A wonderful, beautiful and calming place for relaxation and rest

-Beautiful landscape and a very friendly staff, they offered a birthday cake for my sister's birthday as a complementary except that check-in was too unprofessional as the hotel was barely utilized however the receptionist gave us the most far room from the lobby and gave us the wrong directions to our room too so we had to walk around through the whole hotel then after we complained they transferred us to a near room
-Also I've found a small cockroach inside the room wardrobe
-Food quality was good but no taste, I ordered a seafood pizza

I booked this hotel for two reasons. I needed reliable internet so I could teach an online class and the price for the room, breakfast and dinner was only $81 a night. The service was good. Dinner in the restaurant was interesting with a full Indian buffet as well as other western style dishes. It was way too cold to use the pools, so I took advantage of a deep bath in the room to stay warm. The internet gave me a great connection to my students in UAE.

The best of the hotel is its way of dealing with employees and workers, welcoming guests and dedication to their happiness

Beds weren t so comfy and the breakfast wasn t the best. Pools are wonderful, staff is very respectful and location is great
Update 8/2018:
Every time there must be an inadvertent miscalculation of the money we should pay. We overlooked it on our first visit as it was settled at once. But this time they charged us more than 4K additionally for no reason and withdrew the money from our credit card prior to our arrival. When we tried to settle the issue they were recalcitrant and made us wait a while in the reception. They said they agreed to recompense us but do they have to sour every visit with these monetary issues?

Excellent hotel, I currently reside in it. My children and I eat better, serve, respect, and cleanliness beyond imagination by thanking everyone here seriously for their needs.

Its very bad , its disgusting unclean , the service mens removes the mask and coughs on the hands , and some of them put their hands on their mouths during this disease . The rooms are very bad , don't come here !

The friendliness of all employees is very good, rooms are clean and cleaned quickly and every day there is water, fresh towels and the bed is clean.
The service during the meal was not good at the beginning, unfocused, slow and a lot was forgotten when ordering. That has gotten a lot better lately. Otherwise I am satisfied and relaxed.

Spacious hotel with a large pool area. However, very bad elevators. No door sensors and the closes too quickly before people can get down. At times, the doors did not even opening. Emergency phone inside not working. Too much to walk from lobby to the rooms. Luggage handling was too slow. Bathroom doors were making creaking sound. Bath room is well furnished though. Breakfast was good.

I was searching for negative marks but I couldn't find it,that's how the service was.its a good place to chill out but don't expect anything from a five star hotel grade because these people don't even give a proper room service like three star grade.we have to keep calling them twice or thrice for each things.movenpick company should give proper training to staff to treat their customers like how you are treating in other places

The staff was friendly and that was the only good thing about this hotel. The pool might have been nice if it was summer. Other then that the furniture was old and very dirty. The toilet was cracked and rusty. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the linens were very rough. The couch and chairs had many stains on them. The internet was horrandas. The rug was completely worn out. Not a five star hotel and definitely not worth the price.

I stayed there my vacation they made moments very well the reception welcomed in so friendly way speacially salsa and merna for sure I will do it again

After staying for three nights, I basically felt comfortable. The only baggage was not told the first day. Pushing the big distance and no barriers, the staff of the interchange room is also very enthusiastic to help with the position.

Very disrespectful attitude from all the stuff and services very rude one hour and halt to make check in and 2 hours to get us a towel I don t recommend it to any one so take care please

I arrived at 02:00 am to checkin, I took the room key and my luggage to find out that the door key doesn t work. I called the front desk from a wall phone located in the hallway. It took them 25 mints to send a technician to open the door and it took this technician another 15 mints trying to fix it. Then I asked them to leave because I have been awake for 39 hours without sleep. They told me the door will be fixed when I return beck to hotel from my meeting at 6:30 pm. The room condition was awful and bathroom shower was broken and bed was broken. I return to my room the next day at 06:00 pm from a long exhausted day that started at 07:00 am trying to open my room door to find out that I couldn t open it and the problem was not fixed. I called the front desk again and after 35 mints waiting outside my room door, no one showed up. So, I walked to the front desk asking them to open my room door to gather my belongings and checkout and move to another hotel across the street with much better service and respectable staff. They moved me to another room where I only stayed for one and the morning I checked out the hotel and moved to another.
I live in Montreal Canada, and I had the chance to stay in several hotels in Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Sharm and Ghardaha and this hotel has earned the number 1 position on my worst hotels list. My job requires me to travel across the world where I stayed in all kind of hotel from 7 starts to 4 stars and this hotel has no stars.
I will not be returning to this hotel and will inform the hosting company to book me in Hitlton across the street.
Good luck with your major physical renovation of the hotel rooms and facilities and training your staff to have prompt responsive action s.

Located very far from Cairo and tourist attractions .. nearest Shi has Mall of Egypt. And Sheikh Zayed City. Prices are overpriced

Cairo's Water World. Water, water everywhere but not a drop in the shower for hours!! Surly waiters in the restaurant but the chef's and their creations are amazing.

The experience of eating and eating below the real level means a really unfortunate need

Excellent hotel The main restaurant is excellent. The service is very high, the reception is very good and the service is very high. Especially Mr. Ahmed Abdel Aziz, the restaurant manager, continues Ahmed and all the work.

We have spent 4 weeks at the Movenpick, when we arrived in Egypt and the stay was just perfect. Even during these unprecedented time, our safety has never been put at risk. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The breakfast offers the best foul served directly by the restaurant manager. Our client relation manager has been amazing and made our little ones feel like home. I personally wish to thank each one of the staff members for their kindness and sweet attentions and can only recommend other travellers to experience their exceptional Egyptian hospitality.

The best place I had ever gone because of the place itself its people and its system so it's really a wonderful place to visit

One comment, was picked up by a taxi driver friday morning 13 april at 06.00 to bring us to the airport. Taxi should be paid by Hotel, but driver charged us $ 50 because he passsed some touristic places, without any agreemnt with us.

The spectacle is great, the rooms are spacious, there is a heater for tea, water and free tea, and the swimming pools are cleaned every day and the water games for children are wonderful and despite its proximity to the Mall of Egypt, it is not possible to walk to the mall because it is on the opposite side ... the food is great and varied, but the line up There are few restaurants in the restaurant, especially on days when there are conferences, for example ... When i enter my room i found tea and coffe and only 4 packs of sugar and bathroom was used before i come and when room service come he knocked the door and make me up and didn't change any thing
