed to be wonderful for Mom, Dad, and visiting family. The vibe I got when I walked into that hospital was far from it. For this reason I switched my OB and will be delivering at Valley Medical Center. Hopefully in time they will do some upgrades.

On a positive note, I did like that the birth center is a locked floor and EVERYONE would need to be buzzed in by the staff and checked in at the front desk as they entered and exited the floor. This security feature was nice to see. I will also say the staff seemed very nice and helpful. From the reviews I have read the staff is great in the birth center. But since I would be spending a couple days there, I didn't want to be in that environment with my new family for that long.

I want to Thank you all the team who worked with me. I had a surgery couple days ago and I recieved an excellent care. The surgery went very well. Doctor Puige was awesome, very knowledgeable and attentive. The nurse did an excellent job. They helped me with everything I needed. Thank you. God bless you

The emergency room was awful. I waited over 5 hours in horrible pain. Turned out i had stuck kidney stones and they were stuck for a long time. I got a horrible infection and sepsis so it was bad and I was in ICU. Once They finally admitted me and I had to have 2 emergency surgeries. The er was so bad, but once I got into a room upstairs they were wonderful. They said if I had waited even a few more hours to go in I would of died. So sitting in the er for 5 hours while the infections spread was really bad. But being upstairs for a week they were really wonderful!!!!

Wife was in for a Colonoscopy, she was treated with respect and humor. Everyone we came into contact with was polite, efficient and approachable. It was almost a pleasant experience. The nurses were Exceptional, we were put at ease and made comfortable. On a scale of 1 to 10 we give them a 12. In appreciation and a special Thank You to: Stacy, Janne, Marla, Caroline and Wendy. I would not go back here. A patient pulled his IV out and had blood everywhere and the staff was like, oh yeah, no big deal. Then they cleaned it up with a paper towel and just left it in the garbage. There were still blood stains on the bathroom floor hours later. Then, when the nurse took blood from me, I had to tell her that there was blood all over the floor. I never once had a Dr come in and speak with me. I honestly don't know how this hospital keeps their license.

DO NOT MAKE A NEW PAITENT APPOINTMENT WITH DR KUMAR.
She was very rude to me and dismissed everything I was telling her. I was so offended I almost just walked out on her. I was in tears talking about my current medial issues that are severe. She refused basically to treat me. She told me I " should just walk out the door and find another doctor that will just hand me whatever pills I want" as if I was some drug addict just wanting to get high. I'm a hard working single mom. Does not listen to you. Behind the times in medicine. Just don't do it.

I know theses visits are hard.

I know theses visits are hard.
Compared to others, I think the doctors try their best, in the best timely manner. They have a lot of work they do and it is time consuming.

Definitely will be back if circumstances arise where care is needed. Clean, professional, and for an ER visit was pretty quick. Kept us updated on wait times and processing speeds. Dr and support staff were friendly, thorough and treated us with respect. Thumbs up! You re doing something right. We ll take the extra drive to be seen here!

I would never recommend this hospital to my worst enemy. I have Gasteoperisis which is a abdominal excruciating pain. I had an attack, and my daughter called 911. They arrived and of course took me to Auburn Medical Center. They took me right in, and then sent me away. 3 hours later I was in worse condition, then I was when I went there.
My son took me to St. Francis where they immediately rushed me into the ICU after announcing I was DKA, oh yeah. I am diabetic and this disease makes the other disease worse. They couldn't believe that Auburn had sent me home. okay. All they were worried about, is if I was really there for the drugs. I don't do drugs, never ever go there. I lost my Mom at that hospital. This is the worst place to ever go, if you want to be treated like a human being, not just a paycheck.

My son was about 2 months and he was sick with RSV. He was 93 in temperature and almost died. He was turning gray when he was in my arms. My husband and I rushed in and the emergency care here provided for us was exceptional. I know deeply that Jesus saved my son that night with the help of the hands of the nurses and doctors who were there. They quickly helped the baby get warmer and gave him oxygen... He is alive because of the staff here. Thank you, Auburn Hospital, for your medical knowledge, quick action, and active patience and caring spirit for the community. - Mother of 3, Forever Thankful

