As soon as I learned that Carlos Duarte had moved from JMK BMW (now BMW of Springfield) to BMW Morristown, I knew that I would also make the move, despite Morristown being further away from my house. Carlos goes above and beyond to ensure an overall smooth service/repair process.

I purchased a BMW from this dealership. The process of getting the vehicle was smooth and I had no problems. However, my check tire lights kept coming up, so I went to the service department. After hours of waiting the problem was fixed. Then eventually two months later the same problem appeared again. Now I started to get concerned because I thought the problem would be fixed, so I went to the service department again. Then after a couple of weeks the same problem happened. At this moment I was angry because after few times going to the service department, they claimed the vehicle is fine, but the same problem keeps on happening. So I went to the service department again and asked the man why is the check tire lights keep coming on? He claimed that I needed new tires right away. Then I told him that the check tire light came before when I bought the vehicle brand new. I was confused so I put my son on the phone because maybe he can explain the problem better. I asked the service employee if he can talk to my son, and he said that I am not talking to him. After spending tremendous amounts of money on my BMW, at least the people at the service department can show some respect and at least pretend to be happy. I was not happy and I would not buy a car from here and recommend this dealership to anybody. The service department is there to care and fix your vehicle not talk in a disrespecting attitude to someone who needs there car fixed.

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW of Morristown in their pre-owned sales. Everything from start to finish was honest and upfront, which we totally appreciated after a lengthy search for a vehicle. We worked with Enrique and he was patient with us through the entire process, answered any and all questions and did everything to ensure we were completely satisfied. Our interactions with all of the staff were wonderful and it made the car buying process a smooth one. We will certainly be repeat customers and highly recommend the dealership for their professionalism, honesty and competitive pricing!

Service advisors pushing maintenance that isn't necessary, performing work that wasn't asked for only to find out the contrary. Diagnostic reports not as accurate as advertised in comparison to independent mechanic. Lack of knowledge on services offered when detail is needed. Service advisors lack technical understanding to an even intermediate level. I was told that a transmission fluid service was unnecessary on a 115k mile vehicle when in fact it is recommended 30-50k miles depending on overall condition and maintenance strategy. Quantitative proof can be provided for each claim without hesitation. No BS review needed this is what you will get

Previously, I had all BMW service performed by JMK BMW. However, as soon as I learned that Carlos Duarte was no longer with them (now BMW of Springfield) and had moved on to BMW Morristown, I knew that I would also make the move, despite Springfield being so close to my office. Carlos has always been the consummate professional and a trustworthy representative of BMW. I always know that if he recommends a service or part, there is a reason for it. In addition to servicing my car recently, he also oversaw the repair of a family member's vehicle that had been in an accident. Carlos went above and beyond to ensure that the entire process went smoothly. Carlos and his team are top notch, and they have clearly won my business, as well as family and friends who have always trusted Carlos and his team. I cannot recommend Carlos and BMW of Morristown enough.

We purchased a new BMW for my husband in 2013 and Larry Shakur Stokes assisted us. He was fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable, always available to address questions or concerns. So when I decided to buy a new car recently, I was happy to turn to Larry once again. He did not disappoint. He patiently discussed all the options available and went out of his way to show me examples from the cars available on the lot. He took the time to learn just what I was looking for and found me the perfect car. I've been driving it for a few months now and I'm extremely happy with it and with Larry's service.

While some dealers have the deserved reputation of taking advantage of the customers . Nothing could be farther from the truth at BMW of Morristown. I had a difficult repair situation that General Manager Steve Hodossy and his team handled professionally and with empathy. I've purchased two vehicles from them in the past and they have my loyalty for life.

Well deserving of BMW Center of excellence dealer for 4 years, and JD Power dealer of the year in 2019.

Went to this dealership to test drive a 3 series. No one came to ask if I needed help and when I did get help the salesman was rude from start to finish and tried to pawn me off to another sales person. I asked to test drive a white 3 series and said look at the ones outside. As we proceeded to the test drive he told me NOTHING about the car and was insuating I could not afford anything at the dealership, when in fact he has no idea what I can afford. I will never be coming back to this dealership. Go to Newton they are much more professional.

I called Morristown BMW to get a competitive quote against Paul Miller BMW (all the offers from each dealership below). Jamane Blackhat was assigned as my sales rep. He and his manager (short stocky guy with beard) lured me up to Morristown with a great deal in writing...yes in writing.
We sat and confirmed the deal, we looked over the actual vehicle and we shook hands (and his manager) on the deal.

