The hotel is very nice but
- the rooms at cluster 16 wants to be upgraded
same like cluster 15
- the breakfast & dinner buffet wants to be more variety and the dishes wants to be very monitoring because it has very bad smell
So at final please check this two points in order to be very special hotel because Movenpick not a small hotel it has very big name in this field

It was a very pleasant hotel. Everything was very good except the quality of soap at bathroom. As an Engineer the hotel buildings need some maintenance. I would like to thank the staff for their dedicated work to provide the clients with good service.

It has problem that house keeping service was not good even they tried to open the room without any request to clean room

I forgot a pure gold ring in it, and when I called them they kept it until he got it again

I stayed at this hotel for Business I enjoyed alot the room was very near from the reception as I rerequested they were very helpfull mrs/walaa very friendly she helped me during my stay. The breakfast was fine my review over all I recommend it

This is a great place in the garden, and one in Bessin and Alten is very nice, the rooms are clean and equipped with a 4 star hotel where the Alcatel Nescafe, tea, water, lotion, lotion, shampoo, hair dryer, eating in a small hotel, but in the small details Helnan dream land was better to eat, but the place in Movenpick is better.

The rooms are under any criticism, the garden is well maintained, but there. I found this on our terrace, a "very good" welcome.

It's one of the best hotel of Egypt it has a swimming pool and a casino and some indoor and outdoor games its a fun place to spend time

My stay at Movenpick is one of my best experiences, it's a place I can not live without on my next visit to Egypt. I would have liked to give a 10 but two points have attracted my eyes are the lack of shoes for the toilet, the dust on the balcony otherwise it's the best place I would advise my loved ones, a warm welcome, qualified staff, excellent gastronomy, tranquility assured. A big thank you to all the staff at this beautiful hotel.

Update: beware of a stupid policy of not allowing food delivery into the facility, you will need to walk outside to entrance gate to collect. As per acting manager these are the instructions of ministry of tourism.

Nice place for family outing as its very lavish and quiet. The outdoor atmosphere is the best but the services were not so joyful as needed to follow up with housekeeping / room services few times to get the job done. Also the building and fit outs are quite vintage, may be thats the hotel approach "an old estate" but the wear n tear of the furniture is evident. During my two stays had to change the room first time as no running water in shower and second time was because of room heater not working. The built in wardrobe of all four rooms were also not to well maintained.

Your Hotel gives Taxi Drivers, Uber Drivers, Me too hard time to find the right exit from El Wahat Highway when coming from Cairo, and also after the U-turn/flyover no sign that tells of the Exit to your hotel. Say I managed to get the Exit from El Wahat Highway correctly, the short entrance road to your hotel has a sign that never seen at night. Electric sign is a must. I and Taxi Drivers/Uber Drivers got lost, spent time and long distances in repeated attempts to get to the correct Exit/Entrance. At night, it is a suffering.
Staff in the restaurant at breakfast time a few, not enough at all.

The truth is a nice place, good service and good treatment

The hotel is amazing with an emphasis on the green areas and separate clusters. Only the kid's area during my stay was under maintenance for 4 days!!!

The team is very helpful specially the reception team receive you with a wide smile big thanks for Walaa Read. there are a variety in the breakfast. The rooms is very calm.

Nice and not crowded, prices are high to foreigners as compared to Egyptians, restaurants are nice but also food is expensive as compared to value.

Very poor service. Old rooms with bad furnishings. Staff are arrogant. Hotel is predominantly used by tour groups rather than individual trips. Definitely not worth calling a 5 star, though the property is built over a large area... The poor quality of staff, rude and cold service and lack of maintenance let's this place down

I was in room 16010 from the sweetest places to visit it was two nights in the repetition of the topic, God willing, and special thanks to the reception especially Mister Amir and loyalty and Heidi for their reception
