I, like most of you found ModBargains via either a google search or from one of the many forums that are dedicated to our cars. I m a member of one but a reader/lurker of others and spend a lot of time researching before buying anything a lot of time. So, when I saw ModBargains praised again and again for their prices and customer service they were my only choice when it came time to make my purchase.

After exhaustive research I actually just placed an order online. Excited, I settled into a giddy waiting period I couldn t wait to get new wheels on my car! My giddy excitement had to wait because this wasn t a perfect purchase. There were a few speed bumps along my journey. The next day I received a voicemail from the very friendly and professional Jay Balatbat. He explained that the wheels I thought I had purchased were out of stock. After all of my research I now had to make more choices. The thing is though, Jay was able to present options that I hadn t seen online. He also sent a number of photos of customer cars with wheel options as well. This really helped me make the choice to purchase Avant Large M610s. I love these wheels!

Although there were some speed bumps along the way, I am pleased with the outcome of my purchase and the level of service that I received from Jay. I would recommend him and ModBargains to anyone.

Honestly, the only thing that I d change (If I had a magic wand) is where they are located. They are on the west coast and I am on the east coast. I wish they were closer to cut down on the time difference/shipping wait time etc. It d be nice to be able to roll down the street for the next mod. Eibach springs, I hear you calling my name.

I m always a repeat offender of getting work done here at ModBargains. It s just addicting to modify my cars. I usually work with Alan or Kevin.

Poor customer service. I ordered 4 Koni red shocks, 4 or 5 days later, they contact me to tell me they won't honor their own online price. They raised the price 60 dollars. Because of their delay to notify me, I missed out on a sale from another vendor. They care more about a small percentage then correcting their mistake and taking care of the customer.

Worked with Kevin for various parts on my FRS. Biggest of which were custom color midnight blue colored wheels. Top notch customer service and products. I'm out of state from them but wasn't a problem for Kevin to make it happen.

I've gotten most of my aftermarket stuff came from these guys for a reason. Customer service always stellar. Just recently, Kevin spent hours working with me to get the right fitment on a set of Forged wheels. Even after placing the order, they keep in touch before and after delivery to ensure satisfaction. Very happy with my BC Forged wheels!

Purchased many parts from Elliott at Modbargains and have had nothing but great service every time. They also have a great install facility if you're local I highly recommend it!

I was recommended to ModBargains/Auto by Jason from GetMyWheels for performance products on my Audi S5. Kevin answered my call and right away I knew that this was the shop that I wanted to install bags and big brakes. From many conversations suiting my personal preferences, Kevin's professionalism and down-to-earth manner help to steer me in the right path of decision making for customizing my ride. And the icing on the cake was Dave the technician who masterfully executed the installations. Not only was David's work clean and precise, he took the time to show me all the settings and configurations that he put together for me to operate the AirLift install. I'm extremely satisfied with everything that ModAuto has done for me. In fact, next month, the ongoing project continues with more Mods to come.....

Had an issue with a damaged product and was told I couldn t return it. After a few days I was contacted by Alan Wei who was the General Manager and was told that they would definitely work with me and explained the reason I was told no in the beginning. Very happy with outcome.

The time it takes to ship items from ModBargains is rediculous! They should be ashamed of themselves for taking a week just to get my item shipped out!!! This is completely unacceptable and I will never order anything from them again.

I ordered spoilers for my newly purchased BMW M6 from Modbargains. After this highly recommended company in Virginia saw the spoilers it was determined that the spoilers were the wrong fit and should be returned. BUT, I spoke to Jay in customer services and he made contact with a credible company in the Richmond Virginia area and they were able to install the spoilers with no problems. Jay went above and beyond the call of duty. I truly appreciate him and the Modbargains family for making my retirement gift a dream come true. Thanks

Emailed ModBargains after having researched some VMR VB3 CSL wheels for my E46 on their very helpful and content-rich website. I had a few questions that Eric in Sales was able to answer for me. I ordered the wheels together with Michelin Pilot Super Sports. The wheels they had in stock, but the tires they had to order. In a handful of business days the wheel/tire package was ready. Since I live close enough to their shop, I drove in to have them mounted. Alan helped me out while there, offering his experience and recommendations while I waited. VERY friendly and helpful service. No hard sales pressure, just tech talk. GREAT experience. I will come back here for any other mods in the future.

