Got seated on a Saturday at dinner time so I figured it was busy but our waitress failed to tell us the special (everyday of the week it changes), where the board games are located, and her name. But shared all that information to the people seated right next and right after us. Then at the end of my meal I explained that my food was cold and my steak was undercooked... I don't find "can I get you a box?" A proper response.
