Very good hospitality, well manners and trained professional staff. Overall good experience

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. It was a pleasant stay, the staff were very nice and helpful. Only two criticisms- I did not expect to notice signs of wear and tear on furniture and carpet in the room of a 5 star hotel AND I Would have preferred to be closer to the beach. Overall experience however was very good.

Friday cartoon brunch is my kids fav, good selection of food and friendly staff, kids play-area can be upgraded to keep the kids more busy.

Enjoyed our stay there thoroughly. Vishal Dubey was the staff person on duty who checked us in. He provided us with useful tips to get around the city and went above and beyond his call of duty to make us feel welcome. The restaurant chef was also super friendly. I would definitely recommend trying his omelletes at the omellete counter for the breakfast buffet.

Highly recommend, good location, very clean hotel and very friendly staff.

Front Desk - there was only 1 staff for check-in/check-out. have to wait long and service was slow. Staff unfriendly.
Room - Smoking smell although requested a non-smoking room. bath-tub drainage did not work resulted water stagnant. Good job to HouseKeeping rectifying after complaint.
AC - hard to adjust to right temperature. Either too cold or too warm.

Lovely hotel and excellent staff. Close to marina mall by taxi and close to the beach by taxi. Not walking distance. Room are contemporary with most amenities in the room. Some of the furniture needs sprucing up. Breakfast selection was decent with tailored made omelettes. Situated in the one of the very first clusters in jameria lake towers so easy for taxis to get deliver you home. There are other hotels which I feel deserve a 5 star which is why this hotel at best is really 4 star.

I will definitely stay there again, perfect location, close to many of Dubai's famous attractions plus it is clean and very economic, they missed one star though because I spent unnecessary time at the reception during the check-in. Overall it's a very good place to stay for those who intend to spend most of their time outdoors and have the hotel room only for sleeping. Do not expect more.

The rooms are described as soundproof rooms which is not correct at all. The terrace door closes badly so there is a lot of outside noise (generator + surrounding yards) inside! The room also does not have the appearance that it should have from a 5 * hotel. It looks like the hotel is more than 10 years old, while it has only been there for 4 years. The breakfast is well cared for and the staff is very friendly and helpful, but that is so everywhere in Dubai.

Kindly permanently repair your Glass shower curtains so that the water doesn t flow out of the tub when you shower. Apparently, I learned that all your rooms suffer similar fate.
Also, the reading lights by the bed have inbuilt switch that is supposed to turn off the light when is stored in its housing. This switch when it fails to turn off the light remains in throughout the night and really interferes with the sleep of your guests. Please change this type of light it s not worth the hustle. Otherwise we had a great time in your hotel.

Su and jessica on reception were fantastic. Su especially. Hotel was great very clean and friendly atmosphere.

The check in and check out was good. The breakfast service was satisfactory. The first day I asked for tea at breakfast, a waiter plonked the tea down with milk already in it and without any saucer. Another time I asked for water when I finished the one I already brought and the waiter brought it very reluctantly and when I asked for tea, she pointed the self service counter. I had ask for tea bags because they ran out of the English Breakfast tea bags but she told me to check the box. I had to repeat it s not there. I didn t ask for tea or any other service after these experiences again. I didn t want to be treated rudely. The hot shower water barely flows while the cold water portion is good. The service from the reception and operator is very good.

It was always class. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was also very good.

The windows are really dirty. The customer service very bad and poorly trained. I shocked when I arrived and they refused to give me a refund. The worse experience ever I wish I can go to the Jabal Ali location but I paid already here!!!

I really enjoyed everything in the hotel. Abdelkader's smiling and warm welcome every time we went to the reception. Very clean and spacious rooms tidied up every day. A generous and very good breakfast with delicious omelets served by M Punshun. I have kept a very beautiful image of this hotel and I would not hesitate to recommend it to my loved ones because it is really excellent.

Was very good experience, we've met Mr Faysal ( receptionist) excellent customer service, smiley face and very professional, our room was tidy and comfortable, dinner served at UBK restaurant, Miss Jane ( Jenny),she is a wonderful lovely woman.