Very displeased with the service of the product.

When I purchased the tail lights I followed the instructions for both lights. As both lights were installed the exact same way. I received condensation inside my right tail light. I instantly checked for the intergrity of the gasket and the tightness of the bolts. Both lights seemed fine.

Service: when I called in they asked me for for photos of the light. Everything seemed fine until I to keep sending in multiple photos of the light. I almost gave up but I called in today. Eventually the representative told me that it could not be replaced because " I installed it wrong "

I offered to pay for a replacement of this single fixture. The representive told me that wasnt possible. no way I'm paying that amount twice.

I'll no longer buy modifications through this company to avoid hassle.

Sean helped me with my process of purchasing a new custom rim. Got some cash discount also. Will be back if there are great products that are available in the future.

If I had to sum up my experience with modbargains in one word...Wow! I was in the market to start modding my brand new Fiesta ST and a forum recommendation sent me to modbargains and Kevin, who works with online sales. I let him know what deals I was getting from their competition, and I was doubtful they'd be able to beat the quotes, because I already found a great deal...well, Kev surprised me and after a couple days of making calls and jumping through hoops with their vendors, Kev got me a killer deal on a full cobb exhaust and Bilstein coilovers, well below what others were offering. You know that Burger King commercial where the guys are dumbfounded at the price of two Whopper meals for 10 bucks, thinking it must be a mistake and someone would get fired? I hope Kev doesn't get fired, because they're just about giving me the parts! Seriously tho, don't hesitate to negotiate a deal if you don't like their posted prices. And don't hesitate to ask for and work with Kevin. He's truly a gem...respectful, understanding, flexible...a true customer service expert, which is rare these days of online shopping. I really can't capture my level of satisfaction, so go see for yourself. Thanks Kev and ModBargains...ya'll rock!

I have dealt with a lot of customer service representatives in the past but never with one as friendly and helpful as KEVIN MCDONELL . He was prompt and very knowledgeable with everything I was asking about. My very first order with ModBargains was honestly one of the smoothest over the phone transactions I have ever done and that was thanks to KEVIN due to his great customer service skills. I will definitely be doing business through ModBargains for all my wheel and suspension needs.

I drive from the Glendale Area all the way to Mod Bargains in La Habra for the Professionalism and Expert Car Mod assistance. I've been here twice for Coilovers and A wheel and tire set. Both great experiences. Kevin from the sales team was very knowledgeable and friendly. Juan, part of the Install team was great and I'm lucky to have had him work on my car both times. I had a question about the Remus Race Exhaust and it was very easy to contact them, Kevin helped me out a lot on what rear diffuser i should get with my exhaust and it was very easy. Overall great experience and a lot of help i will defiantly order more parts from them! thank you Kevin you were awesome!

All I got to say is professional. I given five stars from their website organization to their store spotless absolutely amazing very clean and inviting and you actually have a big window you could see your car getting worked on Alan did a great job very professional kind and polite and he actually call you if you want not just emailing you like you're a dead object and Mike the mechanic did a wonderful job on my vehicle. Everyone is very kind inviting. I've been in the car seen for many years!!!!!

I've also been LTBMW and treated like a third class citizen.. But this place is totally different.. For me it's here to stay. I recommend anyone to go there.

Came here to change the intake on my 2012 BMW 328i to an injen. The staff was very friendly and professional. They managed to squeeze me in same day which was very appreciated. Inside the waiting room it was very clean, air conditioned, stocked with free air water and a TV for customers to browse while waiting for their work to be done. They also had multiple electrical outlets for you to plug in, as well as USB ports in case all you brought was a USB cord. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I saw them talking to customers and giving out free advice to help someone try to troubleshoot an issue. I will eventually be back to replace the exhaust. Highly recommend this place. Check out their website and blogs too. That's how I decided on what modifications to make to my car.

Bought a m-tech rear bumper for my E92, awesome fitment easy to install and great service. Alan got my shipment out super fast and was really easy to work with. Great product, don't stress about the quality.

