Worst experience someone can have from a BMW car!! When we came to buy the car, your store gave us a different car for test driving, Our requirement was to have a moon/sun roof, after the contract was signed and we bought the car home, we realized the car we were given didn't have Sun/Moon roof and we wanted to exchange the car, which was not possible then. And not only that in last eight month I keep on having one or other problem in this car.. The service associate (Mario Manfre) is the worst service Associates someone can have, Last time I dropped the car for service and left there for 3 days, I got an e-mail that the car was done and after I pick up, I found there was none work done.
I bought my car in Sep'2013 and I had a wind shild crack while driving on Route 18 south, For replacments of Wind Shield glass your store gave me an estimate of $1600 where as my Insurance company recommend me for "Cort Auto Body" in Bridgewater and they only gave me estimates for $543.
And Not only this, I keep on getting warning in the dashboard and I dropped my car twice for service but found you hardly do any service in teh card, The Agreement mentioned that after the sale your company will do 3 years of maintanance and Last time just for Tire alignment you handed me an estimated of $1000 which include "800 for tire rotations and $200 for alignments, Unbeleivable and ridiculous.. I had it done in < $100 in a different place, I will only warn you that if you can not do business with Honesty and Ethics then soon you will loose all your customers.

Mr. Shravan Patel is the best dealer one may ever work with. I showed up at the dealership on Friday evening just one hour before they close. Shravan was very nice and patient, tookme for a test drive, sat down with me and picked the right car for me. He was very genuine and straightforward. No tricks no games. He made the shopping experience extremely pleasant and I got a very good deal on a nice 328xi. I felt like he is not selling the car to make profit, but sell the car for me to enjoy. He explained the contract carefully and explained the features of the car. He especially pointed out how to use tge wiper since it was gonna rain the next day! I really appreciate it. After I got the car, Shravan followed up with me to address any questions I had. I recommend whoever shops for a BMW go to see Shravan!

Manager Dave Abbe's oversight helps to ensure flawless execution from purchase to delivery. Horrible service center. I used to work in the neighborhood so they were very conveniently located for me but after my first time I stopped going there. They put scratches on my car and refused to take ownership of the problem. I had to get the manager involved. They kept my car for 2 days but didn't or couldn't buff out the scratches. Then they gave me a run around. Finally I had to go up the chain to get their attention on the issue. It took them a month to fix the issue. Never again!

I had an excellent by experience with BMW of Morristown recently. I leased a vehicle from them. The sales person Diana Lynn was excellent. She was extremely helpful and courteous, very knowledgeable about the model I was leasing and took the extra step of carefully guiding me through the various option choices and also helping with making the right pick in terms of the interior / exterior color combinations thanks to her abundance experience in the fashion merchandizing field. Robert and the finance team were very good. Diana's courtesy and help did not stop once the paper work was signed - I had the same great experience with addressing some of the post sales items. Thank you Diana and thank you Morristown BMW. I highly recommend this dealership.

I have leased or purchased my 3rd vehicle from Morristown BMW. The sales team is exceptional especially their Sales Manager, Mohammed Sohab and Client Advisor, Andre Amorim. They both went above and beyond my expectations. I wasn t just another sale. I was having some repeated problems with my 2019 X4. They were both always responsive and really cared that I received excellent service. They got involved with BMW of NA and were able to get resolution. I will go back to BMW of Morristown for my next BMW.

Even when a phone call was made to secure a loaner car week before, callback day before appointment by dealer said that they would not loaner car available to me. Poor execution of service.

This place sabotaged my car (325i) when it went for repairs. More specifically, I dropped the car following a blower motor wiring recall. While fixing that, they jammed a insulating tape in the fuse box module which caused malfunction of my indicator and brake lights. Suspecting foul play, I had to go to another dealer who found this crappy (or intentional?) handiwork and showed me where the damage was done. I have pictures and even the broken piece of tape which was launched into the module (see picture). When I reached to Morristown service dealership, they just denied any responsibilities. They screwed up a perfectly fine car, and then they'd have told that I needed a new fuse box and would have charged me for a brand new fuse box module. Had been in email exchange with managing director providing him with all details, but he simply denied any responsibilities of this sabotage done by his team. I am taking them to court. Dealerships like this give BMW a bad name. Untrustworthy and unprofessional. Shame on Morristown repair shop.

