Amazing food better then any restaurant in Welland!!! Service was incredible!! I recommend if you go to Mr. Mikes ask to be served by Ellen! She was absolutely amazing very nice, very thoughtful, and quick to get us things that we needed!!

Strongly recommend this resturant.

Really enjoyed this place. Loved how they had a plethora of games available for you to use while you waited for your food. Staff were friendly and overall it had a good vibe. Apps and steaks were really nice but the veges were a little boring (in their defense,it's hard to make veges exciting) . Still gets 5 stars from me because I feel it deserves higher than a 4.

Our server, Doug, was beyond fantastic during our dinner last night. He was attentive, without hovering, he was accommodating to special dietary requests (which is also a compliment to the Chef and team in the kitchen), and Doug was courteous and polite. The meal was delicious. Both my friend and I ordered steak but with different cook types. Both came perfectly cooked to our liking. Atmosphere was great, facility was clean and comfortable. Great job to the team at the Welland location. If I lived in this area, I would be a regular customer.

Raised prices and reduce the amount of food. Ate there a few weeks ago and had the 12oz rib eye for $34.99, came with onion rings. Just ate there today, price is now $39.99 and no onion rings. $5 jump in price and a reduction in food. The Keg has a 20oz rib eye for $4 more. This place is over priced. You don't even get bread with your meal. Don't bother going, Keg is better and the same price/cheaper. Mushroom Neptune at the Keg is $12 it is now $13 at Mr Mikes. Won't be returning. Rip off.

Steak was cooked perfect, had the lobster mac and cheese as well, definitely reccomend

Very good. Been 3 times. Minor ussue once with food heat but was quickly fixed. Excellent sevice each visit. Check out jalf price apps. Gtrat value and quality well drinks.

My husband and I are very happy that Mr MIKES is now part of Welland. Our city needs more dining options and Mr MIKES is a welcome addition.

Mr. Mike's serves good food and service was good, too - but the music was too loud to allow for conversation. Other than that, it was just fine.

Was in for for lunch today .The food was wonderful and the the server I had was Cori T and she was excellent, not just with me but with the other patrons as well . I will be back and will give my highest recommendations for Mr Mikes ... And thank you Cori for the wonderful service you provided me.

Went for lunch yesterday, had a great meal when it got there ... figured lunch meals would come a bit faster then a dinner meal but unfortunately it took quite some time. I was a guest at a business meeting and could see the kitchen from my seat and seemed the cook was having a bad day and maybe that was the result of our meal taking quite awhile. Service was great she wasn t overly busy so we were checked on regularly with drinks topped up, our meal was good and we will be back just hoping the meals don t take as long next time so we can get back to work on time. Unfortunately didn t catch the servers name as the masks make it difficult to understand and I didn t pay the bill.

Last night Dec 15th after long wanting to go check out mr mikes in welland we finally had the chance . We were seating in a timely manner . Waited roughly 25 minutes which I thought was great as we had no reservations and it being a Saturday night . Staff was friendly and polite . We had the stuffed schrooms as an app . This was great ! Now comes dinner . My wife had the sirloin steak and I had the rib eye 12 oz . This came with veggie and my wife had ordered 1/2 Cesar salad . The salad never came . The steak was tough , the brussel sprouts were under cooked and the carrots were mushy . All in all just a bad food experience . For the price our bill was $110 with no booze . I would have been Breyer off at the keg or lake house . Very disappointed !!

Too expensive for the quality we reveived.
Wife and I walk in and wait inside the door for 5 minutes. Wait staff on both sides and no one greets us so we take menues from the counter and seat ourselves. Sitting there for aprox. 5 minutes when the waiter finally introduces himself. Order food, which also takes a lengthy time to arrive and when it does we need to attract the waiter back several times for cutlery, condiments and drinks. My ribs were far from juicy and extremely salty. Her order wasn't very good either. I'm not a hater and rarely write bad reviews but with high prices, the poor food and worse service Mister Mike's deserves one. Definitely do not recommend and won't be back.