Purchased a CF front splitter for the 2012 BMW this summer. I went through one of the most highly rated BMW repair/mod shops in the PacNW. It was an atrocious fitting piece. Called ModB numerous times and cs was terrible at getting back to me or to the shop with our concern. This BMW shop deals with suppliers all across the country and told me that this experience is the worse they've seen in terms of customer service and quality parts. We didn't want a refund, just another part to see if they were all as poor fitting as the one we got...maybe our splitter was just a poorly constructed piece of carbon fiber. We wanted to work with them, they were non-communicative and when they did respond, very unhelpful. Alan Wei, the apparent GM, was close to useless. Pics were sent of the poor fitting splitter and that seemed acceptable to Alan...It's way off the mark when it comes to fit that's even close to body flush for there's a gap close to 1/4" in numerous places. Looks terrible and is coming off. Bad move, Alan. He not only lost my business, this shop's business but also the local club's business. The sad part about it is that this was not that expensive of a part...If they can't do cs right on a part like this, I wouldn't trust them with anything close to expensive. Terrible customer service, poor fitting pieces that these people actually blame on the manufacturer that they buy from and then sell these pieces on to us and horrific follow up.
Stay away...there are a lot of BMW suppliers out there. Go to them, these guys don;t deserve your business or time. Shoddy all the way around.

I've owned many BMW's, but this is the first time that I've purchase any mods. I contacted Sr. Mod expert Alan Wei who was extremely helpful. He pointed me in the right direction and helped me pick out a few upgrades. I ended up getting rid of the stock chrome grills for some dual slat gloss black grills for my 640 gran coupe. Unfortunately the dealership I purchased the car from drilled front plates on. Alan suggested some bumper plugs to cover up those unsightly holes. The outcome was amazing on both of these mods! Fast communication over email and chat. I also received updates via email w/ tracking and status quickly. I'm now thinking of getting some new wheels and tires and I know where I'll be coming back for my next round of mods!

CHECK WHAT THIS COMPANY CHARGES YOU!! This is my last chance of getting noticed as I gave this company more than enough time to make things right. I placed an order for a simple $29.99 part and was charged twice. Emailing back and forth I was only offered partial refund, even though the math doesn t add up and I lost money on conversion for a higher amount (USD to CAD). I caught that I got charged twice via my bank statement. Funny how before, they were calling me every day to finish my order, now that I need to get a refund to my card, they went MIA after I provided them the required information, they didn t even say SORRY for making this mistake. If you decide to order from them, double check the actual amount they take from your card. I was planing to order more items for a significantly higher price, after this situation I will avoid them like plague.

What a lousy company, you can keep that refund! Buyer BEWARE!

An absolute stellar facility and outstanding customer service and technicians. The attention to detail was incredible as they had worked on installing an exhaust onto my S5. Will definitely ce back here for future mods.

I called these guys with an emergency Christmas order of Friday night hoping for Saturday delivery before Christmas. When I called Ron (The Owner) picked up the the phone and made it happen. Shout out for this team they have my business!

Been ordering from ModBargins for a couple years now, and nothing but good things to say about them and their products, that being said I felt they needed a little extra kudos after our last transaction.

Bought a full suspension kit for my 335i xdrive, their supplier changed the part design but not the part number, so upon delivery I ended up with a rwd set, which was incomparable with my awd set up.

Jay and Alan took full responsibility for the mix up and got me a correct set quickly, they then dealt with the supplier and got me a full refund for the parts and shipping.

Took a bit of time for the supplier to work out their mistake and issues the credit, but couldn't have done it without the peeps at ModBargins helping sort it out.

Thanks to the help of Sean who was such a great help throughout the whole process, I was able to receive and install the parts to make my 2016 M5 the monster that she is. I personally had no prior knowledge to what type of part was good, but Sean guided me as the service and quality was simply top notch! They now have a returning customer.

I've bought tons of stuff from ModBargains. Most recently a set of VMR 710 19" wheels in Hyper Black wrapped with a set of Hankook Evo 12's. Worked with Alan to spec out the order and get it shipped. Not only was the service great, but Alan worked with me over the weekend to make sure I had everything I needed to process the order on Monday morning.

