Never had such an experience with one of Movenpick...

Never had such an experience with one of Movenpick hotels. Staffs are not well-trained for service, Food is not fresh.
We didn t have the best accommodation and sorry to say that we left to another hotel in the area. As a five stars hotel client, we know well what the milkshake is! What the cappuccino is! However something else that we had in the room service (we had the milkshake in takeaway coffee cups)
Thanks for your concern but I have to say that will never repeat the experience.
