The staff was really welcoming! Everyone s nice and i felt like royalty staying there. The concierges (Andrew) really help you out by booking trips with a discount and giving tips on where to go and how to get there. Also he googled my trips for me and called them to make reservations. It was my 27th birthday there and they we re so considerate they got me a little birthday cake as a gift! Also i got a roomupgrade with the lake view because it was my birthday.
If you have anything you need you can call them 24/7 and they ll be there in a jiffy.
The housekeeping (Zipphora) was really sweet and even re arranged all my makeup s.
The morning breakfast buffet has a lot of variety (daily) and is freshly made.
The location is great because you have the metro station right around the corner like a 500 meter walk. They also have a shuttle that brings you to like the private beachclub, the mall of the emirates and the dubai marina mall for no extra costs. Around the hotel and lake there are cute little restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers and beauty salons. Also pharmacy s that are open 24/7 if you need something asap.
I would surely come back here again with the service me and my mom had while we were here on vacation.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room cleaned every day and the bed was very comfortable

Distinctive hotel, spacious room, nice view, suitable for family

Our room was kept spotless by a young woman who's name was "Apsara" she also made sure we had enough tea, milk, water and was so pleasant and polite. A Hotel depends on the quality of all their staff and Apsara is quality.

Hotel was in a good location close to the metro. Huge range of choices for breakfast and it tasted as good as it looked. Staff were very efficient and friendly especially the accommodation team and the breakfast staff. Hope to be back same time next year

Very poor, stay elsewhere. There are many, many better hotels in the area for the same price (and less). Do not stay in this hotel, you will regret it if you're expecting anything above a 2 star experience.

I am staying here from 23 to 30 December, though initially I did have certain teething problems, bt the staff and the manager were quick to respond to and rectify my problem.....there is a housekeeping member called Pratap who really impressed me with his hard work, simplicity and deligence.

Wonderful lodging, exceptional service, great care and care of guests and their belongings. Simply spectacular breakfast! super recommend it!

The bar/restaurant employee downstairs wouldn't allow me to order anything even though it was before closing time and the place was packed with people. The front desk had told me it would be ok. It was before closing time on Friday night.

We received a warm welcome from the start. The hotel is clean and nicely furnished. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace. Away from the hustle and bustle, you can have a good breakfast there. The birds are just annoying. You should put away your food more often so that the birds don't keep helping themselves from the plates.

We had a large room that faced the inside. At night you can sleep well with the windows open. The cleanliness did not meet the requirements of a five star hotel. With only 3 nights we had to ask if our room was cleaned at all. Unfortunately we were forgotten that one day. But well ... there are worse things.

There is a beach nearby for hotel guests. This one is really good for Dubai. The shuttle takes you over there at two different times. If necessary, you can also take a taxi. The prices are not high.

You can get the voucher (entrance ticket) for the beach in the hotel without any problems. One would think ...
Here, too, we have had an experience that is an absolute no-go in a 5-star hotel. A concierge was absolutely out of tune with us and left out all his frustration. That must not be!!!! Hence two stars deduction.

Still a nice hotel for a few days to get to know and love Dubai.

And the hotel SPA! - just what i needed with 2 hrs to spare before a night flight; mani/pedi and a lovely relaxing massage.

We stood there for a week. The constructions and noises in the evening sometimes a bit too much. But the personal was extraordinary friendly. Especially Sakir, the driver to the beach (perfect solution) and Andrew the Concierge.

Clean and spacious hotel, the staff were helpful at all times.

So, I will begin with Michael--Amazing. He was the first to greet us and he always had a smile on his face ready, willing, and able to assist us. Anoop (hopefully I spelled it correctly) in concierge was amazing as well. It's like he was waiting for us! I have to say that he personally confirmed our excursions and even assisted in translating! Anoop did not have to do any of that but he went out of way every single day. And lastly there is Hanooq. He was beyond thoughtful each and every day. He was polite and focused and he is greatly appreciated for his hard work and attention to detail. I was very impressed with his daily kindness. The lifeguard (Filipino Newlywed--didn't get his name) was also very kind and provided us with useful tourist information that we found invaluable as we were not familiar with the some of the practices in Dubai. There were countless individuals who assisted us during our stay and there was always a smile on their faces, wondering how they could help.