Items were shipped quickly, packaged professionally, and were delivered on time and in impeccable shape.

I had ModBargains mount/balance the tires on the rims so I got a nice clean and complete package. Pricing was pretty good and Alan even turned me on to the limited run and highly exclusive Hyper-Black rims for something a little extra-special.

I'm not even sure how to articulate the experience I had with ModBargains, as I have never been in any purchase/retail/customer service disaster that I had to endure with this company. This nightmare started in May 2017. I ordered a 2018 Audi S4 at a local Audi dealership in April and was in the market for wheels that would compliment the vehicle. After much research, I decided to go with Forgestar CF5V with upgraded powder coating. My salesperson, Elliot Goodman said that it would be a 4 to 6 week lead time with actual production starting at the beginning of June. I paid the invoice in full the very same day in good faith that Modbargains will take care of me after payment was received. I was promised by my salesperson Elliot that he would update me as the status of the order progressed. I patiently waited exactly 8 weeks from June 1st with zero communication from Modbargains to email my salesperson. I did not receive any response from Elliot after my initial attempt, so I called him only to be greeted numerous times by his voicemail. I specifically requested that he contact me via phone with updates. Instead I received an email stating that he "will look into this and get back with me". I then called customer service and was told that Elliot "was busy" and that I could leave a message on his voicemail. Understandably and justifiably so, I was getting frustrated from lack of communication from Elliot and the customer service department. I then emailed and left several voicemails to the general manager Alan Wei, only to be even more appalled by their gross disregard for their customers, as the general manager remained mute and unresponsive throughout the entire ordeal. I finally received a call from Elliot that evening saying that there was an issue with my order. It turns out after two months of waiting the wheels weren't even in production due to a complete breakdown of communication between Modbargains and Forgestar. Elliot finally called me back and said that he would put a rush on the order and that it will only take another 2 weeks max for the wheels to be delivered. Elliot again made empty promises that he would "handle this situation personally and give me daily updates". Another month passed with absolutely no communication from Modbargains and no delivery of the order that I already paid for. I again attempted to reach out to Elliot my salesperson and the general manager Alan. Again my communications to Elliot and the general manager Alan were ignored. I was completely fed up and exhausted from being held hostage from this company and requested a full refund if they were unable to follow through. Magically after requesting the refund, the wheels were shipped 3 days later. This is the worst retail experience I have ever had. I find it extremely sad and pathetic that I received my vehicle way before receiving the wheels. Employees and even the general manager at Modbargains has zero regard for their customers. A warning for people who do not live in California and are thinking about placing an order with Modbargains, they make empty promises and pathetic excuses for their incompetence. Needless to say I will never do business with them again. If I could I would rate this company zero stars.

Update: I think it's very suspicious that shortly after I wrote this bad review naming Elliot and Alan, someone by the name of "micheal chen" posts a five star review also naming Elliot. As another post mentioned, how many of these five star reviews are real and not just their friends and family posting. Buyer beware of this place.

So far so good. picked up a sets of vmr wheels and Alan Wei helped me on ordering the wheels. will update once the wheels are mounted.

Finally got issues resolved; despite delays in response they were able to take care of an RMA.

A friend turned me onto ModBargains and I found the wheels I'd dreamed of. Super friendly and crazy efficient. Recommended? YES!

I have purchased some things for my E46 from Modbargains over the years and recently a wheel/tire set from them for my M235i and the experience from beginning to end was stellar. Elliott in sales was super helpful and patient with all my questions. Highly recommend!

I've purchased a few items at ModBargains but it has not been my go-to store. Recently my son purchased some VMR wheels and he got really good help from Kevin. As simple as purchasing wheels seems there are a lot of little details which make it so you can't be sure they will fit. That said having an expert like Kevin is really helpful. I liked the wheels so much I thought I would pick up another set for myself. I started an online chat and got Kevin (by chance) but he remembered my son and was again very helpful and patient since I was struggling with color, TPMS's and other issues. Bottom line is that chatting with Kevin is a game changer and makes ModBargins a go-to store for me.

