I just picked up my 2014 X5 Diesel from BMW Morristown, and can vouch that it was a great experience. Shravan Patel, my sales consultant is always very helpful. I have purchased my second car from him and every time he does his best to get you the best deal possible. The dealership is very quick and responsive, and Shravan does a great job in responding to calls, texts, emails. He was able to get me a great deal. Also, they don't stop responding or replying after the sale is done. If there is something they can do to help or clear any issues, Shravan has taken that extra step. I have recommended many of my friends as well, who have had as good of an experience working with Shravan and the dealership as I have had. The car buying experience is not always the easiest but this dealership sure does its part to make it amicable. Having dealt with many BMW dealers in the past, I can surely say this is one of the better ones! I hope to do more business with them in the future and openly recommend people to shop there. This review is all about the wonderful, Fabian Rendon! I had a really hard time getting a sales person to respond to me by phone regarding either trading in and/or purchasing a new vehicle. And then....Fabian came to our rescue! My husband stopped into BMW of Morristown one day and had a conversation with Fabian and I am now the proud owner of a brand new BMW! Thank you, Fabian...you are one in a million...so dedicated to your clients. We love you!!!!

If you are buying or leasing a BMW, Michelle Clark is the person you want to work with. This was my first time purchasing a BMW. I had been to several BMW dealerships in the tri-state area, and to spare the details, was very unsatisfied. She listened to the features and requirements I was looking for and was able to find me several options to test drive. She is professional, customer focused, not pushy and has experience to help you in making the best vehicle choice. She has a wonderful personality and I appreciated her patience and guidance. Rick Farfan is an excellent salesperson; he's a knowledgable, straight-shooter whose low key approach makes the leasing/buying experience much easier and more pleasant than I had anticipated it would be. I recommend him without hesitation.

I was shopping for a very specific BMW 535xi for 3 months now.. Im a internet shopper and live 2 hours away. I called Morristown BMW was transferred to Salesperson Named Shravan. Ive told him all the specifics about the car am looking for and he located one with matter of 30-45 minutes!!! Thats what i call Dedication to BMW customer. He told me that the car im looking for will be available at their dealership within a week so we scheduled an appointment.
When i arrived i was impressed by the size of the dealer and the friendliness of the salesman and the receptionist. After a quick test drive i know that that was my DREAM CAR.
Negotiation of the price was so hustle free i couldn't ask for a better experience.

I went there to buy an x4. Met with Zoe, a sales agent.

Zoe takes my drivers licenses, loses it after photocopying. After a few mins of searching we identify she dropped it in one of their employee only rooms.

I wanted to see the x3 and x4. I am only shown the x3 because the x4 is blocked.

I ask for a lease price on x4, I am told that she has to leave and I should text next morning for a price.

I text next morning, she won t give me a price. I text next evening, no price. Just time waste.

I call the dealership and they say they have no record of me arriving at the dealership.

Obviously I am a ghost!

I normally don't write reviews online, but i was more than pleased with my recent purchase at BMW Morristown. I had leased a BMW back in 2015, and it was time to re-up. I had gotten a great deal from a friend of mine who worked at Manhattan BMW, but he moved away, so I was very nervous about working with anyone else, until Royce and Nick from Morristown BMW had contacted me - I went up there and met with both of them, and they were just fantastic! I ended up bringing in my 2015 BMW 320 4 months early - and Royce and Nick gave me a great deal on a 2107 330i. I am still in contact with both of them, they were extremely honest, professional, and very down to earth, and I cant wait to go back in 3 years to get a 5-series!

I've owned many BMW over the last 15 years. My experience at Morristown BMW was an excellent one. My client service advisor Brian Desrosiers was terrific. He listened to what I wanted in my 3 series and worked with me to achieve the payment I wanted to make. I would highly recommend Morristown BMW and Brian when looking for you next BMW. Had a really very very bad experience with BMW Service department and the customer service. Thanks to negligence of the technician the battery was drained completely and I was made to pay for replacing it, probably bcos I declined the service and mentioned that I would prefer to change that on my own. I even wrote to BMW Morristown on my experience and frustration and there was no acknowledgement either. Avoid here if you can.

Was on the search for a certified 5 series for a while. Came across this 540 that bmw Morristown had, so I called made an appointment and was quickly accommodated to come in and check it out. When I got there, Jayden helped me out and it was a pretty smooth transaction. His manager, Omar Sabla, also introduced himself and thanked me for my business. It was a really pleasant experience overall, and most importantly I m super happy with my new car!! Thank you guys so much!!!!

Incredibly, I ordered it with exactly the features I wanted on January 22, 2018 and picked up the car on February 22, 2018 -- ordered, built, delivered and prepped in exactly 4 weeks! This was my 2nd purchase from BMW Morristown and, specifically, Brian Desrosiers. Brian is great and is just the kind of person you want to work with in the buying process. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Emailed about a specific car in the morning, made a deal in the afternoon, paperwork pre-filled and car was detailed and waiting for me in less than 2 hours. Be Prepared to bring your Bank Account rather than your credit card/check. This is the most expensive Dealership I have ever encountered. Never service your car there!!!!!!!!!. Indeed, I was told I needed a part for $900 & decided to call mechanics in the area,rather than dealers. Well, the part was $ 600/not $900. Called BMW back & they matched the price. Gee, could they have done this prior to my research???? They had my car for 4 days & couldn't diagnose the problem without adding ridiculous charges & unnecessary parts to the final bill. Ask them their labor rate for 1 hour! Just an awful experience from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Hope this will inform some people. Try Europcar Service in Morristown-wonderful service & very fair pricing.

