This is my second BMW and the buying experience was very average. The sales person did not inform us that the car did not stream music from phones. When I followed up with him, the response wasn't really cordial (it was more of a - "yea, you should have bought the more expensive car.."). We visited the showroom and spoke to the technical person who said he'd follow up but never did. I called the sales person about the follow-up and he promised to send an email with the solution but did not. Overall, undermined the buying experience greatly.