Turnaround was quick, and the transaction process was painless and prompt. She was very personable and patient when answering my questions. This is my second BMW and the buying experience was very average. The sales person did not inform us that the car did not stream music from phones. When I followed up with him, the response wasn't really cordial (it was more of a - "yea, you should have bought the more expensive car.."). We visited the showroom and spoke to the technical person who said he'd follow up but never did. I called the sales person about the follow-up and he promised to send an email with the solution but did not. Overall, undermined the buying experience greatly.

I've been working with BMW of Morristown for years...

I've been working with BMW of Morristown for years and exclusively for all the service since I purchased my 2008 M3 and had it shipped from the Performance Center in Greenville, SC to Morristown. I've worked with Tim Klosek exclusively and he's provided outstanding service and advice. Also, Service Manager Steve has been extremely helpful and hands on with any issues. I would highly recommend Service here to anyone, particularly with the evolved technology of these terrific vehicles.

Horrible !
1. I spent $2195.00 to purchase the extending warranty on 12/22/2009. but they still charged $50 deductable for mechanical even it's not on the agreement.
2. On 9/4/13, they're working on my car, and broke my sunglasses holder and didn't make a reimbursement.
3. On 9/4/13 they checked my car again. They found the front left tire needs replace one screw-in valve and rear right tire has one nail, 2 rear tires need to change for $539.62. But I decided not change tires and only repair one screw-in valve for total $72.88.
Then I drove to Costco Tire service in Wharton, NJ. They free checked my tires, and told me that they couldn t find out a nail on the rear right tire, also he told me
2 rear tires can be ran at least 2-3 more months, I don t need worry to change them.

Best experience I've had a dealership ever, period. Usually a lot of back and forth and bs, but the customer service at this place was great. Shravan went out of his way to tell me all about the car, took me for a test drive, showed me all the functions. Also hooked up with a really great deal, I'll definitely be back for my next car.

I took my car for a oil change and they also did a recall for the airbag on Saturday, they gave me a 10 pages receipt letting me know everything in my car was fine and Monday driving to work my cars start acting weird and a sign come up saying I have to take the car to a BMW. After they check the car they said I have to replace and program RDC module almost $1.000 Really! After suppostly everything was fine and after my car it has been working fine and just took me to take it here for this to happen?? You might think they will explain and be sure you understand that nothing with my previews visit affect that but they didn't provide a good service when I told them I will not perform the service.

My family and I have been loyal customers to this dealership for almost 10 years and unfortunately will not be coming back to do business again. As my current lease comes to a close I recently reached out to the dealer of my past 2 leases to see what I could do to get in a new 3 Series. Calls have either gone unanswered and unreturned for weeks on end or when I actually manage to get through I'm immediately put off the phone in a rude fashion. Realizing things wouldn't progress with him I reached out to a different salesman but he seemed just as unmotivated to help me find the vehicle of my choosing. I've never seen a situation where the dealers goes out of their way NOT to sell you a car. Unbelievable.

The maintenance here is just as bad, if not worse than the sales department. Their car wash has been out of service for over a year with no signs of becoming operational again. Instead they'll give you a voucher and send you to the car wash up the street that will charge you for simple things the dealer does for free; like vacuuming the interior and washing your floor mats. Inventory is usually sparse and there have been times where I've been sent to the Hertz rent-a-car service nearby to drive in a Honda. The times where they do have cars they're filthy and never cleaned, which is concerning given the times we're now living in.

Please don't make the mistake of doing business here. This dealership could obviously could give a damn about the amount of time and money you've spent with them. Find somewhere else where the employees actually take pride in their jobs.

Reply to response: Condescending remarks towards every customer with a legitimate complaint doesn't resolve the issues at hand no matter how many awards you claim to have won. Professionalism (and the ability to spell) go a long way in attracting and retaining business.

