Rooms are located in clusters away from the the lobby and cafe. All are connected by walkways winding around a couple of swimming pools. No proper signage on how to locate the rooms. Get porters to carry your luggage. Room is large and clean. Breakfast spread has good variety. Hotel has disco and casino.

The staff is exstremely friendly and helpful.
Rooms are nice (Cluster 16) and well furnished.
Prices on food and drinks fine.
Great pool area.
Fine selection on buffet breakfast and dinner.
Distance from Cairo/Giza a challenge.
We took your "Limosine service" to the airport. The driver did not know the way, and we ended up taking wrong turns and him calling people for directions, before we reached the airport. If guests are forced to take this option to the airport, this very expensive service should be better.

it should not be 5-star hotel.

it should not be 5-star hotel.
Looks old and needs maintenance. I stayed for three nights. I had to call room service to provide mostly everything that should be there before check-in.
there was no slippers, tissues, kettle was leaking, only 2 bags of tea, the bathtub drain was blocked ...etc
. the staff were not professional (most of them) and the restaurant is the worst you may eat at