It was our 1st time there..thought we would go in for quick lunch..HAHA..we waited over an hour for just appetizers!! The hot lobster dish looked like someone had eaten half of the portion already. The so called "stuffed" mushroom caps came in an escargot dish with very very tiny button mushrooms that you could barely find under the flavorless topping. The only thing that was pretty good was the brushetta.....quite pricey for the amount of food you actually get. The waitress was very nice...but had to ask for an ajustment on the bill...the manager came out and discounted 50% of bill and apologized big time!! Still..we wont go back! ......decor is nice! Great if you maybe just want to go somewhere nice for a drink!! That i would recommend!!

We first discovered this restaurant on Fourth Ave. in St. Catharines, then were thrilled to find one in our new hometown of Welland! We've tried several items on the menu and everything has been amazing! Just SO delicious! It's my new favourite restaurant

If there was 0 stars I would give this place 0. I came down with food poisoning less then 2 hours after eating a medium rare steak, NOT PRETTY!! I'm so glad I didn't give any of my food to my 2year old! Yet I paid $8 for a small plain tortilla with a little cheese for her?

I paid $5 for a sparkling water!?
Waitress didn't inform me of sub cost upcharge of $3 for a wilted little caeser salad instead of a bacon baked potato!

This place is literal garbage! Don't risk it! I really want every dollar back from the $45 I ended up paying to vomit and be sick all weekend!

My and my wife went for lunch was very clean. We enjoyed it a lot, us being cooks ourselves we are looking forward to try a nice dinner here. Prices are about the same as other franchises similar to this. But I felt as Mr mikes steakhouse had fresher and better presented food then the others. Its nice to have a place like this around the area

What an amazing dining experience. This restaurant deserves more than the 5 stars I'm giving. The food was excellent and the customer service was second to none. A very relaxed atmosphere. This is how all restaurants should treat their customers. Doug, our waiter, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Only thing I would have changed was to have my fries crisper than they were. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thankyou.

Great food and great service. They have special beers and more Craft beers coming. I had a delicious burger there and the bun was amazing. So was Mike's sauce

Great food as always. Had the bourbon burger. Good stuff. reasonable prices too. My friend and I both had a drink and both ate, with tip it was only 60 bucks.

My friend and I were on our way back to Toronto from niagara and she said we should take a little detour and go to this place that she had heard of. SO happy we did! Such a great vibe and my steak was delicious...want to give an extra shout out to our server Bailey! she was on point with everything and made our dinner there that much more fun! will recommend to any one around that area or passing through! thanks

Went for supper, had such a great meal, a bit pricey but worth it. They even did my steak just the way I liked it.

Great prices but the food need to be served on smaller plates. Helping were slim. Should have just wings if there is a next time.

For a steak house the cuts of meat were horrible, very fatty! You would think for the price you are paying it would be better quality! A little disappointed since I've heard great things about this place, I will not be returning anytime soon.

Food was pretty good for a food chain. They were able to make substations which is nice if youre picky about anything. Very friendly staff, happy to recommend options or give an opinion. Pricing is good for what you get!

Got seated on a Saturday at dinner time so I figured it was busy but our waitress failed to tell us the special (everyday of the week it changes), where the board games are located, and her name. But shared all that information to the people seated right next and right after us. Then at the end of my meal I explained that my food was cold and my steak was undercooked... I don't find "can I get you a box?" A proper response.

Horrendous slow service. Very under staffed. The meal was par.

Friendly staff, but good was awful no taste to the cajun chicken alfredo, no garlic bread or anything served with it. Was not happy at all.

Perfect for a casual night out with friends. We really enjoyed our steak dinners which were done perfectly and the wait and hostess staff were great. Would go back again.

Was there for my first time last Friday and had a maggot in my burger. The staff were very kind,polite and tried to resolve the situation the best they could but there s not too much you can do to change someone s experience after that. Makes you really think that they do not have customers in mind when it comes to food safety

Took my parents for their anniversary. I ordered fillet mignon. Everyone s food came out, and the steak was well done, despite ordering medium rare. Sent it back, waited 35 more minutes. Everyone had finished eating when it came back out. It came back out blue rare, by this point I was so hungry that I just ate it - terrible. Server asked how it was the second time, and I told them it was still not done as ordered. Barely apologized, and no compensation or any discount off the twice improperly cooked steak. For 40$ and a steakhouse I expect them to know how to actually cook medium rare. Incredibly disappointed.

The food was delicious and the prices aren't bad... although the portions are somehwat small considering what you pay, especially the desserts.