I got the BMW x1 at the BMW of Morristown just a few days ago, and it went so smoothly! The service was phenomenal; big thanks to Amzad for making it easy and painless. This is my first car and with all the new gadgets that were included I had so many questions, so it was great to have somebody patient and informative. If you're planning on getting a new car at this dealership, ask for Amzad!

Terrible service. They told me to come in at 7:30 am and then I had to wait 30 min to get a ride to work. The service tech never called me to tell me about the car. I had to call them to find out the status. They promised they would pick me up at 3:00 and were 30 min late causing me to miss a meeting at work. Then my car wasn t even ready when I finally got to the dealership and I had to wait another 15 min... horrible.

Had a very unpleasant experience.with your service department - won t be coming back for service or be buying another vehicle here.

Ralph, one of the service advisors, is a passive aggressive a$$ and should not be in a customer support positions. Don t get service here. I switched to the Bridgewater dealership.

The entire BMW service team is reliable, and do the best they can to get your car up to BMW standards whenever you bring the vehicle in. They are true professionals and try their hardest to be fair, honest and I would highly recommend BMW of Morristown. You get what you pay for, and they do their best to always work with you.

I can t say enough about Carlos Duarte and the service team at BMW of Morristown! I picked up my new I3 on Christmas Eve, and luck would have it, i drove through a construction site and must have picked up a screw and got a flat as I pulled into my garage. I called Carlos Duarte, Service Director, who offered to send a flat bed to pick up the car for me at their cost. even though the flat had nothing to do with them. However I was able to plug the tire myself and didn t need the flat bed. Though I am sure the plug would have held, Carlos insisted I bring the car into the shop the day after Christmas so they could take look at it. He met me there and insisted on replacing the tire, and no cost to me. This was my first experience with Morristown BMW and it was a terrific one. Thank you Carlos!

Mike Wendroff was great. I did a European Delivery, and Mike was extremely helpful, responding to all my emails quickly and clearly, and most important, impeccably honest and offered a great deal. Overall, my buying experience was excellent. I contact Mike via email at the suggestion of some other members, and the entire transaction was a great experience. The price was right, no haggling, and when I ran into some problems with BMW Financial Services, Mike and the dealership were fantastic in resolving the dispute. Communication was 95% via email, and Mike was always quick to respond to any questions, concerns and issues, and was clear and straightforward in all communications. A+++

Just got my new lease from BMW Morristown. Bought a BMW 3Series there before, very good service overall.

Amzad Malique is not your usual car salesman. He actually listened to what we wanted instead of telling us what we should have. He spent time with us and showed us all the bell and whistles that came with our car. We bought the X3 and absolutely love it. Also, Robert Redcross was our Sales manager, he spent a long time with us giving us all the financial options we could do to get the best deal. He even threw in a few extras, because he's a good guy. Thank you both.

Beware of excessive fees after negotiating a price. I negotiated a price on a used car and was ready to buy. Sales person Marc then attempted to add the following fees: "documentation fee" $699, "window etching" $199, Registration fee $600 and "predelivery inspection fee" $999. This was on a used car that was likely already etched and did not require any mandated inspections as it was an out of state purchase. When I expressed my surprise at all these additional fees that were not previously mentioned, I was told these were standard fees when purchasing vehicles and non negotiable. Make sure you request all fees before wasting your time. I brought my business to another large dealership and additional fees were only registration, taxes and a $75 doc fee.

Great service but took longer than usual and the estimate

I have nothing bad to say about my experience at BMW of Morristown! I walked in there on a whim, not fully sure I was going to get anything. However, I met Amzad and his honesty and attentiveness was exactly what I was interested in when searching for a new car. I'm not interested in the song & dance and the run-around that some car dealerships may give you. He asked all the right questions, and was very personable. He gave me straight answers and went to bat for me a few times, after I found the car I was interested in. I also worked with Mohamed, the manager, who sealed the deal for me. I got an unbelievable car, and even when I didn't go looking for it, was totally sold on their professionalism and care to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Overall, this was a 5-star experience and definitely a 5-star car!! Totally recommend it to anyone!

very bad customer service , after they get your money/sales they never follow back up. I left 40 dollars in my glove department i took my car to the service department because i needed a wheel alignment. When i got the car back the money was gone. They are VERY untrustworthy people.

I always have a great experience at Morristown BMW. I have known Carlos Duarte for many years from another BMW dealership, and he provides the highest level of service for his customers. It's takes me longer to get to Morristown, but it's well worth it!

