A great hotel that is a resort, not a hotel
The staff are respectful, clean, spacious, beautifully furnished, and the breakfast is perfect
It just lacks
Swimming pool water heating in winter
It is faulted
There is no hot air conditioning in either the rooms or the lobby
No sleeper and bathrobe in the room and they were not provided after their request