This meal could be more adapted to European guests.
2 times we stayed in the room without water which is very impractical if you just want to take a shower .... Without a hair dryer, we are also blended once ...
But the hotel staff have always been helpful and polite.

fantastic breakfast, excellent staff, very comfortable bed, very clean, free parking, pool, gym, almost perfect, just the place far from the airport and the city centre is a problem.

Here, the feeling was important to be important. Everything was done immediately, wishes fulfilled. Food was always excellent very versatile. The pool had sun all day. The staff was great. I'll be back 5 stars

They are prompt to time and diligent. The only clause is parking issue.

1. The curtain is not be able to cover the light from outside
2. The rain shower is east to wet the whole bathroom floor. Feel sorry for Housekeeper when they have to clean the room.
3. Breakfast is really good. Variety of items to choose from.

Pay for the drinks and other things that were in the bedroom fridge I got charged 526 dirhams for that when I wasn t made aware at all as far as I knew it was included the man doing the check out wasn t polite at all had a real bad attitude. I got charged for soemthing I don t think I should have been charged because I wasn t made aware of any of this but still got charged. And would never ever come back to that hotel ever again and I would highly tell everyone to stay away from this hotel. I don t even want to rate this 1star that s how rubbish the staff member was.

Not recommend slow service arrived from airport at 10.15 after asking many times about our suite 3 tired children 2.30 when we finally received. B&B was included when I booked but bcz of the check in time we were charged for breakfast and receptionist claiming b&b is not included smh I got robbed.....myb by Southall

The pool wasn't cooled and very dirty. When we wanted to go into the other cooled pool, we were used to it. Since we did not have an appropriate room.

Such a thing is not acceptable. Either one cools both pool or one puts the other to all guests at the disposal.

That's why we always went to Dubai Marina and went there to a public pool.

Great staff and willing to help BUT room was smelling cigarette smoke. Told the crm about it but only sent a guy with an airfreshener. Had to keep a window open but did not work.

I know that I have rated your company low for many reasons. The first problem is that Dubai is a very large competitive city with many alternative options. The hotel is very simple, a bit old from the outside, and relatively small from the inside.

You should improve the check-in experience as it took time (noting that only one person was in front of us but it took a good 15-20 mins to check-in)

The room is quite ok and clean but the bed sheet did not feel so fresh/clean (noting that it is clean, but it is just a feeling) so you need to improve your bed sheets. Everything in the room seems pretty good, bathroom was good.

Location: It is good for where I wanted to be; however, if you are looking to be near the downtown then this place is not for you. Dubai Marina, Emirates Mall is close by so that's fair plus JBR and the Palm as well.

How do you improve your business: Your selection of F&B needs to be better, your front-desk staff need to be well-trained, your hotel entry needs a better improvement as well.

I stayed for a month and had a great time. The staff were friendly and always happy to assist. The rooms, common areas, and lifts were very clean and well-cared for. The gym and swimming pool were also excellent.
The only issue was that my booking was on a special corporate rate that included free breakfast and 25% discount on laundry and restaurants, but I was not informed about this at the time of check-in.

It's a very nice hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. There are also free shuttles to the beach, which are also very over-punctual.
Except for one small thing, I'm really happy with the hotel.
Otherwise it was unfortunately at the evening buffet, the Iftar sometimes very overcrowded and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed with many foreign guests, so that sometimes you were no longer assigned a table and had to take care of cutlery and drinks yourself, which is never a problem on quieter evenings was. What bothered us, however, were a few guests who stood in front of the buffet from their plate with their bare hands, e.g. Eating the rice with the sauce or while they were standing in line for dessert, eating ice cream in the waffle at the same time and pieces of it falling onto the buffet. You lost your appetite a little. If you went to eat a little later in the evening to avoid the rush, there was sometimes no dessert left, whereupon you are told to go straight to dinner on time. I think the hotel management could also point out to the guests that something like this is appropriate at home or at the table, but not at the buffet in a 5 star hotel, and then, if necessary, refer such guests from the restaurant. The hotel doesn't have to put up with everything from guests, just out of respect for the kitchen staff, who really went to great lengths to prepare the dishes.

We visited NOSH restaurant. It's a Nice place. Food is good with variety of desserts. Reasonably priced.

It was an amazing experience, fast room service and everything was awesome.

It's real 5 stars.. But the location not that good
