your resort became older ( last visit for 4 years ) the accomodation is still acceptable but slowly it will be time for renewing.

My stay was only for one night , but i can tell that the hotel is nice , clean , comfy , rooms are big enough , you have a lot of options for swimming pools and also the restorant was reeeally good . You need to try the madagascar beef they cook its really tasty.
After all the hotel offers really good price=value . Recommend .

Last time for me in this hotel... paying alot for nothing almost.

Never had such an experience with one of Movenpick hotels. Staffs are not well-trained for service, Food is not fresh.
We didn t have the best accommodation and sorry to say that we left to another hotel in the area. As a five stars hotel client, we know well what the milkshake is! What the cappuccino is! However something else that we had in the room service (we had the milkshake in takeaway coffee cups)

Excellent place but you feel that there is no staff working in the hotel

The hotel is very good. I spent 3 days on my vacation and the atmosphere was very nice, the staff was very diligent, the level of hospitality was elegant, and the reception was very cooperative. They helped us in the reservation and accommodation. I settled in the urine and Miss Walaa in the reception. You helped us with the reservation and all the days of stay, seriously. Thank you very much.

Bit pricy but worth it.

Very old fashioned.. Very large on the inside and you lose your way easily to the room when returning from the lobby and vice versa(no signs for directions).
The service is bad, the toilets are not that clean , the rooms are average, room service knkocked on my door at 8 am!, and many many more negatives.

The food there ,however, is good.

The hotel is beautiful, quiet and comfortable, and the service is very excellent. I would like to thank Ahmed Abdel Aziz, the restaurant manager and the waiter, Muhammad Saad, Rida, Mina and Samah for providing high-end services, as they were the reason for my stay in the hotel. Many thanks and I also thank Raghda and Reem the reception staff for their excellent service and they were keen on serving the guests and their comfort.

This was our second stay with Movenpick, first being Marrakesh. We booked two junior suites, they were very spacious, but the bathroom are poorly designed, being difficult to operate the shower. The house keeping was very basic, not all surfaces were cleaned and every morning at 8.30 the cleaner knocked the door which disturbed our sleep. He wanted to change the towels! The pool service was poor, we had go into the bar, they gave us a laundry bag to carry our tinned drinks to the pool and paper coffee cups to drink from. The service from the terrace area was very good, we also enjoyed the general restaurant food. Although every morning we had to ask for sauces for the cups and teaspoons.

Good hotel but the buffet has limited options and the quality is suboptimal for a 5 star hotel

Staff wasn't professional at all, especially the guy at the reception, he is beyond unprofessional, he is simply rude and not helpful
I am only rating 3 because of the beautiful design for the hotel

Great facilities, perfect landscape, good food, rooms furniature needs urgent update.

1, breakfast is varied and delicious!
2, the first floor room has a small yard, very comfortable.
3, the disadvantage is that the bath water temperature is warm, not too hot.
4, the room is clean and comfortable

Room full of ants every where...no towel for the floor as someone gets out of the shower..not clean enough room...

Very nice resort. Very spacious rooms with fantastic beds. Not to hot in the rooms even without switching on the air condition. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The one and only to improve is the WLAN connection. Connection is reliable but far too slow.

I had booked with Miss Walaa, me, my husband and my children the week that passed in the week end, and your will on the reservation, and actually you made a discount for us, and the view for the 2 rooms was crazy, and the stay with you was more than excellent. This is really a fact. He feels that it is imposed on her and he does it just because he worked it and that I see and feel in many hotels, including Dusit Thani, the gathering. Although the price you have is almost half the price there, but you are really better in every need and the buffet is crazy and has a lot of variety and the attention to cleanliness and its details under the circumstances is really something respectable Very seriously, everything you have is doing right, and in the most complete real way.

Egypt is beautiful

Room is tidy breakfast v good and the swimming room is amazing.

But I Didn't like 3 things:
1- toilets are old needs refurbishment. Bath tub is a bit broken.
2- my late checkout was approved but the room key was deactivated at 12 pm which locked me out.
3- my mum is old and the lift was broken. The receptionist promised it would be repaired but it didn't. This is not professional

The hotel staff in all Departments were very responsive to any issues raised for assistance, and welcoming. The hotel environment is just wonderful with well maintained green gardens. The Wonderful pool facilities are excellent