I went here to get an xray done, walked in the hospital and there were signs telling me the direction to go, however there was no signs in the direction I was going for check in. I had passed the desk and ended up on another end of the hospital, I waited in line to ask for directions and the employee at the desk was kind, she gave me detailed descriptions on where to go. This check in desk for xray's/imaging, was in tiny office that is easy to walk by, if it's your 1st visit. I do like for the fact I was able to walk in with no appt, i am surprised with an hospital of its size, there is little communication/signs for patients to know where to go. Besides checking in, the lady escorted me to the desk clerk for imaging. I checked in at the desk for the imaging side of facility and receptionist was texting/messaging on her phone, I stood for less than a minute before she noticed i was there. After being called in for xray, there were issues with the xray machine and xray tech along with an colleague could not get the machine working properly. While the tech and colleague were trying to get the machine working, both of them were very attentive and apologetic to myself, in which I really appreciated their apologies for the time that was lost while trying to fix the issue. I commend those 3 for their services. They were not able to get xray machine working properly and ended up having to take xray the old school way, which was fine as I needed to get this done. Stays finished went back to imaging check in desk and noticed same receptionist had several windows open on computer screen that didn't pertain to the job, the screens I seen up were Amazon & pinterest and noticed she was on her phone with Facebook. Customer service and communication with signs need working, the imaging techs and colleagues I praise for their services. Young man, older and middle aged lady, very polite and super apologetic. If it weren't for the xray/imaging in which I commend, this would have been an 1 star experience.

We had an excellent experience at ER, from intake to Triage, to our attending nurses and doctor. Super efficient with great communication. The facility is really nice, clean and modern. While we hope to not have a need to return in the future, we will come here if we do.

My sister brought my dying mother to the ER and she was yelled at for wasting their time. They returned a few days later and she was criticized for not bring her in sooner. A few days later she was in terrible pain and NO doctor would answer any questions. I think they though it was drug seeking behavior. YOU NEED TO WORK ON TREATING PEOPLE AS HUMAN BEINGS.

i took my wife for foreign object that stuck in ear, with painfully examination and trying to remove by tweezer finally doctor been able to remove it by just flushing with water. whole process just took half an hour, i can't understand it's emergency room but the bill of more than 1900. how do a middle class family afford that much for just a simple service?

I was sent here by my doctor's office back in Febr...

I was sent here by my doctor's office back in February due to (what was later diagnosed at another hospital) as a life threatening reaction to a medication I was prescribed less than 2 days prior. I arrived at the ER with shortness of breath and tightness in my chest. I was triaged and 3 hours later, as my symptoms were getting worse, I still had yet to be seen for what was going on. When I asked to see a nurse or a doctor because I was getting worse and couldn't breathe, I was told to continue to wait and I would be seen as soon as possible. I told my husband I was leaving and going to another hospital. Within 15 min of arriving at Valley Medical Center, they ruled out my heart wasn't the issue and treated me immediately. It turned out to be a reaction to the medication and it was causing those symptoms and my throat to close up. I was given meds to reverse it, kept overnight and released the next morning. I wouldn't go back here if it was the only hospital within 100 miles.

Do not go here unless you absolutely have to!!! They don't care at all. I've been taking spironolactone for a week now and today I was feeling really dizzy, cold feeling in my chest, and pain in my heart area. I got really worried and left my math class in the middle of class to go to the hospital because I didn't want to risk it. The receptionist didn't even check me in she said they will check my blood pressure when they can. I watched a bunch of people get in that came after me including a woman who looked really high on meth or something and just said she was cold. They finally got me in and luckily my blood pressure was fine, but when I told her about the feeling in my chest she was rude and said "well that's just something you'll have to talk to your doctor about."

This is Not Emergency, one word "Polyclinic"! Cuz emergency have to serv you righ when u walk in, not waiting 3 hours in waiting area and stupid front desk (young with black hair) beeing b***h! Wife was in huge abdominal pain with ripped cyst and they didn't care... You will have to Die at the waiting room and then they might do some little action towards you... You have to call ambulance to your home if you wanna get in quickly... Worst emergency in Auburn!!! don't bring them your money/insurances!!! Very sad.......

Absolutely terrible!

Absolutely terrible!
Mom went to get a small surgery supposed to be one hour, they messed up and had to do a second surgery. She was experiencing excruciating pain after the first surgery--nurse did NOT listen to her pain until the doctor had to come in. After running an X-ray it turns out the tube that was inserted during the surgery was too long and it affected her greatly. Not only a terrible experience with the surgery, the nurses hurried to get her out of the hospital despite the pain that she was feeling. The nurses are absolutely careless and we would not recommend anyone coming here! Please look for a hospital in another district. It's not worth the services!

