Wonderful hotel fantastic staff great place to stay

Excellent stay hotel very clean lunch and dinner very good also nothing to say friendly staff they are all welcoming smiling everything was perfect we recommend this hotel and we return with our eyes closed and we wish to thank ROCHDI it is perfect from the beginning to the end thank you very much ROCHDI

Good nice hotel love it beautiful insite very clean and for every body something to do and to see in one building there are restaurants lobby cash machine for every card nice cocktail bar pizzeria and restaurant

Friday Food ( Dinner) was not good, it was a repetition of lunch.

Service, room, food... everything was perfect in this Hotel.
Only the location was not perfect, a little far from the Center of Dubai. But near to the Metro, so it was no problem.

A very nice hotel that is about a 10 minutes walk from the Metro station.

The staff are very friendly, courteous and accommodating. I booked a flight and breakfast package deal and got a room with a view of the lake and the amazing sky rise buildings built and those developed. The views especially at night, is amazing.

Brekfast is buffet style, with a wide range of hot and cold breakfast dishes.

There is also the U B K Bar onsite, which makes it a perfect area to chillax after a long day of touring Dubai. Drinks are reasonably priced.

The restaurant service was not so good, specially from the girls which was very unsupportive.
Also for Islamic religion visitors you should ask them if they should keep the wine at room or not, I asked the room service to remove the wine from my room and this done after my request 24 hrs.
The hotel forgot to book limousine to the airport at the last day, but my colleague remembered them last hours. The hotel decided to book unsuitable car to the airport however we was 3 persons with a lot of luggage which was uncomfortable for our trip.

Very good and nice hotel. Service was perfect and there was someone that works there and his name was Lakmal. He s is a very good person, very kind and he helped me every day for what I can do in Dubai when I stayed there.

We enjoyed our stay . Staff was friendly. The price for breakfast was fair and they have a wide variety of delicious foods and drinks. It was worth it to add it to our reservation. The cons are that they don't have an ice machine and you have to call them so someone brings you ice and some time they take a while. The valet parking is free, very convenient. The pool was nice and open until 10pm. The bar was really cool but only for smoking ppl. They also have a Cafe open 24h in the lobby so you can go and order or just call for a room service. Just a few steps outside the hotel there are a Pharmacy open until 2am and a Market open 24h, very convenient. No alcohol served there by the way. Even though we went during the Ramadan period that you need to be careful not eating, drinking, or smoking in public, and you need to pay attention to your outfits we have a wonderful time in this hotel and in Dubai in general.

The hotel is located in strategical position, not far from the airport and from the main attractions! Everything was perfect, a special thanks to Lakma for his precious help in booking our trips and a special thanks also to Tayyad, our driver. We had really appreciated the cleaning of the room and the kindness of all the staff. Be sure we will recommend your Hotel!

Good hotel. Perfect breakfast. Bar downstairs and several restaurants close by. Nice pool. Service is perfect. Daily walk around the lake. Accessible by Metro.

The lobby isn't 5 stars at all. It barely has 2 sofas. Aside from a gym and a medium sized pool there's nothing much at the Hotel.

Anything bad to say about the hotel and all the staff. Always really helpful!

UBK great restaurant for the Friday brunch. Main manager Nicholas was fabolous and made us feel so welcome. The other staff do need a bit of training though... We asked for drinks several times for it to never arrive! We ended up going to the bar ourselves to get the drinks.. We understand they're busy but we were thirsty . UBK has for cool games zones too (PlayStation booth, kareoke, billiards..). Will be back because even though the food was basic, it kept our bellies full! Oh and the love entertainment guitar guy sang me happy birthday and the whole restaurant joined! Family friendly vibes x

Cozy hotel with attentive and helpful staff. Depending on the position you can have a room with a very good balcony or with good view but with a small balcony.
Breakfast with some reservations but with a little of everything.
Very good meeting space.

So funny, it is five stars, but it does not deserve three stars, might be the location of the hotel is excellent, but I was not satisfied with four-night I had to stay in this lousy hotel. I don't recommend for the family at all.

Pakistani and Indian more customers can be attracted by improving lunch and dinner menu based on local food of countries. Further I noticed food rates are slightly high.

The staff were helpful and smiley specially the receptionist Micheal! Everything was amazing; the suite, the breakfast, the SPA pool...
Looking forward to come back soon.
PS: please include complementary fruits & dates in the suites.