These guys have great service online. I have yet to visit them in-person, but Jurrian has been extremely helpful and receptive to my needs. A+ so far.

Wow, ordered through the phone for the new VMR V801 and had Elliott helping me. He was knowledgeable, fast to respond and helpful. The staff there is awesome. They even ship to APO/FPO. Im from California but currently overseas but I would like to visit modbargains some day. Great spot! Amazing help! Excited to get my wheels. Thanks Elliott and everyone at Modbargains! I have been with modbargains for years and their team has always been great and easy to work with. Alan has been always easy to reach and responsive. Great customer services! Their technicians are super nice as well and they pay great attention to all the details. If you want your car to be in good hands check modbargains out first!

Where to begin? This is by far the worst vendor that I have ever dealt with. I called about their advertised "price matching", and inquired about an aftermarket BMW bumper that was on eBay sold by a company called Selma, and the bumper was manufactured by a company named "good go", and I told them that. They said that they don't price match with eBay sellers, because they can't guarantee the quality of the product. So, I asked who manufactured the Mod Bargains bumpers, and the salesman replied that they didn't know. I placed the order, waited for freight shipping time from CA to MD, and when it got here, it was completely the wrong bumper. However, on the inside of the bumper was the manufacturers stamp. Yep, "good go", the same as on eBay for $200 cheaper, and free shipping, which not only is ModBargains overpriced, but they charged $125 for shipping. They apparently have no quality control, and their customer service is the worst! After I told them that they sent the wrong bumper, they said to take pics and they'd get back to me. They never did, so I had to contact them again. They told me that they had my correct bumper to be dropped off when the incorrect one was being picked up, and then changed the story. They did that twice, plain lied, didn't care about the customer, but only wanted their incorrect bumper back. They went on to say that they would only send the correct bumper out after they received the incorrect one that they sent me. So, I guess that it was my fault that I received the wrong bumper, and have to wait even longer. But wait, when I told them that I needed the new bumper and had lost a $150 deposit, they admitted that they don't even have the bumper that I ordered in stock. I'm still waiting for a call back from them as to when I can expect the correct bumper that I overpaid for a month ago. They refuse to refund my money until they get the incorrect bumper back and "inspect it". ModBargains is just plain horrible with their business practices, honesty, customer service, and they have zero respect or concern for the customer. They have zero integrity. I'll update this when I hear back from them, and this has been resolved. I'm probably going to have to check with them daily, because they likely won't be in any hurry to get this resolved in an acceptable amount of time. Bottom line is, I would not recommend doing any business with ModBargains, and would tell everyone to shop around first.

Great experience with them. I order custom wheels for my car, they assisted in sizing, and everything fit flush and perfect.

Overall excellent products and service. Had a slight hiccup with receiving a wrong part but it was quickly remedied and couldn t be happier. Alan and his team did a great job. And quality top notch parts.

ModBargains and Kevin McDonnell specifically, have been wonderful to work with! I was ordering customized wheels for the first time, one of those situations where you better make sure you get it right or you have some expensive lawn ornaments! Kevin patiently answered a million questions, offered advice, related to my situation using his personal experience/ride and sent me countless pictures. I was a bit needier than their average sale and despite being almost 2,000 miles away we handled everything remotely. I can't say enough good things. It will be a while before they arrive, and hopefully I can come back and update with pics and more details then!

Modbargains is definitely one of the best spots you could take your BMW for maintenance/ mods. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I want to talk about their walnut blasting service. They have an excellent price and you could feel the difference when you drive your vehicle off (direct injection vehicles). After my maintenance, instead of trying to get me to leave, we had a good conversation about some different mods for my car. They know their stuff and they are first class. An easy 5 stars for them!

I ordered a Remus Catback exhaust online. I brought it to the shop to find out I was missing a part from the exhaust. I called the Customer Service and immediately were willing to help. I emailed them as much photos and information as I could and they contacted the manufacturer. Within a couple of hours they were able to get the manufacturer to send out a missing part. Thanks to the entire Customer Service team. Definitely will recommend and looking forward to purchase in the future.

