Don't get there burgers it like a frozen patty from the grocery store

Staff is amazingly accommodating for the most inconvenient of customers (table next to me had about 12 guests, 3 kids, and did not call ahead)

I went there once, and it was on new year's eve. My server was over, and above. Even thought she must been exhausted, but she still was a delightful. And there steak combo for $38.99, was very fair indeed, especially most places would charge $50-75 a meal, but they were fair, and lots to choose from. I only been there once, but I'll definitely go again. Thanks Mr. Mike's Steakhouse for a memorable dinner, and thank you not ripping customers off too, cause I really like prices a lot.

I never leave reviews but this place really deserves it. Amazing food, great prices and they have all sorts of games to play while waiting.

Came to Mike's with a big group! Bailey, our waitress, was super quick taking orders and refilled our drinks with us hardly noticing! Our group had 3 diffrent burgers all delicious and I highly recommend the chips and Chipotle over the fries cause they are amazing!

Went this past weekend to Mr Mikes, the steak, was unbelievable along with the other great appetizers we had. With Bailey as our server paired with the food, I cannot wait to go back. Would recommend to anyone!

Was looking forward to try Mr Mike's. But unfortunately very disappointed. Not impressed with our waitress at all. Looked unorganized. And my husband and I our meal wsd terrible. We were with a family gathering for Easter . My streak should if been medium . It wax overcooked and chewy 2snall onion rings overcooked dry and the carrots were raw nothing close yo bring aldonte . Watered down rye and coke. My husbands meal was a full rack of ribs looked like a quarter rack of gristle and the ribs bones were pencil thin with a handful of fries and two tablespoons of coleslaw in a large bowl. We questioned the waitress about her response was "yea" and walked away never came back to our end of table to see if we needed anything couldn't flag her down never offered water or coffee / tea . She should of had help if she couldnt handle large group . Very loud atmosphere couldn't hear over the music . Very disappointed in food and service for what we paid for what we paid. No apps no dessert and watered down drinks and poor service . Such a shame for a great looking place for Welland . Not impressed for first time .

Have had a few different dishes from here, always enjoy the food. They have a nice relaxed feel in the restaurant with both a bar area where you can watch the game, or a more family oriented dining area on the other side. Good place for family night or to watch a game.

Great Al Fresco Patio dinning. I had the Mushroom Burger with Cheddar Cheese, the bun was actually a Baggett, unfortunately baggett was too much bread
I ate it open face style.
Service was ok. Too much talking, get the ordering info, place the order, service all other tables, then if the guests want to talk, be available to listen and answer questions.

Awesome food and the house big horn lager is the best beer I have ever had

Although the staff are very friendly, service was slow. Soup was not warm the first time it was brought out and the "bowl" of soup was $7.99 and was only about 10 spoonfuls and tasted like it came from a can. Certainly not worth the money.

I took my girlfriend to your restaurant last night. It was our first visit and we were both very happy. Our servers were quick and very curtious. The kitchen staff did a great job with our meals. The price was a little high but for the quality of service it was worth the extra cost. We will definitely be returning customers. Thank you for a great date night out keep up the good work.

Food was great, service is always top notch the servers do a great job. Hats off to the kitchen, I can't think of one item I've ever ordered that I wasn't pleased with.

Had the Classic Mikeburger. What a huge disappointment. Tasted like a grilled frozen pattie like you would get at Harvey s. Fries and Caesar salad were good. Ambience and staff were also good. Too pricey for what we got. Hesitant to visit again.

Fantastic place! Modern hip place with board games + plenty more to play on the lounge/bar/patio side. Really like their wall art that I posted some pics of. Just had drinks this first visit but will definitely be back for food...and more games.
One thing that did rub me wrong a little...others with me too & staff also noticing...was the fact that there is unisex bathrooms AND female specific stalls too. But what about the Men in the world? Where's ours? Why do I have to now worry about a lady making a mess while not wiping the seat and me being the next into the stall to deal with it? Why can't we all just pee on the seat like one another? Ok you know what I mean.
Anyways. So I did want to mention the service was great. We didn't have much going on but she was friendly and helpful. Again will be back for sure. Thank you and good luck out east here! Heard St Kitts location is opening by the hospital probably next year. Cheers!

Nothing but good meal experiences here, with quick service, and attentive servers. Minor complaint with the manner in which tables are made available (app driven through their devices), but the food makes up for it.

Great prices! The staff are polite and great at doing what they do especially the bartender Nate.

The food is amazing here and worth it, I love the butter chicken bowl.

Always a good crowd and family friendly. They have lots of games for you to play while you eat and drink. All the tables in the bar area have a set of jenga on it.

Also a great place to catch the game.

Everything was good. EXCEPT! just like everyone else who experienced in asking for a medium rare steak i have also received a well done steak.... this steakhouse CANT make steaks. I firmly believe that the kitchen staff did not care

This was my second visit here, and both times the steak (and everything else) was cooked to perfection. The prices are good and so are the portions. Their menu also has quite a large variety for a place that primarily is a steakhouse. I will definitely be back.

Ordered a Chicken Salad and a Filet Mignon. The food was good and the restaurant is nice and clean. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable. Enjoyed going there and will go there again.

Watched some Hockey Night in Canada here. Had a burger and their Antler Ale. Great food, great beer, great service. Really nice place. Perfect place to watch any sports game. Would recommend.

As i have reviewed mr mikes in the past for not getting any service. This time around it was a complete 180. Good service, hence why the 5 stars. Food was ok. If i have to rate it, 4 stars.

Better than your average bar food, but you'd be better off dining at the Keg. Friendly staff, and good beer selection.

Super Bowl Sunday ! While watching the game, we had the Hot Lobster Dunk ..it was delicious ..wings, great deal on Caesar's with a mini Big Horn Lager ( 5. 99) , Lobster avocado salad and brownie bottom pie ..great service . Delicious food ..great atmosphere

Heading to the Keg, not going to go to a restaurant that doesn't value its clients enough to take a reservation. my time is important to me, i am not going to show up and hang around for how ever long it takes to get in.

Food quality is good but they really give you such a small amount when you order a steak or a burger. I like to have a decent plate of food to enjoy but when my hand is larger then your expensive steak then i am disappointed.

Everything in the menu looks great, the staff is friendly and my meal was delicious. Great casual atmosphere, and not too spendy. They do have some limited vegetarian options, but it is a steakhouse, so don't expect too much.

Was fortunate enough to win a lunch for four to try out the new lunch menu at @mrmikeswelland A great way to start off March Break with friends!

We got a pretty good sampling of the offerings, ordering the Butter Chicken, Perogie Platter and Potsticker Bowl. Every dish was delicious and cooked well, I personally would have been happy ordering any of the items, as all of the offerings piqued my interest.

Service was both fast and very friendly. We'll definitely be going back, hopefully next time to try dinner. If you're looking for a new franchise to try out in the Niagara Region, give Mr. Mike's a shot.
