After some frustrations with my install process due to missing parts and a cancelled correction appointment the day of, Mod bargains refunded me for the outside labor required to correct the issue. It took a complaint and a large amount of time for the issue to be corrected. The team is all very nice and professional, but if you have them do installation work, be sure to get confirmation of the parts they use both before and immediately after the install while you are still on site (specifically those not visible, such as hub-centric rings if doing wheels). If an issue does arise ask for Alan, the shop manager.
