I ordered a Remus Catback exhaust online. I brought it to the shop to find out I was missing a part from the exhaust. I called the Customer Service and immediately were willing to help. I emailed them as much photos and information as I could and they contacted the manufacturer. Within a couple of hours they were able to get the manufacturer to send out a missing part. Thanks to the entire Customer Service team. Definitely will recommend and looking forward to purchase in the future.