Working with Open Road BMW of Morristown is as good as it can get buying your dream BMW of choice. I have been fortunate enough to work with Mo, Rich and Shravan on numerous leases and they come through with the upmost professionalism every time. No beating around the bush and old school technics that would drive a customer like me crazy. If you do your research and know what you are buying you have no reason to look for any other BMW dealership. Coming in to swap out a lease is like catching up with your old roommate from college every three years, no hassle no waiting just get in and get it done. I will continue to use Open Road for all my BMW needs going forward and would suggest the same to anyone in the market for a BMW.

Words cannot express how much I loved my car from the first phone call to the delivery of the vehicle. This was my first hassle free and AWESOME Deal that I had received. This is my second BMW. I upgraded to a 428 from a 328. I'll admit I was little hesitate and was contemplating ordering a car or finding and outstate dealership that could get me my dream car at the right price and payment. I searched at least 5 dealerships in the tri state area. I bought my last BMW from Bloomfield BMW. I will never return there for another car. Mohammed was my client advisor! OMGG! I was not expecting the deal he gave me. Very nice guy! He had to peel into the dealership! I'm so glad reeled me in. Mohammed is what I discribe as a good AGGRESSIVE. I love the fact that He was more honest than most car salesman. His focus was on getting me the car that I wanted and can afford. Believe it or not I got more than that I anticipated. I only spent two hours in the dealership. I strongly recommend Mohammed or Mo is his nick name. Also, He didnt ask for me a review I offered this review to him for his outstanding service. I have been to BMW in Morristown and leased several times. This was by far my best experience. I really enjoyed working with Alvin. He was very knowledgeable and not at all arrogant or pushy. I purchased my car off the lease and am really thrilled. They handed it back to me in great shape and did some excellent body work (at an additional fee that was well worth it). If you haven't been there ask for Alvin. He will take great care of you.

BMW of Morristown parts department is great. The guys are always helpful and can help you out when you are in a jam. I been dealing with them for some time now and have never had an issue.

I had a great experience trading in my old BMW and leasing a new one. After wasting time and enduring aggravation at Audi, Infiniti, and Acura all day, I was treated respectfully and honestly by Amzad at Morristown BMW. I am also thrilled with the car and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I brought in my car for an oil change and because of front end vibration at high speed. They told me I needed two new front axles. When I got the car back the vibration was still there. When I brought it back they said they dont test at high speeds. So I asked why they recomended the axles as a solve. I got no response. After further probing they said my tires were out of round and there was nothing they could do to fix the vibration until my tires were replaced. A week later I got my tires rebalanced at a local STS and the vibration was gone. 2 months later, I found out the axle seal was leaking. So basicially they sold me on work I didnt need. They did nothing to solve my actual issue and the work they did do, they did poorly. This is the worst service center I have ever used by far.

What this reviewer says is just inconsistent with the proof. My family and I have been loyal customers since 2011 and have leased roughly 8 cars since working with Fabian. I was getting a new car for Christmas and was undecided on what I wanted. Being that I drove a Mercedes Benz for over 5 years I wanted something different but I truly was skeptical of change. My sales guy Mohammad is the best, he made my transition spectacular. From the moment I walked in the door until the day I picked up my new car I was wooed by Mo. Mo's presentation was the best I have ever witnessed at a car dealership. There was no pressure, he listened to my wants and delivered everything I asked for! I love my new car! I bought my new car at the very end of the year - a busy time for dealerships. I had a great experience at the time with my salesman, Amzad. He worked very hard from the get go but the thing that impressed me most was the follow up. If I have any questions or concerns, still six months later he is a text message away and always quick with a solution and a response. And he certainly knows how to go the extra mile (and has done so, repeatedely) I would recommend his services to anyone buying a BMW.

Buying a car from Amzad Malique of BMW of Morristown was a great process from start to finish. I just picked up my 2015 BMW 428 ix. It's beautiful and a blast to drive. Working with Amzad was pleasure. He is knowledgeable and intelligent, offering excellent insights and advice. He was happy for me to test drive as many models as I wanted in all sorts of weather. And when it came time to make a deal, he was very fair. I wanted to stick to my budget, but no 428s in stock would allow me to do so. Instead of pressuring me to spend more than I wanted for something in inventory, Amzad suggested that BMW build a car for me, allowing me to get exactly the features and options I wanted. From there the negotiation was quick, and when I called two weeks later to modify the deal a bit to include refundable security deposits, Amzad was happy to recalculate the deal. He stayed on top of the building and shipping process, and I had the car in 6 weeks, plus 1 day, from when I ordered, at the low end of the range that Amzad estimated. This was a great buying experience from start to finish.

My experience with them was great and they were able to help me find my car quickly and without any hassle. Amzad Malique was my sales advisor and he was very responsive and accomodating. He made sure I got what I needed and got me out with the car in a very short amount of time and without any issues.

Just bought the new Z4 and absolutely love it !!!!! This is the fourth car I have personally bought from salesperson, Michele Clarke. Previously I bought an x3, x5, z4 from her . My brother has also bought over six cars from Michele. She never disappoints! Michele goes the extra mile to make buying a new car as easy and stress free as possible. Just took delivery on our 6th BMW purchased over the years with Mark Carvalho as our sales rep. He has taken care of several other friends and family members as well.
