The doctors, nurses and hospital are very nice. My issue comes with rooms. I had surgery there last Friday and had to stay 2 nights. My first roommate was good. A little loud but good. Second night was absolute hell. They brought in a woman from emergency room. She was screaming for methadone 5 minutes after arriving. Vomiting all over the floor and urinating in her bed the entire time even though bedside commode and bed pan were there. Screaming every 15 minutes for nurses. This went on the entire night and following day. I left as soon as I could get out. No sleep after surgery does not help healing and seriously an active heroine/meth addict does not belong in a standard room with post op patients. I have never been around this type of situation before and seriously was worried about what she could do during her rage. The nurses apologized over and over. I felt bad for them. They ended up giving me ear plugs but they didn t cover up the noise or worrying behavior.

And yes she announced what her addiction issues were on entry and no there were no violations of privacy.