I've been going to BMW of Morristown for over a year now for the maintenance of my car. They are great, helpful and quick. On my last visit, Angie Gomez really helped me out with an issue with a few days old expired insurance card. With her helped I had my new insurance card faxed over and was on the road in no time. The Morristown location is great.

I leased a 3 Series from BMW of Morristown in 2012, and recently returned to purchase a CPO 5 Series. Before completing the lease return, we realized that we had left the spare key at home. Since I was driving a new (to me!) 5, I didn't mind taking the hour-long drive to fetch the key, but didn't want to do it alone. A friend of mine volunteered to tag along, and we got to talking about the car buying process. I mentioned the name of the Client Advisor, Larry, who I had dealt with and was immediately interrupted:

"Larry? Larry Stokes?!"

Turns out, my friend and his family had purchased three BMWs from Larry over the years. Larry had even helped them locate a hard-to-find new FJ Cruiser the year that car was released. My friend also reminded me that I had come along to pick up one of those BMWs back in 2006 .. which means I had first met Larry almost a decade earlier.

After now having dealt with Larry for two different transactions, I can understand why my friend and his family have shown him such loyalty. Larry is a joy to work with -- he is light-hearted and helpful, and always keeps the customer's needs and time in mind. I'm very particular about my car, and Larry didn't hesitate to take me out time and time again for test drives in different models.

If you're in the market for a BMW (and if you're getting a car, you should be), I highly recommend Larry and the Morristown BMW team.

So far my experience has been wonderful from dealing with a sales rep. David Waters, and through finance with a very excellent employee you have in Robert. Then there's Ryan in the service department who gives you a detailed explanation on what may or may not be the problem with your. Everyone I've cross while waiting on my car has been friendly made sure I was ok ,and very helpful like the employee you have in Royce Blackwell. I hope this isn't a one-time thing my treatment alone will make me come back without a second thought. Thank you Morristown of BMW...THANK YOU AGAIN.

My car was fixed by them as the warning was coming...

My car was fixed by them as the warning was coming up "Engine Hot, Drive Moderately". However I think it was just a sensor problem as this was up even if you start the car after a week in freezing cold. They diagnosed that the expansion tank had a crack so I was charged around 1500$ for the replacement. 6 months forward, the warning came up again. I brought the car back with the impression that it must be sensor and no I am suspecting whether they really replaced that expansion tank? To my dismay, without even looking at it the agent told me it could be something else related. And now they sent me a report :
Perform brake system fluid exchange (Found brake fluid excessively dirty/contaminated) x Fail $250.00 Diagnose oil leak (Found engine oil leak) x Fail $179.00 FAULTS STORED FOR TURBOCHARGER COOLANT PUMP CONTROL. REC REPLACING TURBOCHARGER
COOLANT PUMP (C/S VEHICLE OVERHEATING) Fail $798.65
REC REPLACING TURBOCHARGER COOLANT RESERVOIR (ON INSPECTION FOUND COOLANT SCREEN CLOGGED)
All this totaling over 3000$
My simple question to them is, lets assume what they diagnosed is correct, why does the warning come up even when the car is cold. They had no answer to that. So I think its just a sensor gone bad. Its very easy for them to name so many technical terms to unsuspecting people but I think the report is made up. So be aware if you go to them I am not going back.

Another point: To re-diagnose something they fixed they are charging $180. Is it really fair? I wish there are some serious laws around these type of mechanics

This is my 3rd car from Morristown BMW and I can not say enough great things about Michele Clarke and her team. From the early pre-sales inquiry all the way until you sign the paperwork Michele goes above and beyond to ensure that your buying experience is a pleasure. Michele's responsiveness and attentiveness to your questions via phone or e-mail are exceptional and she always goes the extra step for her customers.

Car sales associates are sometimes synonymous with being dishonest as the car buying experience can be overwhelming for most. If you are like me and prefer to work with someone that takes their time to explain all the little details and give you an honest and fair opinion I suggest that if you are in the market for a BMW to stop down and see Michele. I have helped friends and family purchase their cars from many dealerships and Michele is in a different league.