Never in my life had I ever been so disgusted with a hospital ! Family member gave birth there due to slight disabilities and after 48 hours if hard labor didn't wake up to feed baby so exashted. They called cps they took baby and she was still in hospital when hearing came up nurses said she wad sedated when actually 3 guards took her phone and locked her in a room. Other have said that hispital is cps happy ! Looking for lawyer! Will never step foot in a hospital like that again! AND SHAME ON YOU!!

Doctor sended me to the massage, and insted of half hour massage they made me to do exercise, and they reported for insurance that they did 1 hour massage. How come they can do this? I can do exercise at home, if doctor say MASSAGE than do MASSAGE ! But in general most all the time I received great care, had birth both my kids here, will never forget nurse name Colin, so sweet women, God bless her alot for her big heart. Had surgery there, was well cared.

If I could give this hospital's emergency departme...

If I could give this hospital's emergency department, particularly Dr. Richard McMonigal, ZERO stars I would. I was taken to this hospital by an ambulance as it was closest. Unfortunately, I have been battling a chronic illness and my care team is located in Seattle, about 20 miles away. Dr. McMonigal made no effort to contact any of my attending physicians and dismissed my concern that I had a pulmonary embolism (I've had five so I knew something was wrong). He came into my room and said my blood tests showed no PE. This is preposterous as a specific CT scan must be conducted to rule a PE out. I requested the test. He refused to perform the test and refused any kind of pain control. I was left to call an Uber and go home. The next morning I was still having disturbing symptoms. I had a friend drive me to Seattle and discovered I DID have a clot in my lung! And yet, the final insult has yet to be delivered - the bill. It's amazing to me: if I failed miserably at my job I wouldn't get paid. Yet, no matter the transgression, the medical community ALWAYS gets their pound of flesh - sometimes, quite literally. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! (FYI: MultiCare is a FOR PROFIT healthcare system)

I will be absolutely honest!!!! The ER staff that worked on 8/10/18 were absolutely amazing. They were all ok overwhelmed by traumas and they still tried so hard!!!!! I'm not gonna make names only bcuz I think for the overwhelmingly amount of traumas that came in, they still did their best and it was awesome....Go auburn.

This hospital is so rude, they are judgmental. Don t really care about your well being. They all act like ROBOTS! 3 hour wait just to get a room in the back. My RN Doing triage was so rude. They are just here for a paycheck. UPDATE: 6 hour wait! I just left I can t take it anymore. They don t give a damn about you.

I despise hospital visits. I don't like sitting there. I have very bad anxiety. but I had to go for abdominal pain. They did a urine test and sent me home with antibiotics claiming I only had a UTI. I went back within 24 hrs because the pain was unbearable and I was having hot and cold flashes and shaking. Come to find out I had a kidney stone to large to pass, acute kidney failure, and an infection in my blood. I spent 4 days in the hospital trying to get my temperature down, received IV antibiotics, 2 bags of blood because I was severely anemic and a stint inserted for 10 days to allow the fluid to flow down to my bladder while I took antibiotics. I could've died.

When this was Auburn Hospital, it was an awful, terrible experience that resembled a police inquisition more than a medical facility. My wife came in for a severe IBS episode and from the beginning to the end it was a horror show. She tried to get up from peeing when she couldn't and the orderly (illegally) forced her back down. Everything either of us said was assumed to be a lie. It was SO suspicious that I couldn't remember her gastrointestinal specialist from 8 years ago. She mentioned that her dog danced and then talked about a dog that died. AH HA! Instantly the nurse sprung on it and caught her in a LIE! I had to show officer nurse that she had two dogs on YouTube. In the end she could get no help from this police precinct pretending to be a hospital so we had to go home and use hot water, heating pads and other methods to get her IBS under control. It was a miserable, miserable experience.

I heard that the hospital changed to Multicare so I altered my ban on it, brought my son there and it was a pleasant, fast experience.

By far the worst hospital experience. I waited in my room for almost a hour and no one came in the there then I put on the call nurse light and still no one came so I get up and open the door with the call light still on and the nurses are sitting in front of me talkin about their dam dogs and let me remind you my call light is still on. Then I ask the nurse can she find out how long I m gonna be waiting and she says she gonna go check and see and she leaves and comes back and continues her conversation with the other nurse. My face was in so much pain I had a bad tooth ache that was going to my ear and no one could help me there. Like others said that left bad reviews they are just their for a paycheck and they don t care about patients. That s really sad because I thought I was coming to the right place and someone could help me. Word of advice to everyone do not go to this hospital they are careless take the extra mile and go to Covington they actually care there idk y I didn t go there.

