Went to test drive a pre-owned 335xi that I had seen online after the holiday weekend. I had no appointment but was greeted by Mark Carvalho whom happily took me for a test drive. Loved the car and still debating purchase but was really impressed by Mark's professionalism. He was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy (which I really appreciated). Had a great experience over all!