At this point, we were sent to Mohamed in the back office to sign the contracts. We notice there was no reference to my trade-in $, so I ask how they intend to pay my trade in $. Mohamed tells me via ACH (Liar) and I ask him to show me were it states that in the contract which he cannot. So he calls Jamane and his manager back.
The manager begins to argue that they did agree to give me my trad in $, so I tore up the paperwork. That's when Jamane tells the manager that they did agree to pay me my trade in. Now, Jamane and his manager (with urgency to save the deal) call upstairs to the "decision makers" as we sat and watched them go back and forth (All BS). Then, the manager stands up and puts his hand out (again) to shake mine. He tells me they agreed and how lucky I am.

We go back to sign with Mohamed and guess what...its not in the contract again. They went through all that effort to wasting our time (tactical) only to try and trick us again. ...it almost worked...
In retrospect the entire process is a well rehearsed scam (unless your willing to pay top dollar). This was truly a valuable learning experience.

Mark my words...If you gave them 5 stars and think you have a great deal, you were scammed. Ignorance is not bliss. They robbed you.

I still got my second quote from Dan at Park Ave BMW. He was straight forward and showed me all the costs involved (line by line). In addition, their contract was simple and easy to read. Morristown was 4 pages and needed an attorney to review! I'll guarantee that is just another deliberate way to scam us.

I did lease a beautiful 540i fully loaded for 599/mon, $2,500 down (came out of my trade in) and they gave me the entire balance of my trade in $. That's a great deal worthy of 5 stars!

Paul Miller: 735/mon, 2774 down and 10K for my trade in.
*Morristown: 699/mon, $0 down, pay first month, 10K for my trade in.
Park Ave: 599/mon, $2500 down, 10,500 trade in (factual)

I have now leased 4 BMW s from Morristown BMW and specifically Michelle Clark. Each time it gets easier and easier. Michelle reaches out well before each lease is up and provides options on a new car without being pushing or demanding an answer. In fact, this time after meeting and discussing options, I decided to not do anything and she said fine. After two weeks, I reached out and said I changed our mind and asked if the same deal discussed was possible. She said YES and one day later I was driving a new 540x off the lot. I am confident I will be back when this lease is done. I also have had great experiences with their service group as well. 1st rate operations at Morristown BMW.

As a follow-up to my complaint 2 years ago, the truth has finally been uncovered. A little while ago i went to a local BMW dealership to inquire about trading the vehicle i purchased from BMW of Morristown. After an initial assessment, despite low miles and a great condition, I was quoted a shockingly low value on my trade in. I reviewed the assessment with the sales representative, and at the very bottom there were some codes that translated into "vehicle damage during importing". It turns out the 4-week delay I experienced when first purchasing this car from BMW of Morristown was the result of this "vehicle damage during importing" prior to my delivery, which resulted in greater expenses for me at the time of acquisition! BMW of Morristown never disclosed this actual reason to me during my sales purchase of this vehicle, and now I can't sell it back for the value I expected because of this undisclosed information. This is appalling and absolutely unacceptable! The deceit from Fabian, this dealership, and the lack of professionalism and proper resolution to this matter, is shameful.

As loyal repeat BMW customer, I am DISAPPOINTED AND INFURIATED by the quality of the customer service I received at BMW of Morristown NJ. In an effort to purchase my second BMW from this particular dealership, I expected much better attention, communication, and results than I have received. Fabian Rendon was my salesperson for this transaction. As a current resident of New Orleans, LA, I was only in town for two months, and therefore needed to get this transaction completed in that time frame. The process for selecting the specific car I wanted, and agreeing to price was simply exhausting and aggravating. Fabian was not knowledgeable, illustrated terrible body language, expressed deep sighs when I would ask basic questions, and relied heavily on management to make any progress towards the sale. After finally agreeing to price and signing the paperwork, one would think the process would proceed smoothly, but on the contrary, the struggles were just beginning. As I expressed earlier, timing and delivery was crucial in my situation. Following the day of the sale, Fabian had disappeared and completely ignored many phone calls, emails, and text messages. The only way I was able to get any updates regarding the delivery date was by physically going to the store and requesting to speak to a manager, or by contacting a manager directly since Fabian was unreachable. This vehicle was delivered 4 weeks late, and as a result, I was forced to book another round trip flight, rent a car for 2 weeks, costing me an additional $600. The next time I heard from Fabian was when the car was finally delivered, which is absolutely unacceptable. Even after expressing this to management at BMW of Morristown NJ, there was nothing done to apologize nor compensate for the extra expenses I had to face as a result of their poor communication, late delivery, and terrible customer service. I strongly encourage prospective buyers to learn from this experience and consider other salespersons and dealerships before facing the kind of extreme dissatisfaction and frustration that I unfortunately faced.