This review is long due. I took my Audi s5 there and did quite a few mods, and I was pleased for my experience there and the results. Their shop is very clean, the staffs are very professional, and most of them are true car lovers instead of snaky salesmen. They tell you exactly what they can and can not, they don't make false promises or give you misleading information, everything is by their established procedure and they do tell you in advance about every steps they are going to take and charge you accordingly. I dealt with Alan and he was great. I do have one suggestion for this place though, I know they are all straight forward gear heads, but sometime customer service and building client relationship takes more than professionalism. Try to learn to accommodate your clients to build long term relationship, instead of having the typical "I can careless for your business" attitude. Overall, great place, and thank your for your service and work ModBargain team.

I was doing a rushed autocross build and ran into a hicup with wheel spacers. I was having trouble finding exactly what I needed and was too short on time to hunt it down. I contacted Kevin at ModBargains and put it in his lap, asking him to please find something that met my criteria. I got an email later that day with a quote with all the parts I needed (that I couldn't find myself) sourced from local suppliers so they would get to me in time. Everything went off without a hitch thanks to them!

Car mods = modbargains and Alan Wei. Anything you're trying to do to your BMW, pick up the phone and call this guy. He is a God of modding. There is nothing he doesn't know, no specs he hasn't seen and no part he cannot get. Recently ordered a Dinantronics tune from him and got it direct in no time. I thought I was a car enthusiast but this guy bleeds motul oil and he's got cylinders and pistons for a heart and arteries. I bow down to this God. Alan, thank you for the parts and advices.

I own a 2005 GTO that I wanted a new wheel & tire setup for. Reached out to modbargins & they were able to get back to me quickly with information & setups for my exact car. This was great to see as the employees genuinely seem like car people, this made picking a unique setup a breeze as I was able to get pictures, information, pricing, all very quickly. Love the customer service from Gabriel & the options offered! The GTO has alot of wheel fitment issues with certain widths & offsets, Modbargins was aware of all of this from the start and knew exactly what would fit. This was incredibly refreshing to deal with, will absolutely be using modbargins again, ask for Gabriel!

I have to say, this place cares about its customers and really works hard to make sure everything is right. It's not every day that the owner emails you in regards to a problem and personally sets things straight and makes sure you're happy. For a second I wasn't sure if this was a place that I would want to do business, but now I believe they have my business whenever I need work on my car. Great place for local parts and quality work.

I bought the Eibach Springs set for my 2017 C300 Sedan and had them installed with alignment at the shop. Alan gave me the best deal and helped from the beginning to the end. I am very happy with their knowledge an services. I live in Las Vegas, NV. I'm willing to drive to California and get things done for my car at Mod Bargains. It's well worth it!

This was my first time here and it won't be my last. I was conflicted as to which lip, diffuser and spoiler I should purchase for my F80 however, Sean and Kevin aided me into the right direction. After some frustrations with my install process due to missing parts and a cancelled correction appointment the day of, Mod bargains refunded me for the outside labor required to correct the issue. It took a complaint and a large amount of time for the issue to be corrected. The team is all very nice and professional, but if you have them do installation work, be sure to get confirmation of the parts they use both before and immediately after the install while you are still on site (specifically those not visible, such as hub-centric rings if doing wheels). If an issue does arise ask for Alan, the shop manager.

Ask for Sean, he was knowledgeable and extremely patient with me over the course of a couple weeks while i was trying to figure out which wheels i wanted and never was he pushy. Because of this, I was compelled to buy my wheels and tires from them. They were also among the best for pricing. So customer service and pricing combined they can't be beat.

Let me first say that I will return to Mod Bargains for all auto parts & services. My experience with them started when I purchased an Arkym Lip with Allan & Eli (which was nothing short of good), but this review is for Jurrian's superior customer service.

Before actually purchasing from Mod Bargains, I called around for the best prices and installs. I originally wanted to purchase a suspension kit from European Auto Source since I had previously purchased my stop tech breaks from them. Upon calling them, they seemed to be uninterested and unknowledgeable of their services and prices. I asked about the installation fee, but the European Auto representative changed his price twice. It just didn't feel like he knew what he was talking about. From then I looked elsewhere.