My family's experience with The Emotional Wellness Unit was outstanding. After months and months of horrible anxiety that didn't respond to a variety of drugs and counseling, my wife was literally rescued from despair by the doctors and other staff there. We'd run out of hope and options before she was admitted there.

Only one star because I couldn t put none. Staff does not car because your emergency is only part of their job. My wrist was literally CUT OPEN to where you could see the tendon and i had to wait NEARLY FOUR HOURS to get it stitched back up. I left after four hours and had to drive myself to another hospital and they treated me there in less than five minutes. People said they have been waiting in the waiting room FOR DAYS because there was no room in this OVERFILLED HOSPITAL. I highly would not recommend this hospital. My friend also had a baby here and her and her boyfriend got the worst treatment! The staff was constantly fighting with the boyfriend and took the baby away from the mother right after she was born for over an hour which is BAD because the mother is supposed to have skin to skin contact with her baby for a complete hour after birth. This hospital might look new but it is horrible.

I will never want to be at the ER the service is lacking front desk are rude. Wasting people time to be at this location. Not only that it is dirty. Front desk person need to be retraining again because there is no customer services on top of that. Family and friends don't go to this location.

I had my hysterectomy here and the entire experience was wonderful. Registration and admitting was a quick process. The nurses and staff were so friendly. I felt like my comfort was a number 1 priority. Not only did I receive heat before my IV, but she numbed it up a bit which made it painless. The anesthesiologist came in and addressed all my concerns thoroughly and was very kind. My surgeon was doctor Hunter and she is fantastic. My post-op care was just as caring and attentive. Thank you for making this a great experience.

Went in to the ER with my boyfriend at 7:50 pm for a gash in his foot he was bleeding profusely. Receptionists were extremely rude. He had bled on the floor in the waiting area and the blood was still there when we left. There is definite miscommunication somewhere. Had to wait until 2 am until being put in a room to get stitches. The only reason we got in was due to bugging the workers and letting them know that we were unhappy and he was in pain. Never going here again and advise everyone to steer clear of this place.

We had to take our 8yro son in for a food allergy in which he had to get his very Epi shot. They got us into triage right away. The hospital was really clean, the nurse's were so awesome with our son trying to keep the situation calm and joking with him. They educated us on what to expect and what to look for in the future. I would recommend this ER to anyone!

The doctors, nurses and hospital are very nice. My issue comes with rooms. I had surgery there last Friday and had to stay 2 nights. My first roommate was good. A little loud but good. Second night was absolute hell. They brought in a woman from emergency room. She was screaming for methadone 5 minutes after arriving. Vomiting all over the floor and urinating in her bed the entire time even though bedside commode and bed pan were there. Screaming every 15 minutes for nurses. This went on the entire night and following day. I left as soon as I could get out. No sleep after surgery does not help healing and seriously an active heroine/meth addict does not belong in a standard room with post op patients. I have never been around this type of situation before and seriously was worried about what she could do during her rage. The nurses apologized over and over. I felt bad for them. They ended up giving me ear plugs but they didn t cover up the noise or worrying behavior.

And yes she announced what her addiction issues were on entry and no there were no violations of privacy.

They leaked my personal information. I received a call from someone claiming to be from the hospital asking about my "California Insurance" and asking my Social Security number. I called the hospital to resolve the issue to which there was no resolve.

Amazing service from the nurses, housekeeping, the kitchen, radiology, surgeons.

The surgeon saved my life and worked for 4 1/2 hours in what was thought to be an outpatient procedure.

I then spent four days there recovering & making sure I didn t have pneumonia after surgery before going home.

A first class experience from first to last!

I have to agree with the other negative reviews. This hospital is very inefficient and irrational.

My wife and I came here to adopt a child from our birth parents who we have been working with for the last several months. Because the adoption is being finalized in Arizona instead of in Washington state, we had no end of problems.

Our birthmother was not feeling well after her delivery and wanted to go home, and she did. We stayed with our adoptive daughter, but there was the constant threat of our daughter being removed from our care, even though it was very clear that our birth parents were choosing to place their baby for adoption with us.

When we finally got permission to leave, they made us wait another hour after the birth parents came back to sign the release forms. It was obvious that someone decided they didn't like the idea of adoption and they were going to do whatever they could to slow, or obstruct the process.

Definitely avoid at all costs!