I wanted to share my feedback with you regarding my experience during a recent purchase of a BMW X3. After doing some homework, my wife and I decided to go to the next step and pay the dealer a visit and check out the desired car. The Sale rep gave us a very warm welcome and talked to us about the car that we were interested in: the BMW X3 Plug-In Hybrid. He then offered us to test drive it. My wife was thrilled about the car's handling and how smooth it was on the road. After discussing prices and financing options we decided to purchase the car. However, while we were focused on signing the paperwork, an issue arose during the last prechecks prior to releasing the car to us. There was a battery recall that prevented us from leaving with the car that day. Needless to say the disappointment my wife and I had. For a first time BMW owner, we were not thrilled with the overall experience. This is when the manager, Mo, stepped up. He took over and discussed with us the situation. He offered us a creative solution that we could not refuse. After loaning us a similar vehicle, he went ahead and actually ordered a new car altogether. A clone of what we had purchased. With that action, he certainly demonstrated that BMW cared about its customers. Throughout the following 2 weeks, Mo took it upon himself to periodically reach out to me to let me know about the overall progress. A day before the new car showed up he went ahead and scheduled a pick up time slot, and also reminded me of all the necessary paperwork that i needed to bring along with me. Once I showed up, the car was there along with all the new contracts that needed to be resigned. Overall I was able to get in and out with my new car in less than 20min. Mo and his team turned a potential crisis into an amazing opportunity to wow the customer. And they did!!

I wanted to share this experience because I believe BMW customers need to know, with the Morristown team, they are in good hands.

He answered all my questions in a straight forward and honest manner and worked hard to ensure I received every possible discount and offer available before signing. When it was our turn, we were told BMW Morristown has a policy that each customer can only test one car per visit on weekend. I was hoping I can test both BMW 335 and 535. Also when we were testing the BMW 535, we could not test high way. Just want to share my experience.

What a great experience I had at BMW of Morristown. I worked directly with Amzad Malique who was very knowledgeable about the X5 I purchased, was able to walk me through all potential car packages and options and provide clear guidance on costs of these options and packages. He also spend a great deal of time with me showing me many things about my new car and was never overly pushy or difficult to deal with. I also liked the dealer over others as they have a huge lot with many options and they also provide free car washes for life. They were also in line with costs from other BMW dealers in the area and provided me a good deal on a vehicle trade in. If you are considering a BMW, you should definitely visit Amzad at BMW of Morristown.

Stopped by today to look at a certified used 2017 BMW 540i xdrive as I was in between getting a BMW or Mercedes. The salesman, which I believe his name was Jayden, took us to the parking lot where the used car that I saw online was supposed to be. He couldn t find the vehicle which makes me believe their online price is bait and switch. Then he suddenly disappeared and I saw him go on a test drive with somebody else while He had me waiting in the parking lot under the hot sun. All I can say is that he lost a sale as I am about to sign on a Mercedes E class.

At least have the decency to let us know you don t want to help us. At this point the customer service at BMW Morristown makes me disgusted to even drive a BMW so I will be driving a Mercedes instead. Yes it is more expensive but the treatment we received at Mercedes makes every cent worth.

Reply to comment below: we saw Jayden go out with a customer or else why would he put the dealer plate on another BMW. His English was excellent as a matter of fact so please do not make up excuses for the poor customer service.

Alvin Monroy who walked us through the different vehicles that met my necessities but would fit in my budget. We ended up getting a BMW X1 and I must say 4 months later I STILL LOVE MY BMW. Alvin was very knowledgeable, professional, and absolutely great to work with. I recommend you ask for him when you go to BMW of Morristown.