We had very good impressions about your hotel. The building is beautiful and clean and shine everywhere. The room was very comfortable. well-equipped and everything was for personal use. But the most important thing we liked was the warm relations with us of your staff. We don t know English, but we didn t have problems with communication. I had a good stay but unfortunately there was an altercation in the room next to us with a man pushing a woman out the door and throwing money at her saying her services are done and to leave to which they started screaming at one another. This made us very uncomfortable due to the threats the woman and the man on her loudspeaker were making to the man saying they would come back and he will pay for it, we became a hit uneasy. This isnt necessarily the hotel itself fault as you cant control these kind of things from happening it's just unfortunate that we were next to it.

The room was not good:
Washroom was accumulating water until next day housekeeping to remove it
Washroom sink height was very short making backache for me to wash my face or brush my teeth.

The coffee break beside the meeting room was having a coffee machine full of cockroaches disgusting to any one need a cup of coffee

Great place. UBK its a must to visit. Very cosy and welcoming. Great food and service.

The hotel was clean, staff very helpful, food was great. The only thing that was disappointing was the room. I booked a king superior room but it just end up looking like a 2 star hotel room. View was up to expectations. If they update the room this would easily be a 8 out of 10

5 stars hotel but need to maintain the first impression of the entrance building

Nice compact Hotel. Needs more options on Food menu otherwise we had a good stay. The customer service of staff is impeccable.

first i got a really bad experience at the restaurant the first day, there were flies everywhere...flies & food don't mix
second my room was on the 2nd floor right on top of the reception, every night we have noise from people yelling to cars' horns
third the toilet seat had marks everywhere, it could be to the used of chemicals but it had a disgusting appearance and the sink was not working properly

Nice hotel with excellent service and friendly staff.

While it was nice of them to let us check in early, they still made us wait 2 hours before getting a room, even though the receptionist said that the room was vacant & only getting cleaned. I explained that we had a long flight and we were so tired, but the reception only reminded us that they're doing us a favor letting us check in early & we wave to wait & basically be grateful they're allowing the early check in! The room, supposedly getting cleaned in two hours, was very smelly, like it wasn't opened for months! It was spacious however & the furniture was very modern & well maintained. The coffee in the lobby was very good and the pastry was fresh.

Very bad hotel Too bad, not worth a single star. Very, very bad service. Even watching your movies from your laptop is not available. Reception service does not return directly to the phone. The outside view is bad. I regret that I booked the hotel a very bad experience.

The hotel was clean and staff helpful.I dont know if is it because of Covid, but breakfast was poor and dinner average. In addition we found a cockroach in our room that made us leave hotel early in the morning. Not real what you would expect from 5 star hotel.

Nice hotel in JLT. Top tip: if you're horrendously pale you can do most of the walk from hotel to metro stop via the underground car parks which is mostly shaded.

The services are available, and for the cleanliness, it is excellent. Especially they have a good employee named Rupali Thank u.

Location was great.. lake view was amazing.. stayed only for 1 night...
Just one request,
Pls pls stop knocking and asking us twice if we do have a laundry ;) ( from the moment we checked in and the next day early morning we need to get up from bed bcoz of this) coz we just booked only for 1 night and need to rest, it's not actually advisable.
We also called to request a toothbrush but it didn't came. But not so big deal..over all stay was still good. Just try to improve on those kind of request..thanks so much.

Good hotel. But you feel that is 3 stars hotel not 5 stars.. You can get better hotel nearby in same amount of money .. I checked in at 10 pm and they ask me for waiting my room to be ready!!? . A lot of noise coming from nearby construction site and there is no soundproof . Room was good and clean

Clean, spacious rooms, excellent pool and gym. Breakfast a bit pricey.

We were greeted very, very friendly (in the middle of the night) at the reception. The entire staff at the reception, doormen and in the restaurant were extremely friendly and very attentive. Our room was great!
The dinners, which change every evening, were especially wonderful! Kudos to the chef, 1o points for him and his team. Nothing to be desired at the breakfast buffet either.

Premier suite which isn't so premium. The place is clean, staff friendly and quick. Suite is really not big enough for two people as the closset is tiny. For business, yes OK, but not for leisure as there are simply better locations with much better views with better access to bars and restaurants etc. Also, although it says breakfast is included, it's not, and the place charges OTP pricing for food. Wouldn't consider this a 5 star Hotel at all.

Had an amazing time at this hotel. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet which has an extensive variety of dishes. The house keeping team was also amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is also family and kids friendly!

the lake is bad view its not clean, the pool is need to be more attractive

The hotel is amazing. Rooms are quite comfortable. Staff is very friendly. I have been staying there from last 4 months and I only have one issue. Room service is extremely pathetic. They don't answer the calls. Don't even call back and sometimes you will have to call them again to remind them about the order. I hope they can do something about this. Apart from this rest everything is amazing.