This is the worst hospital I've ever been too. I came here to have my daughter and they kicked my mom and son's out the hospital and called the police on them and had the police remove them from the hospital and had them outside in the cold. Today my daughter's dad was coming to see her for the first time and they said he can't come see our daughter and he's not allowed up on the 3rd floor I will never come to this hospital ever again nor will I use multicare services anymore this hospital ruined my birth of my daughter and ruined the day her dad wanted to come see her. F this hospital it's the worst place ever

I was seen at this hospital yesterday for prolonged pain from a severe gallbladder attack. I have never had a more pleasant experience in the ER. Every single person I encountered was professional, caring and kind. From the young lady that checked me in all the way to the nurse that did my discharge. The nurses, ultrasound techs, the patient advocate that helped me with insurance issues...I don't want to leave anyone out! Dr. Muminova was outstanding. A young man named Arthur was my patient transport, he might be one of the finest humans on this planet.

I truly believe that the right people in a bad situation make all of the difference, and I can't stress enough how much the wonderful staff I encountered at the ER yesterday made a difference to me. Thank you all so much.

Drs in the icu are rude and just pulled into my iv and left it bleeding this place delivers no stars and when you ask for a nurse they don't come up for a long time thought people come here to get help it doesn't feel like that here and they tell at you this place delivers no stars in still waiting for help in the icu they don't care at all about there people there are helping

We just delivered a baby here. We received the needed care, though experienced many troubling issues. We experienced constant interruptions during needed rest, staff showing inexperience during basic procures, irritation at a crying newborn, and long delays. Patient care and experience seems at the bottom of the list of concerns for this hospital and its management. Many other things preclude the steps the hospital and its departments could take to provide good care including their liabilities, policies and procedures, shift changes, technologies and communications. Clearly a top-heavy, bloated, complicated bureaucracy with no clear path to accountability to patients.

Went into the ER here with bad abdominal pain, ended up having my appendix removed. I came in on a Wednesday evening and hardly waited at all to be seen. All staff that I met (and that was a lot over the 20 hours I was there) were very pleasant. My nurses in recovery, I think it was Meaghan and Michael, were both very friendly and helpful and made my experience much more pleasant. Dr. Alperovich who performed my surgery put me at ease, as did my anesthesiologist, and he was friendly when handling a follow up question over the phone. I am truly thankful for the team that made getting rid of a malfunctioning organ so positive :)

Their services were terrible. They spent most of their time just just drilling him how he could have gotten hurt. Spent very little time many hours later after to start any treatments and that was with each step! Some nurses rude and one on 4th floor was so out of line and inappropriate with her behavior that we will be filing a complaint and possibly a lawsuit! They ask admission questions that are so erevalant to anything and say they are collecting this information as apart of their policy. It's time someone needs to speak up about them!

Honestly I wish I could give them 0 stars. I had a good expierinence here up until It was time for me to give birth 2 months ago. They gave me an epedural and it didnt work the first time so they gave it to me a second time and it still didnt work. To this day I still have a lot of pain. When the dr broke my water she refused to let me tell my fiance because she said it was to early in the morning. He was disapointed because he really wanted to be there for that. Then 9 hours later when it was time for the baby to come out they had littarly like 10 people in the room for a normal birth. I was really upset. Not only that but I got a horrible Tear and they had a trainy stitch me up without my permision. Now two months later I am having to go to a different hospital to get re-stitched due to not healing at all! Very upset. They also asked me if I wanted a delay on the cord being cut, I told them yes. When the baby was out they had my fiance cut the cord right away. Then when the baby finally arrived they came in and took him from me when I tried to feed him. They also didnt help me at all or even offer me a breast pump. My baby ended up having a bad affect from all the drugs they gave me so he was really tired and couldnt stay awake, he also had Jandus. The doctor then Tried feeding him a Bottle without even asking us first. I wanted to breast feed. Then they called social services and told them I was starving my baby. Then when she came to talk to me and the father the hospital said it was a mistake and they meant to cancel it. To make things worse I asked the nurse if I could shower and she told me she would be right back in to help me. She didnt come back for over an hour!! This was my first baby. Thanks to this hospital, I do not want to have another baby. It was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. I prey that no one else had such a horrible expierince here..

