Very beautiful, the food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable and clean!

It is unacceptable that a hotel of this stature is putting us in rooms that have not been cleaned. I stayed in this hotel with my family for 2 nights and the room we were given was the smell of sweat and the pillows smelled like someone had just used them. Disgusting.

The pool area is grand, great for little kids as they do have a mini water park. There's outdoor live entertainment at night during dinner and the morning breakfast is not all that bad.

We went at the restaurant. When I ordered lamb chop from the menu, which was 103 LE, they informed us that the price is actually 270 LE. Good food, good ice-cream, good service. We'll come back.

The hotel is spacious and has an array of huge pools. Suitable for families with children. The rooms are large and the staff pleasant. The food is reasonable.

Cold shower for four days, complaining did not help.

Room itself was ok (for a normal 4 star, not 5 star hotel), but the bathroom should really be renovated. There was not much to do at the hotel. Food was again kind of ok for a 4 star hotel, but not excellent either. But with prices of a 5 star hotel more was expected.

Can only say that Egypt's five-star, does not represent Taiwan's five-star XD

Very good hotel to stay in, quite during winter tine but I believe it could be crowded during summer, huge areas and distances, amazing for a morning walk. Big pools and kids areas. Services and food are as average

It's pretty good, the place is laid out pretty well, and the parking spot isn't very far away from the theater.

Good for money but far from the city for longer time to arrive

One of the worst experience i ever had in this hotel. A/C was making noise the whole night. Door wasnt closing and those singers near the lobby area were too loud.

For the second time I brought down the same hotel to Jadaha Jamil and close to the Mall of Egypt and the Mall of Arabia, the verdant areas of Jadada are lovely. The staff are very friendly and prompt. I would like to thank a female employee named Afaf Insanity. I have got a problem with the currency conversion machine and I stood up until the problem was resolved. I would like to thank the hotel management for choosing a distinguished staff, especially Sister Afaf. Thank you

Cleanliness: The hotel is relatively clean. However, everything is very outdated. It s definitely not a 5 star hotel. Carpets are dirty, restrooms are old and don t appear to be completely sanitized.

Service: the service is okay but not in-par to a 5 star. People are helpful but it feels it s more for making a profit than to make your stay more pleasant and easy.

Location: this place is far away from pretty much everything except the pyramids. It s maybe 30 minutes from the pyramids but 1 hr from downtown.

This is a 3 star given the price and the quality.

Except for the landscape and guest relations officer the service and room is really bad. Especially the people . I felt unwelcome. If you don't fix these things and clean you your staff. You never get corporate people come back

I didn't have enough time to experience the hotel facilities other than the bed and the meals. only issue was we were given a single kingbed instead of Twin bed.

we had to change the rooms 3 times just because rooms were not ready and disgusting with dust and even there was socks from guys before us.

You ll visit and you d get back especially now it has the greatest Mall in Egypt on the other side of the road!!! It has a great future especially by the opening of the new Egyptian museum !!!!

The suite was booked on Thursday 15 February 2018 by telephone at 5:30 pm and arrived at 12:30 am.
I did not find the suite prepared as requested.
I could not find the extra bed.
I did not find any soap or shampoo in the bathroom.
The smell of towels was very bad.
The level of eating is acceptable.
I left the hotel the morning of Saturday, February 17th, 2018.

This is amazing hotel with a good location near to down town and October city and shopping centers like mall of Egypt and mall of Arabia the stay was great and staff are very friendly the reception are professional.
Mr moniem is careful and miss walaa she s very helpful and she has a very nice smile, I recommend this hotel.