My over all experience was good, I just had problem at the reception during my check out. I had extended my stay by one more day, hence i had to cancel the same later. As booking was done through my agent, so i had requested at reception to give my check out receipt or letter with the date that i have not extended my stay on the advice of my agent, so it could be handy later if any issues arise later between any of our agent. To my my disappointment your good officer refused to oblige me. I wish i remembered her name as she was very curt (her name starts with "S"). Where as Mr. Devendra / Ms Rupa and Mr. Naresh were very courteous and of great help. Thank you with Kind regards Vineet Gupta

I am extremely satisfied with the Reception team especially Ms. Margerita & others, for making it a delightful experience & a quick one during check in & check out. The room i stayed in was excellent & delightfully an upgrade with nice view & lots of space.
However the hot water issue in my room 301 was not resolved till the last day. If the shower says max 68 deg hot & you have to bath everyday in the morning @ 27-28 deg water its not at all acceptable. It seems as if geysers have been shut off & Sun is being used to provide the warm water as it may be.
Further while the service in your restaurant is superb, the food itself is not at all up-to the standards. As an example please taste the croissants, it doesn't have that fresh & soft feel to it. Since i had tried everything on 1st 2 days, on my last day i found the rice to be too overcooked.

We had booked Movenpick based on fantastic Expedia reviews, having stayed in a 5 star in downtown I had high expectations, sadly this hotels didn t meet them.

The hotel is very basic, the rooms were small and extremely poorly lit! The air con was a puzzle for all of us...the location of the hotel was also not very convienent. About a 10min drive away from JBR and Jumeriah Beach, however you are unable to travel anywhere without a taxi. The metro is about 10min wall away, however the hotel is on a very busy highway, which I wouldn t feel comfortable to walk on at night.

The staff were okay, cleaners were excellent!

Good Hotel with a slightly more relaxed location at Jumeirah Lakes. The rooms in the hotel are high class and the food at Nosh and Ubk is very good. Wednesday -Friday they have a troubadour who plays at Ubk. The hotel pool and gym are of a high standard and there are always free sun loungers by the pool and free machines in the gym. The staff who work at the hotel are friendly and deliver first class service. Is a bit to walk to JRB Marina 1.5- km and JRB beach about 2.0km but there is tram that goes from JLT Lakes to the street at JRB beach. Can be disturbed between the houses so that the walking distance to Dmcc station and the bridge over the motorway will be 500m shorter. The hotel's private car costs 60 Aed to Dubai mall-Burg Khalifa SEK 170.
taxi costs 6-20 Aed to the beach SEK 18-60.
Near the hotel there is a 24 hour open shop with ok prices. Around JLT Lakes there are numerous restaurants coffee with Food from all over the world Indian, Thai, sushi and even night open restaurants like Canadian pizza. The starting point from JLT Lakes is good if you are going to the Mall of the Emirates or Dubai mall by Taxi or the commuter train or on excursions or have a rental car. I think my holiday at the hotel was nice and good value for money.

You guys are amazing I never writes review for the hotels but this time you guys really deserve a million reviews. You really care about your customers you are professional and knowing what to do I was really amaze by how good you are hotel was clean room services super good location of the hotel is really good from my experience in the hotels around the world I never found a hotel the has a really good price with a great service my family was happy and felt comfort at the hotel even they felt like home lastly you are the besssssssssssst

Urban Grills Bar is a nice and casual place to visit. Value for money. Neat and clean. Polite staff. Well maintained.

Extremely courteous and polite staff all over the hotel. They all were so wonderful that you feel like family. The food was amazing and the service was even better. Would stay here again without a doubt. Thank you Movenpick JLT for all you did for us.

Terrible stinking rooms. Gets very loud at night from outside street noise,the windows have horrible insulation won't be able to sleep at night

Ubk bar sucked, and their food wasn't very good either. You ask them to make a Mai Tai, and they just bring you a mojito. Was not happy at all, and they still charged me for drinks that I didn't even drink.. I sent back the first one, and they tried to make the same flavors.. you don't put amaretto and lemon juice inside a Mai Tai at all!!

Pleasant stay. Too much air conditioning in the dining room.

This is a pre review, as I stand at the check in counter for over 15 minutes, while the one staff deals with another customer, really one check in staff? So far not impressed, lets see how the stay goes.

The hotel was nice enough, but the location was sort of in the middle of nowhere. So the hotel has a big plus, but for me it will likely be a different hotel next time because the location was to far away from where I needed to be.

Nice place if you take a lake view room (add 25 or so US$) . Rooms are not very big, good breakfast until 10:30 and with outside terrasse. Next is a good pizza place. Inhouse burgers and steaks etc.

Good hotel with good support staff. All aminities provided are of good quality.