I went to the ER on a Monday night with a raging migraine, ice-pack held to my head. Migraines aren't new to me, I know how to handle them, but this one was extraordinary. They shuffled me around, doing nothing more than taking my name and insurance info, for more than an hour. There were maybe two other people there, it was not busy at all.
When my ice-pack was completely melted with no relief in sight, and it was apparent they had no intention of dealing with me, I left without being seen by anyone at all.
I will fight them vigorously if they try to charge me for this huge waste of time and lack of even the most rudimentary care.
This is only the second time in my life I have had to show at an ER for a killer migraine; the first time, years ago, I went to St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way. They took me seriously and gave me an injection that shut it right down.
I've lived in this region since 1980, and have consistently through the years heard how substandard Auburn Regional Medical Center was. I never had to experience it before, but I just moved nearby and it was the closest at the moment. I absolutely will not be back.

From my own current experience, there was quite a lengthy wait time in the emergency room to be admitted into the hospital mine was about 8 hours but I'm not going to let that negate any of the stars that I'm going to give to this facility and to the employees. I went to a prior emergency room only to be sent home under 12 hours after finding out about my insurance and more details. And told to go see my family doctor in a couple of days. my situation was and I'll be honest I was immobile I couldn't walk I couldn't move the pain was when they asked if it's a scale out of 1 to 10 and you can't go above 10 so you're stuck with 10 I was the 10. I went to MultiCare almost a week ago and I'm still here but they actually took the time to do the same test the other hospital did and to actually do a little bit more and instead of rushing through and letting someone else deal with the problem they actually wanted to be a solution to my problem and I can tell you after more than my fair share of hospital stays and urgent care visits and so forth this was the by far the best experience I have ever had with a medical facility. And I am not even concerned with taking away a star when I leave here because you know what They have my trust and I have not been able to give my trust to a medical provider in a long time and Auburn and most of their staff has completely earned it and I will stand behind my review to anybody and everybody. Yes we are in a pandemic and things are taking longer people are more irritated and upset and pain and everything else but at the end of the day we all have to get through this together and if it takes a little bit longer to get better in the short term for the long haul so be it just let's all get through this together

I hate having to give this hospital a bad review, but I feel like others need to know this. Since the outbreak has started, this hospital has gone downhill quickly. I understand there are a lot of children being examined, the but pediatricians take forever. Front office has a has a horrible attitude. I asked for the RN that is working with my doctor today simply for a dermatologist recommendation when I called the front office, they put me on hold then they just straight up end the call and put me back in like! I hate submitting bad reviews, especially for this dear hospital. But their quality has gone down significantly and it truly sucks. :(

I was in a major not at fault accident in my brand new car in October on a vacation from Montana to Seattle. When the ambulance leisurely arrived they began to strap me to a board and secure a neck brace with out any consent or instruction, and I was aware and questioning what was going on. I sat in the ambulance with a silent attendant for 20 minutes before it moved from the accident site. Once at the ER I sat another 30 minutes in the hallway strapped to a board before being put in a room. It took 4 completely separate nurses before 1 of my 3 doctors came in. One of which was not even supposed to be my nurse had walked by and noticed my crying and asked if there was anything I needed. At this time I was still strapped to the board and had been for 2 hours by the way. He unstrapped me and took me to the nasty, bloody restroom with out checking anything. He gave me some pills for the pain and left. When my 2nd doctor came in he was furious that I was off the board and had been moving because this nurse did not check anything and did this with out any knowing of what was going on. My X-Ray tech was rude and rough with me as I was covered in blood, dirt and tears. Nobody was friendly, and I saw nobody more than once. They almost gave me 2 doses of pain meds. Now in the aftermath i never received a single bill and was sent to debt collectors and today i tried to get copies of those bills and they basically could care less and sent me from place to place and I got no-where. I would NEVER EVER suggest this hospital. EVER. Doesnt even deserve a star.

Me and my husband had the worst experience at this location. Got to the ER at 3am and we were seen by a doctor at 630am. The doctor was so rude one time he was speaking to us from outside our triage room saying he has to take a phone call and said he told the other doctor to come see my husband. Its almost 1130am and no doctor came. We had to keep pressing the signal button so we could ask questions cause nobody has been coming to check on us and tell us the status of the tests. We had to keep annoying them and it worked. I would never want to go back to such medical center. Waste of time.

Multicare itself is scam. (2 stars because 'some' of the staff, about 30% were awesome). Rest of them just bothered us for no reason, and would not let us rest. Also, multicare charging our insurance for procedures that were never done, while I have to pay percentage of that. Pure scam company. Stay away from them at all costs.. If I would knew, I would drive to Renton instead for anything.
