Modbargains is awesome! They've done modifications on all my BMWs, had an n54 e92, 2x n55 f30s, and now an e46 m3 and they have always done flawless jobs. Always gave me the best price right off the bat, even went shopping around after my quote and they were still the best. Quality work on all installations and very attentive to details. Highly recommended!

ModBargains is the only place I go to for all and everything cars! After researching parts on my own for my E93 335is I came across ModBargains through a online BMW forum thread about wheel fitment. Checked out their reviews and knowledge they shared through countless car forums. I emailed Modbargains for information on Forgestar f14s. I was contacted by Kevin McDonnell almost immediately! He definitely shared some great information and knowledge on sizing, fitting, stance, offset, etc. making sure I understood what I wanted! I was in contact through the whole process of when the wheels were being created, processed and finished! After my purchase was complete Kevin even followed up with me to make sure everything was expected. Absolute best communications and online customer service I have ever had with any shop period!!! I am usually hesitant on purchasing anything online unless I speak to someone in person. I have to say Kevin made it smooth and seamless that I didn't feel the need to actually call. Contacting only via email I felt that he was my next door neighbor =D I can't say thank you enough Kevin and Modbargians!!!! Cant wait for my next purchase! I highly recommend this company and wish it continued success!

If you're looking for a place that prides themselves on their customer service (waiting room has comfy couches, bottled water, coffee, tv's equipped with primesticks, etc.) and an inventory to match, look no further! Thanks to the guys over at Avant Garde wheels for the referral.

In case you have any questions regarding pricing or what will work best for your car, just shoot Alan or Kevin an email and they'll take care of you. If you're ready to get anything installed, shoot Alan or Kevin an email and they'll take care of you. When you bring your car in to the shop, Alan or Kevin won't take care of you since they're not the mechanics, but you better believe they'll make sure you're taken care of by David or Juan. Alan, Kevin, David, and Juan aren't the only ones there, just the ones who took care of me, but I'd find it hard to believe that anyone else there wouldn't take care of you!

If you're looking to be taken care of, and more importantly, your car to be taken care of, ModBargains/ModAuto is definitely the place to go!

Half of the items I want them to install, they've told me they couldn't. Either because it's not carb legal or they just physically can't. They should might As well install the non carb legal items and make money off of it. I can literally just go to any other shop and have them installed.

Couldnt be happier with my purchase experience and working with Alan. Im overseas and needed parts shipped to an APO which can sometimes be complicated. Alan worked with me, communicated quickly and went WAY above and beyond to help me out. Ive been modding cars for a very long time and have only experienced this level of customer service one other time, its rare and hard to find in the aftermarket part industry. I'm a bit late writing this review but realized I should write since the high rating is the only reason I drove way out here, but found that the service I received doesn't match the rating. This was my first time doing business with modbargains. This place looks good both online (including ratings) and on site. But think of a pretty container with a bow on it, problem is when you open it, it's full of dirt. First I thought it was weird that you get charged when making an appointment, but after making the appointment by phone, I was informed that customers are charged a $50 cancellation/reschedule fee which I would believe is because the original/second time they scheduled an appointment could have went to another customer had they not cancelled/rescheduled resulting in an inconvenience.. potential business for ModBargains which may result in a loss. But for ModBargains to cause an inconvenience on a customer because they failed to ask the necessary questions (whether the customer has a manual or automatic transmission) when setting up an appointment, to insure they could perform service a customer asked and paid for, only to have the customer show up after coming from more than an hour away (which they were aware and asked if I can arrive early so the car can cool), and then at that point tell me they cannot perform a service, means the customer also has a loss in time and money. And then for ModBargains to not return the funds for a service not performed until the customer calls and asks for it a week later, then again a month later, and not at least waive the cancellation fee for an added inconvenience (which is far worse than appointment cancellation/rescheduling) now placed on the customer by ModBargains, really is bad business. It seems to me ModBargains wouldn't have had the honesty or decency to return the funds for a service they didn't perform if they weren't asked to. It also appears as though ModBargains thinks they're better than the customer.. if a customer makes a mistake they get charged, if ModBargains makes a mistake they don't own up to it. Sad thing is I told the Co-Founder Mike Brown about what was going on as far as not getting the refund for a service not performed, and while Blake (sales rep) lied to him stating that he tried to contact me and left a voicemail which he never did.. apparently Mike still believed him.

Sorry, but ModBargains inability to take care of customers properly let's me know I should never come back.

Don't forget, word of mouth is a businesses most powerful asset or worst asset, without it no one would know about a business, or people would hear nothing but bad things about a business. ModBargains is not the only custom shop out there. Don't be fooled by the ratings. Who knows how many of those are real reviews or just them having friends write good reviews to get better ratings than deserved.