On my last visit to buy a bmw I was also able to get an upgrade to my Verizon dataplan from one of the many former cell phone salesmen that are now selling "the ultimate driving machine". I never would have guessed that someone selling an $80,000 luxury sedan would also be so so familiar with friends and family plans. I look forward to the day when I can also purchase other services such as dry cleaning, home renovation and earwax removal while shopping for my next BMW.

This dealership has restored my faith in humanity. It seems like the world has become greedy and doesn t provide an honest approach towards doing business anymore. However, dealing with Amzad was an absolute pleasure. I didn t have to engage in the usual back and forth like other dealerships. He found something that fit my budget perfectly and was able to address all my concerns. Unfortunately, due to my lack of planning I was not able to take the car home that day, but Amzad was willing to come in on his day off to help me pick up my car. Excellent customer service!!!

The appointment process was a joke and whole experience was a disaster.

First I got a call from morristown bmw 2/14/2014 for my due service which did not show up on my screen, but they said in their system it said so.....what's the harm for someone out there watch out for you, right? So I took it and the lady asked me if a loaner car is needed. I said yes and we set up 2/20 0845 with a loaner. When I showed up 2/20 they took me in, and front desk told me they are running out of loaner cars, instead they could have rental car from Dollar for my complimentary use. Does this sound making sense? A one week ahead of appointment was made and now they are telling me no loaner was available? This is nonsense to me. They seemed to see my face turn red hence they said: "well, if you don't want it, we could always schedule for next time where a bmw loaner is ready for you" I said but I took half day off already because you guys scheduled me in! I turned out leaving morriwtown bmw with a Jeep from Dollar rental.

The best is yet to come, when I drove back later the evening same day, this headlight switch is loosened and got fallen behind the plastic dash panel, I have no way to turn the lights on no matter how hard I tried. I end up driving this car back, middle of 7 pm, without headlights to bmw morristown. And just when I picked up my x3 and asked what's going on with it, they told me "it's systematic error, your car actually was not due service until later. You can pick up your car now, it's there outside." No sorry, no apologizing, what irresponsible act and attitude!

I strongly discourage people getting their next dream car at bmw morristown. BECAUSE WHAT THEY DO BEST IS TO SCREW YOU AND PUT YOUR LIFE IN DANGER. STAY AWAY!!

My husband and I bought our first BMW in 1980, and currently own 4 (1987 L6, 2009 535xi, 2011 X3 and 2015 428xi. With the exception of our 1987 model, we have purchased all our cars from Michele Clarke at Morristown BMW. Although we have tried other BMW dealers, we keep returning to purchase our cars from Michele due to her thorough knowledge about her product offerings, but more importantly, due to her high level of professionalism and care of her clients. She willingly accommodates our hectic work schedules and aids in interfacing with the service department, which is especially useful for our classic car. We recommend Michele Clarke without reservation as the go-to sales person for BMW in the entire tri-state area!

Mark Carvalho is an outstanding representative for Morristown BMW. I have purchased several cars thru him over the past few years. Mark, has always listened to what you were looking for in a new BMW, patient in answering questions to help you in your decision, he goes above and beyond to provide the best service to his customers and make you feel special. My mother in-law was recently visiting NJ in August, while she was here the hurricane hit South Florida and her cars were totaled from the damage at her home. She decided to purchase a new car here in NJ. Mark guided her thru the whole process, and worked with his team at Morristown and Florida dealership for her to take possession of her new car there. His passion for the MBW brand goes without saying.

For the second time in three years, I have just had another enjoyable experience at Morristown BMW. My salesman, Fabian Rendon, knew exactly what I wanted, and when I arrived at the showroom he was organized, friendly, welcoming, and professional. There is absolutely no stress involved once you speak to him on the phone and make your appointment to come in. Fabian is also extremely knowledgable with the vehicles, and is able to answer all questions.
I do not see myself ever dealing with another salesperson or dealership because of the trust I have at Morristown. My daughter will soon be ready to purchase her first BMW, and although she lives out of state, she will be working with Fabian. Professionalism, Trust, Confidence, and Comfort is what you leave with, along with a beautiful new car.