I booked 2 rooms for me and my kids and asked for a connected room to stay close for my kids. I called the reservation department in the hotel before my arrival and they told me that the people in the front desk will assist me when I arrive. The person who was in the front desk showed that he will be our right hand and he will help with all the support. He told me that I m lucky because he arranged for me the last available connected room in the hotel and he said that the door for this room is not working by the key and we should enter always from the second room. I didn t say anything until now. When I entered to the room, I was chocked because it was for handicapped people and can t be used normally for normal people!! The person who do the reservation for the room didn t mentioned any thing about the room except the doors problem. We couldn t use the bathroom as the shower was a short level and the water was spreading everywhere on the floor.
I made a complaint with the same guy in the reception but he didn t do anything. Only he apologized for not telling us the truth about the room and if we want to take another 2 separate rooms in different floors which is makes me unhappy to be away from my kids.
Really this action for not telling us about the handicapped room was not acceptable in any way.

Very pleasant stay great concierge service and advice and help at the gym

Its a very nice hotel with a highly professional and helpful staff working around the clock for the guests comfort. it is decently priced and close to a lot of Dubai's iconic landmarks and shopping malls.
metros and taxis are available within a minutes walk. a sports bar and 3 different restaurants are in the same building. nice gym and decent size pool.
I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to anyone

Well being if Jumaeirah is a luxury. One worth it. The breakfast dining menu, awesome the view the pool"s". The staff working there is cooperative and complies to calls at all hours.

The bar is also a very cozy, great menus and good vibes.

Arrival and check-in: There was no one to help with the luggage from the vehicle to the check-in counter or the room. There seemed to be some kind of chaos at the entrance with lots of vehicles jammed, and not a single attendant in sight. I had to go to the lobby, get a cart and offload luggage myself.
Restaurant - Had buffet dinner one of the days around 8PM at Nosh Restaurant. Half of the items were over and there seemed to be no one in sight. I walked over to the kitchen and asked the attendant for help. He promised he would get someone to refill within 5 minutes, but didn't get done. I finally ate what was available and left.

Room - There was no water for a whole day. I was stuck in my room all day. I must have called over half a dozen times and every time since morning and was told it would take 30 minutes. I had to cancel all meetings as I wasn't able to leave. Water finally came around 6PM. I was particularly disappointed the staff lied to me everytime I called. If the water was shut for the whole day for maintenance they should have been upfront rather than promise 30 minutes.

I've stayed in this property over 60 days this year alone on earlier occasions, but it was never like this. Something has gone missing/awfully wrong in the management recently to see commotion in all departments. I checked out of the hotel earlier than planned and moved to another hotel. I travel to Dubai 4 months in a year but will never return to this property.

Hospitality par excellence the staff is courteous & the buffet breakfast was out of the world experience. Location is good and good for those looking for metro connectivity JLT Metro station is walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and stylish.

Courteous staff .... clean rooms ... situated on Jumeirah lake with a nice promenade peppered with restaurants ....

We have been rebooked from another hotel (the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights) due to a reservation error.
So I am comparing against what we would have expected and paid for and what we have got in fact:
The room we were given was in good condition and always clean up professional. The room could have been a little bit larger but for the circumstances it was ok.
Compared to the Hyatt, Your stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. We highly appreciated the way we have been welcomed and treated during our stay.
Unfortunately the location of the hotel was a little bit far off for our plans. That s also the main reason why we are not able to give the 10 points here!
Nevertheless we would recommend the hotel to everyone who stays in this area and does not need a 5*plus hotel.

The curtains in our room didn't close therefore we woke as soon as the sky lightened. In addition every few minutes throughout the night we could here water dripping. It was a terrible night's sleep.

Living to standards, clean, tidy, organized and comfortable.

I did not like the room, standred, but it is small compared to the rest of the hotels and noisy outside until very late.
It is not overlooking a beautiful location or view and the location of the hotel is very far

A modern, bright, friendly hotel. Great breakfast that kept us going all day, (special thanks to the omelette guy!!) Like everywhere in Dubai it is not close to anything, the metro station is 500 yards away, but another 200 yds to the train line, as you have to cross an 8 lane road by bridge. Our room was fine and comfy, if somewhat cluttered with stuff, 2 phones, mini-bar ingredients, special box for the tv remote etc. Dubai, for us was a one time visit, but this hotel was a good choice.

It must provide a place in swimming pool for kids not only for adults!

I hope u provide more choices in the breakfast.