This place has the best customer service I've ever received from an online mods retailer. Ask to speak to Blake Brunner he is THE MAN to talk to when you have questions. Knew the answers to all my questions before I even asked them. Bought some VMR wheels and couldn't be happier with my customer experience. Great customer service, great product knowledge and amazing price! Just cant beat that. Do yourself a favor and call them for your next mod purchase... you will no be disappointed! DO IT!!!!

I bought some valentine tail lights for my Subaru brz and when I received them I didn't really like the color I decided that smoked tail lights would look better and he was more than happy to exchange them.

Kevin@modbargains offered excellent (rare) customer service and was very patient with me regarding my purchase. He put together the package I requested making for a streamlined ordering process and called the manufacturer to secure inventory. Overall an excellent experience.

Never ever again!!!!!! No accountability!!!! Purchased a supercharger with tune and after waiting over a month for the parts, the tuner doesn t work. No one can help because they just resell the parts. If you wanna feel like your $8,000 doesn t matter, use these guys. Waste of my time, money and patience.

Great customer service and Alan always takes care of his customer!

My son ordered a 3 piece tail light kit. We only received the 2 main lights and the 3rd light was not in the box. My son called and asked if the 3rd light could be sent. They gave him the run around. Then I called a few days later and they asked for a photo of the box, so I emailed them a photo of the box. They said they were going to check with their warehouse and get back to me the next day. I didn't hear back from anyone the following day.
I waited a few days and then called again. The rep this time told me to send a follow up email to the customer service email, which I did. Still no response. I waited a few more days. I called again and the rep said that they were busy due to black Friday. I asked if he could at least give me a status and he said that from their notes it said I had sent them a picture so they were still looking into it.
I guess I'll have to wait a few more days. But what a way to treat a customer. I guess I won't be purchasing items from here anymore.
I still haven't gotten an answer or the part that was missing!!!

We drove down from San Jose to have the bumper covers installed that my son had ordered, had them painted and installed. There were minimal issues with the paint job and the job was completed as expected. Back at home, a local '01 M3 owner said my son's choice looks better than his car and was a good price.

The wheel I purchased for my 05M3 are excellent quality. The process of ordering was made easy by Jurrian's expertise. My vehicle looks great with these new 19" wheels and the handling is improved.

I spoke with Sean on the online chat to order a brake set for my E93 BMW. He was incredibly helpful in picking up everything I need. He even helped me get a few OEM parts at a much lower price than my local dealer. I will definitely be contacting them again for all of my BMW needs.

Have worked with Modbargains multiple times now: to buy various parts for my E46 M2 in 2008-2010, then again for my F80 M3 in 2015-2016, and most recently in 2018. These guys are hands down the best prices you can find, quality inventory, and everyone in the sales department is an asbolute pleasure to work with.

Specifically, I have worked with Sean in sales multiple times now and he is an absolute rockstar! He understands the customer, doesn't come off as combative or frustrated, and rather finds creative ways to find middle ground on negotiating a deal. Even with tough negotiations, he maintained his composure and professionalism EVERY time we engaged in a sales cycle.

I own a 05 Cadillac CTS-V since 04. Have been looking for a great 6 lug set of wheels for my car. Called Modbargin, talked to Elliott about F40 Forgestar wheels. He gave me prices over the phone, all info about tire size, shipping date also shipped them to my installer. Would buy from them again. Highly recommended. These pics are car & Wheels.

Saw this company at Bimmerfest. Was interested in ordering a part and the distributor recommendeded them. Was surprised at how rude one of their reps were. Definitely changed my mind about doing business with them.

So I had a problem with my purchase the first time I order something from Mod Bargains. A guy named Kevin was extremely helpful and fixed my order. So I decided to give these guys another chance, but this time I got screwed over by a girl name Allison. I ordered some H&R spacers and my total came out to about $307 with free shipping and I even recieved a email with an invoice saying that s how much I was gonna be charged , but it was declined due to address mismatch. So I called and talked to a girl named Allison and got my order fixed , but she failed to tell me that I was gonna be charged an extra $35 for shipping instead of free shipping. I found out the next day by looking at my email and recieving another invoice this time with a different amount of about $342. I tried calling to cancel my order because I thought I was gonna be charged $307 with free shipping not $342. Since the order had been shipped I couldn t cancel it and now I m being forced to pay a 25% restocking fee and I m gonna lose some money. Allison didn t even try to make it right or even apologize for the inconvenience. They are now 2 for 2 on messing up my order I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone.

They shipped the wrong bumper to me but immedeitely correct the mistake.
