Nice place , but steaks are pricey
And mine was grizzly and over done , Lise's was the same so she sent it back , they took her steak , left the veggies and chips , 15 min. Later they brought her another steak that was smaller than the first , and didn't bring new veggie,
So ,this was a very disappointing experience . Not worth repeating!!!!

Maybe it s good when you go into the restaurant. Do not order out. Two steak sandwiches were almost inedible. Sausage and pirogies were good but definitely didn t make up for the terrible steaks. For 23 dollars I would expect the steak sandwich to be decent

So. This was my wifes and mine first time. Our server, Bailey, was amazing. One of the best meals we have had. The service was amazing. She was extremely Personable. Was a perfect time tonight especially in Valentine's Day!!! Thank You!!!

Stopped in Mr Mikes on a whim last week.Great place great food great service. Our server-Bailey- awesome job. Was very patient with our kids as they changed their mind on their order couple times lol. Thanks Bailey for understanding kids. We will be back

Went tonite. First tip if u arrive early 430 fast seating and fast service. We had the deep fried pickles which were great and came out fast. I ordered seafood pasta dish excellent and Kyle ordered bourbon burger excellent as well. Only down side was no leftovers because we ate every bite. Awesome will b back

I can't say enough good things about this place. Since it has opened, my family and I have been frequent visitors and have tried many different things on both the food and drink menus. The food is always cooked as requested (steaks are always bang on medium rare as I like them), the siracha shrimp is a new favourite of mine and the lobster mac and cheese as well as the bruschetta app are fantastic. My husband especially enjoys the coconut crusted cod dish, our daughter loves the thai steak and noodles and our son loves the sirloin and chicken tenders meal. As for drinks, their sociabowls are a big hit with me, especially their pink elephant drink and another favourite is the iceberg. There's so much selection and the lodge tenders take good care to make consistent drinks. My husband loves the large selection of draft beers. The atmosphere is warm, cozy and inviting and we've never waiting longer than 20 mins for a table. Just a couple of names to mention of those who we've enjoyed exceptional service from are Adrian, Mich, Colin, Alex and Kelsey. Truth be told though, I haven't met one staff member yet who hasn't had a smile on their face and seems to love their job. I also love that management is constantly coming around to make sure all is well. It's a nice personal touch. We're looking forward to many more visits in the future!

This has to be one of the best casual steak houses I have ever been too. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was more then amazing. I live about an hour away from this location and wouldn't think twice about making the drive just for the food. 10/10 I will be back very soon.

Mr. Mike's had great food, very good service, yet overbearing loud music throughout my dinner, which happened to be my birthday as well as my friends young sons birthday. We enjoyed our food, yet could not converse due to the very loud "noise" coming from the bar side! Oh ya, we were in the dining room!!!!!!
I will not ever come here again, and will tell everyone I know to stay clear!!!!

We've been to Mr Mike's a few times now for date night or a special occasion with the family. Stakehouse pricing for sure but so worth it! Excellent staff!
I've had a couple of their cocktails too. Very good!

Ordered steak medium well. I cut it open and it started to moo at me.

The food is fabulous, the staff are great and the atmosphere is awesome. Everyone should eat here at least once and then you will want to come back time after time.

I visit this superb restaurant from time to time because I like the special atmosphere that is outline this place. The staff is very welcoming and experienced. The service is absolutely efficient. Needless to say, the food they cook is first-rate. I have been there more than once and I was always delighted. The rate is modest. I suggest this place to my friends and family.

Had a great lunch at this location. It wasn t too busy and the server was nice. I saw the review left by QIXIAN SHI & decided to post. That person made a complaint about the calamari, maybe next time you will actually read the menu, the description sounds exactly the same as what you received. Anyway most reviews provided by QIXIAN SHI seem to be negative, if you only have bad experiences than I suggest the problem is with you and not with the people you do business with.

Bailey is such a wonderful server, she's super friendly and answered all questions without a hesitataion. The food was phenomenal and I cannot wait to come back

The universal arrangement of fine cuisine seems not but a tall falsehood through the very entrance of this house of illusion in propriety, so forth, an absence of truth in black tales shall be thrust upon my review in this hour. as our wait for fine cuisine became not but a shameful memory, our family should chose to immerse ourselves in the fine art of "scrapple"- the board game of which our vocabulary is tested, however, our wait for not but a tiny speck of food extended through the crack of dawn, forcing us to move elsewhere in search of fine cuisine, cuisine which, indeed, changed our fortunes as we sought an alternative restaurant to feast on our meal. There evermore, nothing but the absence of truth should drive our tender hearts to yet more lands, and yonder, we should maketh but the smallest of noise to drive our spirits onwards. as the news of our dreadful experience should reach our lands in the British territories, the truth of our terribly story should reach new lands. Hoping our next experience is better, so long, and so forth.

Great steaks easy going staff and the distancing was good.

This was our first time there. Prices are reasonable and the food is just as good as the more expensive steak houses. Steaks were both cooked perfectly. The manager was attentive and the service was top notch. Will definitely return to try some of the other menu items we saw.

