Took my parents for their anniversary. I ordered fillet mignon. Everyone s food came out, and the steak was well done, despite ordering medium rare. Sent it back, waited 35 more minutes. Everyone had finished eating when it came back out. It came back out blue rare, by this point I was so hungry that I just ate it - terrible. Server asked how it was the second time, and I told them it was still not done as ordered. Barely apologized, and no compensation or any discount off the twice improperly cooked steak. For 40$ and a steakhouse I expect them to know how to actually cook medium rare. Incredibly disappointed.
