A five-star hotel and resort, quietly located for holidays rather than travel, needs to clarify its entrance from Oasis Road in front of the Mall of Egypt

Please improve the breakfast variety. For a five start hotel like Movenpick, the breakfast was 2*

The stay was nice but we could found mosquitoes in the room. The rooms look old, door were not fitting, air conditioning was not upto the mark

Excellent experience, hopefully there well be a shuttle from the hotel to dream park and Mall of Egypt.

A luxury hotel with everything that this word means is excellent food, staff with the highest level of professionalism, the service is more than excellent, the rooms are very spacious, the garde and the games are everywhere

A good hotel .. The view is excellent in terms of building, swimming pools, arranging and eating but not like what you would expect from a 4 or 5 star hotel.
The room cleaners are bad at cleaning just a general cleaning without a tip and no additives like shampoo and soap like any hotel at the same level and there is no shower in the bathrooms.
A sweet experience but the second time I need to be tougher with the rom service and thank you.

The land Scape is lovely and the guest relations was very helpful and friendly

Hotel service is excellent but the prices are expensive

Good if you are a leisure traveller and can take your time to appreciate the hotel setting in this newly created area and its immediate surroundings. Else can be a place to avoid if more activities are your preference.

Dismayed at the neglect of the staff to such a lovely old Hotel. Half the young men were outside smoking and drinking tea while counters, tables and lamps in the Lobby were dusty. The bar wasnt staffed and they can't make a frozen drink. Only the older workers had a professional attitude.

Rooms very far from lobby. One room key provided, so you have to travel to get a new key. No good indication on how to access the router. Taxi spent more than 20 min to find the access. Wrong location on google map. Room pretty old. Not worth the price.

I am really a tolerant guy. Not everything has to be perfect. But even though the hotel was almost empty, the service, the food and many other things were very bad, slow, inconsistent and simply not understandable.

Since you spend a lot of money in a 5-star hotel, it can't be that way.

The stage is very well equiped to offer a great show and performance. The area outside the stage is fun and very nicely decorated.

The only bad thing I would say is that the space between the seats is very small..barely fitting one's legs.

All in all a beautiful experience, would defined go there again.

The Restaurant at the hotel has a wide variety of options for breakfast that suits all nationalities. The staff are very attentive and service is great.

From The Pool Place To The Bar To The To The All Restaurants To The Rooms Of The Hotel Itself.

It's a very nice hotel and I feels very well all the time. Special thanks to the stuff at the breakfast room, to the bar tender , to the very friendly stuff at the reception and last to the room cleaner of house no. 14. thank you for the good time I had.

Nice hotel, but it is far .. Unfortunately, I did not reach it easily .. Even the GPS was pointing to me in ways that were closed as security reasons .. I had to make a thousand around the media production city completely ... far from the universities.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food and service were excellent , reception staff immediately take action in any request, donot like to forget the room service, rooms are very clean and large.

Stayed for 3 days. Since I was on the tour I did not get much time to be and enjoy the property. The ambience is the best.
Unfortunately, people in Egypt don't speak much English and few of them don't know English, so it's very difficult to understand what they are saying.
They just randomly sent one guy to the room who apparently was a mechanic, came to change the knob of the balcony door. I was scared as communication barrier was major problem. They just send helpers without prior notice. Also, being a solo lady traveler , the helpers of the hotel just came and knocked the door of my room at 2.00am .
The is no safety at all.

Ambience is good, swimming pool view rooms are awesome at night with light.

Food is good. For Indian cuisine sorry don't expect much.

Overall outstanding service, front desk team very friendly specially Mohamed Fahmi. Dinning in experience is really great specially dinner with chief Mohamed Elhelaw and his team. Highly recommended!

One of the most famous hotels in the worle but unfortunately old furniture in rooms, there is no facilities for fun, restaurant is not very good value for money. It's expensive compared to other places.

A respectable hotel from the first entry into the reception and the whole crew is serious about dealing and we spent two days without any entertainment deficiencies
The reception provided us with all the requirements, especially the teacher Heidi was very helpful with us, thanks to all the hotel staff

I would not recommend this hotel for many reasons,

The hotel rooms are too old and worn out and there is no maintenance work for a long time back.

Breakfast is just ok. Limited variety of of food and fresh fruits as well.

Elevators, your life is in danger that you thought of using it, worn out and without any basic maintenance.

Water Aqua Park are you kidding it s better to close it, for sure it s worn out, and very dangerous to our children.

I hope to be there a comprehensive maintenance and a general renovation,

unfortunately changing the current management it will be much better future for the hotel.

Very nice hotel but the water of the pool is very cold and needs heater to be heated

everything was very organized & tidy .. staff are very polite

No way, great location and facilities but poor service

The room was extremely dirty and the toilet as well.. I reserved triple room however there was no enough towels or shower gel and shampoo in the toilet... the bed sheets smell bad and house keeping as well smell bad.. there is no facilities at all. My kids tried to play in the football court but there was no light at all.. the food taste bad and over all it was so bad experience and I never expected that from movenpick chain... I won t recommend it to anybody

The place is beautiful and a masterpiece and the treatment is good, but the only need to those who need it. The prices of the main restaurant are not logical.

Never see place worse than this place. The worst place you can think of in your life Starting from the risption, which took about 40 minutes. Check in to limit the room you need. 10 minutes of walking. If you have a golf car, you can get a pair of clothes, which is only one, but the end of the lunch. The largest wedding hall remains a theater and the rest is partition for exhibitions

Actually im a manager of puplic relation and dealing with this hotel for trips and they are very professional fast to our requests starting from reception mr amir through ch/in process and ms/walaa during our stay and the restaurants and cleaning from h. Keeping and i highly recommend this hotel