I never write reviews and I hope that the information that I have provided helps your decision making and car buying experience.

Just purchased a vehicle from Marc Monnano at BMW of Morristown, and I must say one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I've ever had. After several phone calls, I found the communication was exceptional, personable, and accommodating. When I came to the dealership for delivery (in the middle of a snow storm I might add), Marc was there ready for me with paperwork and made the process painless. Financing dept. was very nice, very patient and thorough. When I am in the market for another vehicle I will be calling Marc first!

Sales Manager Mohammad Soheb and Service advisor Ralph Carpini provided one of a kind customer service. My car needed repair and the two were able to provide top of the line service with little time to spare. Mohammad is extremely reliable, always responds, and consistently provides better and better service with every year I return to BMW Morristown!! Ralph had an amazing turn around time in getting me back into my vehicle. The service is exceptional!!! I'm happy to say I returned here when I needed another vehicle.

I went to look at a car at their pre owned department and ended up being there for over two hours. They would not let me leave unless i gave them a deposit. Every time I'd try to leave they'd lie to me about how the car was going to be sold the next day if I didn't give a deposit, I kept constantly telling the people I dealt with I wasn't prepared to leave a deposit but I finally caved so I could just go home.In order to leave a deposit I had to fill out a credit application and sign a bill for a car I wasn't going to buy. They ran my credit multiple times while I was there also, even though they told me it they were just checking with their finance department as to what was the best option, they submitted my information to multiple banks at once and ran it down. Now that I'm trying to get a refund on my deposit, that they guaranteed me wouldn't be kept, they pre owned department keeps dodging my calls and when i do get somebody on the line and tell them who I am they hang up immediately. Please don't NOT go to their pre owned department.

Marc Bonanno was excellent. He made the entire buying experience relatively easy and effortless. We gave him our bottom line figure, he spoke to the manager, came back with a yes, and it was off to finance to sign the papers. None of the countering and going back and forth. I must say that I ve never had a car buying experience that went so smoothly, we also knew what we wanted and what we wanted to pay which simplified the process on both sides. Marc was personable and relatable. Thank you again, I will be back again for my 6 series.

My husband and I just purchased my new 2015 BMW X5 from Mohammad and we couldn't be happier. The experience was by far the best we've had compared to any other dealership. From the moment we shook hands with Mo, to the very end, we were very comfortable with him. His honesty and genuine intent to help us pick out the perfect car for me was impeccable. We originally wanted to build a car but after speaking to Mo and him LISTENING to all our needs and wants, he recommended something he had and showed me the car. He went over all the features I had mentioned to him earlier that I needed, why some extras were a benefit to me and why certain features weren't. I just leased a BMW x5 with a third row from Amzad Malique. The whole experience was great and surprisingly efficient. It took us less than an hour to walk into the store, go through the different stock options and finalize the deal. When I picked up the car the next morning, he got all the paperwork done before my arrival and was very patient to explain/demo all the function details. I appreciate his help!

It was overall a good experience. I got a nice used 2014 BMW X3 28i for the price I was expecting to pay. I also had them install a backup camera for me and they did a good job. I wished the car had the bigger screen of the iDrive system for the price I paid, but I can live without it. What bothered me was that they told me that they didn t have the spare key with them at the moment I bought the car, but they would have given it to me in a second moment. After a month with the car I contacted them asking for the spare key, but they couldn t find it and if I wanted one I had to pay extra money for it. I don t think they did a good job with that.

Wonderful buying experience all around. Marc Bonanno was a great salesperson who listened to my needs, kept his sales push to a minimum so that I can fully digest what I was getting myself into. I ended up trading in for a CPO 2016 428i x-Drive hardtop convertible. I believe that I received a fair trade-in value, based on what I can see online, like via Kelly Blue Book. The car was delivered showroom clean, right on time for my appointment. Facilities are clean and everyone else I met at the dealership were professional, if not professional and friendly.