I called Mod Bargains to inquire about a KW V2 suspension kit for my BMW 2007 328i. He was very thorough and informative as to purchasing one. He also gave me a height recommendation and hooked me up with an early and quick install from a team of 2. After install, one of the techs forgot to return my previous suspension. Jurrian made sure that it was returned to me at my earliest convenience. I asked about an alignment, and he suggested that I wait until my suspension settled in. Unfortunately, their alignment machine was out of service. Though he was nice enough to give me a referral to another competitor.

Because of his excellent service, I reach out to him via email with any of my auto concerns. I have recently emailed him about BBS rims & work wheels. Again, he was very informative about sizes, proper fitment, and pricing. I plan to return soon. He responds in a timely manner and I am confident in his recommendations. Thanks Jurrian!

AVOID THESE THIEVES. Ordered some E93 335i "M3 Style" side skirts. I specifically mentioned it was a convertible. I gave the car to a body shop to install and paint the side skirts when they arrived, unfortunately the body shop did not test fit them first but they did not even close fit - completely wrong application. Called rep, put on hold. Nothing for 15min. Called again, put on hold by rep. Called a 3rd time, upset, put to customer service. Customer service mentions a 25% re-stock fee, no return shipping and requires a pictures via email to process. Sent pictures. No response. Called again (over a week has gone by), customer service rep not available. Emailed again, no response. Called again, re-stock fee and can't return because they've been painted. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. They violate business ethics unlike any other parts distributor in the business. I called ECS tuning, they had me the right side skirts in 5 days. Never again

I chose to do business with ModBargains because they were the lowest priced on the products I was wanting and they were running a special on a package deal. I drive a 2014 Scion FR-S, and I ordered a set of Valenti taillights and a fourth brake light. I placed the order in March. After initially being told that the parts were in stock, I was only shipped the fourth brake light. I was told that the taillights were on backorder and that I would have to wait a couple of weeks. Long story short, every two weeks or so the availability kept crawling back by a couple of weeks. Every time they got a shipment of Valenti taillights, I was told that "mine weren't on the shipment" even though I kept getting told that my order would fill with the next shipment they received.

I spent a lot of time finally figuring out that they were just never going to fill my order for the parts I received. I ended up dealing with another sales rep, who talked me into getting a different style of Valentis. They installed great and work fine, but they weren't exactly what I wanted. At this point, I just settled on them because it took three months to finally get these parts.

I was initially being handled by Allison, and the experience of working with her made me want to cancel my purchase (which I actually did, and she never put in the refund request) and go with someone else, even if it would have been more expensive.

Elliott was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in taking care of me and trying to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase in the end. I wasn't completely happy, but my car finally has a nice set of taillights.

Sean is the best MOD expert you can find. If you need any parts for your vehicle SEAN is the guy to reach for. He has extremely good taste on exterior and exhaust! The guys doing the installation of the parts look like they re doing surgery. Everything is so beautifully done. They got the touch. My white F80 M3 sounds super mean and nice now!!!!!!

Bought a tire and rim package. It took a few weeks for delivery, but the tires are balanced, and TPMS worked immediately. Highly recommended!

On June 23, 2014 I purchased a wheel and tire package (VMR 810's, powder coated to gloss black, wrapped with Nitto Invo's on the front, and Toyo R888's in the rear). When I placed the order I explained to my salesman (Elliot Goodman) I needed the package by July 17, 2014, and he explained to me that it wouldn't be a problem. The shop that built my car was sponsoring an event, and my car would be there. 1st of the the wheels sat on the warehouse floor for over a week before they were sent to the powder coater. The supplier they use to powder coat the wheels had them for over 2 weeks. As explained to me this is a new supplier for MB. I'm not sure why they switched, but when a company does, it typically has to do with the profit margin. There was no sense of urgency to ensure my order was done in a timely manner. They finally received them, mounted the tires, and shipped on July 17, 2014, the same date of the event. 24 days from the time I placed my order to the time my order was shipped is completely unacceptable in my opinion. This was my first time dealing with MB and it will be the last.

I have been shopping here for a while, a few months and have been treated like family by Kevin Mcdonell, that's the man I'd go to resolve any of your BMW needs.. my current build and more to come in due time
