When this was Auburn Hospital, it was an awful, terrible experience that resembled a police inquisition more than a medical facility. My wife came in for a severe IBS episode and from the beginning to the end it was a horror show. She tried to get up from peeing when she couldn't and the orderly (illegally) forced her back down. Everything either of us said was assumed to be a lie. It was SO suspicious that I couldn't remember her gastrointestinal specialist from 8 years ago. She mentioned that her dog danced and then talked about a dog that died. AH HA! Instantly the nurse sprung on it and caught her in a LIE! I had to show officer nurse that she had two dogs on YouTube. In the end she could get no help from this police precinct pretending to be a hospital so we had to go home and use hot water, heating pads and other methods to get her IBS under control. It was a miserable, miserable experience.

I heard that the hospital changed to Multicare so I altered my ban on it, brought my son there and it was a pleasant, fast experience.