My introduction into the world of BMW goes way back to 1983 when I bought my first car - a chestnut 320i. I loved that car. I sold it in 1994 and it's still running. So, when the kids were "gone" it was time for me to get a car for ME. Not a car to cart clothes and furniture to and fro, a car for me!!!
I went to BMW of Morristown and met the nicest man! Larry Stokes. He has taken such good care of my AND my car. If I have a question, he's the first person I call. And almost always he knows how to help me. And if not, he gets someone that can. I love driving the car, I love the tight feel of the car. Pretty soon it will be time for my husband to buy a new Beamer and if he doesn't go to my friend, Larry, I'm leaving him!!!
It's a great place - the customer service, the service department and the overall well run feel of the place when you walk in. Take my word for it - you can not go wrong buying a BMW at BMW of Morristown! Thank you Larry!

Have purchased 4 cars from here and always had a very positive experience. My sales person is Deon Dawkins and I can't recommend him highly enough. Extremely knowledgeable and asks good questions to make sure you end up with what you really want. If you're not a fan of the pompous attitude you typically find at German car dealerships, Deon's your guy. Get him to talk about what he used to do for a living for some good stories.

The Service Dept is also excellent and highly recommended. Marianellie Mendoza and Mario Manfre have always taken extremely good care of me and do their absolute best to get me in and out. Had an issue once where one of the techs made a stupid mistake, but hey, mistakes happen and the bottom line is that it was made right. ***Tip*** Go in there with a smug attitude of entitlement and a list of unreasonable demands because you bought a BMW and you probably won't get very far. But bring your manners with you and these guys will bend over backwards regardless of whether you bought a 3 or an Alpina B7 from them.

Me and my husbands experience at BMW of Morristown was excellent!! We had the pleasure of working with salesman Rick Farfan.. Rick went above and beyond to make sure we were aware of all of our options for purchasing 2 new BMW s.. X6 and X4. He sat down with us and showed us all of our options with each vehicle. He even took us on the showroom floor to make sure we knew exactly what colors we were selecting. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We never felt rushed or pushed into making any decisions. He still keeps in touch to make sure we are comfortable in our new cars and he let us know we can contact him if we have any questions at any time.. So where do I begin... I was in search of a new car for my wife, one night circa 2 am and about a week ago I googled "best vehicle to lease." With that I am directed to a page that lists best vehicles to lease then asked all my information, etc. And to choose what cars I am interested in. I proceed to click "all vehicles." The next day I get a phone call from a woman from Morristown Bmw and the only phone call I receive, believing it was out of my price range I allow it to go to voicemail. A few hours later I get the same call and answer and decide to entertain the conversation knowing I am out of my element. I am put on the phone with a sales man named Sohaib Aslam. It was honestly the most surreal thing to have had a real conversation with a person who listened to my needs, didn't judge me and my financial status, (credit score, etc). He completely understood my needs my concerns and my worries. He was not aggressive not "pushy" and spoke to me like a human being and was not misleading in any way!!! Having never met in person (being a small business owner in the restaurant business and investing monies into another restaurant concept, made me apprehensive from the beginning. This guy, this salesman (which at this dealership they are not salesmen they are just everyday persons), who knew nothing about me, whom I have never met did all in his power to put me in my first BMW (320i xdrive) with all these awesome options at a price point that honestly I am still blown away by. It is a lesser cost then the previous vehicle and who are we kidding, its a BMW, enough said!!! When it was time to pick up the car I with the whole family we felt like we were walking into his home and not a car dealership!!! So to all you other dealerships out there go to this place and get a lesson on how to treat people and work with them and learn how to sell a car. I kept that statement PG as per my wife's request! We were made to feel comfortable and everyone was just a family and meant us comfortable with our decision. I know this is a long review but there are no words to describe the experience, the car is awesome and I am confident and happy to say I will never need to go to any other dealership and BMW of Morristown has a life long customer! And to Sohaib thank you for the follow up text messages to check on us and the car and can never thank you enough. Thank you again and the dealership for doing the "right thing" and doing more then just selling me a car. And my kids highly appreciated the hot chocolate!!!

By far the worst BMW dealership I ever dealt with in my life I purchased a 2017 BMW 750 I I ordered the executive key that controls the car as a package with doing the deal on the vehicle it s been almost one year and I cannot get anybody to help me resolve the issue of getting my key BMW North America wipes their hands clean as the dealership sales people already made their money and don t care about their customers be very very careful dealing with this dealership in and get everything you need from them before you leave but this will be my last time purchasing a BMW

In terms of sales, Morristown BMW is horrible. They are just looking to sell, and make promises that are never kept.