Went for the first time and was not disappointed the food was great and such a variety on the menu I need to go back and try more. The steak was cooked perfectly and the sticky toffee pudding was the best I ever had. The atmosphere was relaxed and modern and service was great. Love the set up of the bathrooms...neat to see

Really wanted to love this place. Although there's nothing wrong with it, the staff is attentive and friendly, the drinks are great, there is nothing that really sets this place apart from MT Bellies or any other family restaurant in the area. While the steak was good, it was akin to ordering a steak off of MT Bellies menu. I guess I expected more from a steak house. Its good of you can't make it to the keg, but I'd expect a keg quity steak, of I'm paying keg prices

Absolutely awesome experience my girlfriend always told me about the one in GP, us living in Oshawa I decided to surprise her and take her for a little trip. Definitely worth the 2 hour drive.. service is amazing staff and owners are even better. Can't wait for more locations to open up in Ontario!!!!!!

Went with my family last night to mr.mikes in welland and we agreed unanimously will be coming back! I ordered the new york strip steak medium rare with veggies and garlic mash potatoes. Sooo good! The plate was huge and I felt like quality was easily same or better than the keg. My sisters had these giant sociable fishbowl drinks and the bruschetta bread was so yum too. We played a quick game of jenga and hungry hungry hippo in between food which is a great idea btw... Our server was Erika and she was amazing since half our table has allergies. No one had any reactions so we are all confident to go back there safely. We definitely felt like we were in good hands- and she was a lot of fun :D a real comedian. Give her a raise! ;)

Food was absolutely delucious! Highy recommend the brushcetta! Service was fantastic (thanks Trevor) and the steaks were full of flavour and cooked to a perfect medium rare as orderred. Will certainly be back again!

We visited for my husbands birthday dinner (free entree for Mikes members) and very disappointed with the 12 oz rib eye steak and the veggie of the day. The steak was cooked to his liking however was extremely fatty for a rib eye. Brussel sprouts were hard as a rock although seared on the outside and neither of us could eat them. The carrots....some cooked and edible and others too hard to eat. He did not complain and for 2 reasons. #1 ... because he ate his baked potato first and I was part way thru my dinner before he discovered all the fat on the steak and the raw veggies, if he sent it back I would have been finished my dinner and he would have eaten alone. #2 ... it was a complimentary meal for him and did not want to appear ungrateful. And NO he did not eat it all. A good portion was tucked into a napkin and brought home to our dog. On a brighter note ... the staff were all pleasant and attentive.

My boyfriend and I ordered two steak meals. He ordered the filet mignon, poutine, and ceasar salad. The portion size was very small. Especially the poutine. My boyfriend finished his meal before me and was still very hungry. We didn't realize ceasar salad was not included in the 33 dollar steak meal so we were charged extra 5.99 for salad and not sure what we miked up but we were charged for that too. My meal wasn't too bad, loaded potato was awesome. The sirloin was a little grizzly but edible. I was full upon leaving. I only had a issue with napkins. I was only given two. A little disappointing for paying almost ninety dollars and my boyfriend not feeling full. Overall staff friendly and nice and clean.

Mr Mike's was a very pleasant place to have a glass of wine and the wait staff were impeccable!

Slow service when we arrived. Had to go to the bar to request a server come to our table. Ordered 3 apps which were good. Did not receive the dinner meal I ordered. Will not return.

This resturant was warm and cozy. The staff were friendly and receptive. Our food was very good. Will be Back To enjoy again.

We ordered calamari for appetizer. There were only 5-6 small pieces of calamari. All other things in the plate were onion, sweet potatoes, green onion, even lemon. And the cut of the vegetables were very slim, basically we can only taste the batter. My main course was steak SANDWICH, it was served with a piece of steak on one piece of garlic bread... no cheese, no mushroom, no onion, no dressing. Lastly, after I paid for our bill, our server threw the receipt on the table, said "here you go", no thank you, no thanks for coming, no see you next time. I guess she didn't really expect us to come back. I regretted even gave her tips!!

Loved it here. We returned within 2 weeks, and will be back again. They have games on the tables to play, great for passing the time. My kids loved the jenga. We also got a loyalty card that rewards you with points, that can be used for meals later one. With a family of five that will add quickly. Great stop after a movie, or before. Make sure you make a reservation. It's busy, but worth it! Steaks are great, the chopped chicken salad is amazing. They offer pitchers of slushy drinks to share from a bowl..if you feel like sharing ;)

Looking forward to visiting the new restaurant in Welland, it is a welcome change to the 2 other restaurants (Fast food Excluded) on Niagara Street that we have had for years, Parking lot packed, walked in to inquire about wait times, and the greeter told us 15 Min, so we waited, not even 2 min after we walked in the greeter told us that a table was available, Great.
Menu came out, Beer came to the table, Ordered, then a guy came over from the back and said we are out of the Shrimp what else would you want for the side for your steak, (I get it sometimes you run out of items... It happens),
I then pondered the sides and really nothing catches my interest, so i decided on the recommendation from the gentlemen that came out from the back and chose the lobster cream topping, food came to the table 2 min later.
First thing i noticed on the plate was 1 onion ring, and a cream topping on the Steak with 3 small bits of lobster in it. Food was good but at the end of it a 27 dollar meal and I'm still hungry, I'm not a big guy with a large appetite but I expected to be satisfied at the end, but left disappointed.

went to mr mikes over the holidays and was pleasantly surprised at just how great my experience was. Food was excellent and our waitress Jenny was even better. Very polite and professional. Could tell she really cared about the customers experience. 5/5 experience.
