Our server, Doug, was beyond fantastic during our dinner last night. He was attentive, without hovering, he was accommodating to special dietary requests (which is also a compliment to the Chef and team in the kitchen), and Doug was courteous and polite. The meal was delicious. Both my friend and I ordered steak but with different cook types. Both came perfectly cooked to our liking. Atmosphere was great, facility was clean and comfortable. Great job to the team at the Welland location. If I lived in this area, I would be a regular customer.