I recently bought a 2013 BMW 5, and when I came into the showroom, I spoke with Shravan Patel, who seemed like a nice guy. The main features I wanted were GPS, keyless entry, and parking sensors. He then checked the inventory and there was one car that had the features, BUT the parking sensors, which he told me can be installed at the dealer. The only minor gripe was that it was a 535i xDrive and not the 528i xDrive; which is a $5000 difference. But since it had everything I wanted, and the sensors can be installed, I can drive the car by next week, instead of a month or so later. So I paid the extra $5k, thanks to Sandy/my car insurance.

A week later when I went to pick up the car, I was so happy and excited, but that quickly changed when I found out that the sensors installed are an aftermarket piece. Shravan failed to explain that the sensors being installed in the vehicle are aftermarket nor did he give an indication when he was persuading me to purchase the vehicle that the sensors being installed are 3rd party, and not from BMW themselves. Had I known, I would have waited a month or so for delivery. I'm not a mind reader. It is his job to explain, IN DETAIL to the consumer what they are about to purchase. Now I have these mediocre sensors that flashes like crazy as if there's a disco party in my car, while I am driving on the highway. Yes, on the highway, and there's no way to shut the thing off.

NEVER buy from Morristown BMW. They just want your money, sell you stupid BS. Shravan even promised me to throw in black kidney grills for free. Guess what? NEVER HAPPENED.

I drove 90 minutes to get to this place and got a great deal from Mike! He definitely gave me a hassle free time and broke down all the jargon. I popped a tire on my way home from work last nigh...

I popped a tire on my way home from work last night on route 80. Even though it was about 7:10pm, I figured let me see if bmw in morristown is open since I bought my X5 from there. Luckily they are open until 8pm...I took a picture with my phone of the tire which pretty much looked like it exploded and they advised to have the vehicle towed using my SOS button. Who would have thought they tow for free up to 50 miles !! A few people stayed late for me, gave me a loaner car even though it was past their closing time by now, and got me scheduled in for the morning. I picked up my car with a new tire (thanks to the wheel n tire insurance,) and they even washed it. Thanks to the team last night between Jackie, Alan, and the third person who's name I didn't get..they all deserve accolades for their great customer service. Thanks again!!

Used Sales Review: Called to verify inventory of ...

Used Sales Review: Called to verify inventory of a used car they advertised on their website and Cargurus. Put a $500 deposit down on a used 2017 BMW 340i to hold it until it was returned by a service customer (was told it functioned as a loaner for the dealer since new). A week goes by until Marc Bonanno calls me back with a very unbelievable story of "We never had that car." and that the stock number I reserved was a 330i. I was very clear about the 340i part originally. I asked "Where did you get the VIN# and pictures for the adds then?" No answer, other than "I don't know". I was also told he never ran my CC# for the deposit, and that is where I think the truth lies (just like the salesman). Carfax showed that BMW of Morristown was in possession of the car at one time this year. Adds were taken down about 2 days after my deposit, so I just thought they stopped advertising it since they had a deposit on it. Needless to say, avoid these shady and unorganized practices. I speculate the car was sold out from under me due to salesman never following through on my deposit. Marc wasn't honest enough to admit his mistake and fabricated this very unbelievable story.

We were paired with Diana by chance as a walk-in appointment, not expecting we'd leave the same day with the perfect BMW for an excellent deal that she worked so hard with us on. Diana is the consummate professional, so attentive to understanding the needs of her clients while going above and beyond to exceed them. Not only that, but days after getting the car, Diana checked in with us and connected us with local shops to have on hand for vehicle parts/service should we need them. Very happy with our experience at BMW of Morristown. We live in Bergen County, and we probably would have purchased a car somewhere near us had the dealerships we visited not treat us so poorly. I decided to take the slightly longer drive to Morristown in the hopes of finding what I want and buy it. I was lucky enough to meet Shravan Patel. He had a very welcoming personality, that I immediately felt we are at the right place. He was very knowledgeable, and happily answered some of our "dumb" questions. At no point did he try to push me into a color I didn't want, or options I didn't need. He made sure we got the right vehicle for our needs, and not forcing us to buy something else because that was the "best deal." Before we drove off with our new vehicle, he made sure he introduced us to the Service Manager, showed us where we need to go when we bring in the car for service, and then spent about an hour with us showing us how to use all of the technology in the car. I have never been shown how to use my car in any other place before. I am really happy I drove out to Morristown, and happily refer anyone I know to go to Morristown BMW.
