AVOID THESE THIEVES. Ordered some E93 335i "M3 Style" side skirts. I specifically mentioned it was a convertible. I gave the car to a body shop to install and paint the side skirts when they arrived, unfortunately the body shop did not test fit them first but they did not even close fit - completely wrong application. Called rep, put on hold. Nothing for 15min. Called again, put on hold by rep. Called a 3rd time, upset, put to customer service. Customer service mentions a 25% re-stock fee, no return shipping and requires a pictures via email to process. Sent pictures. No response. Called again (over a week has gone by), customer service rep not available. Emailed again, no response. Called again, re-stock fee and can't return because they've been painted. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. They violate business ethics unlike any other parts distributor in the business. I called ECS tuning, they had me the right side skirts in 5 days. Never again
