Came here to change the intake on my 2012 BMW 328i to an injen. The staff was very friendly and professional. They managed to squeeze me in same day which was very appreciated. Inside the waiting room it was very clean, air conditioned, stocked with free air water and a TV for customers to browse while waiting for their work to be done. They also had multiple electrical outlets for you to plug in, as well as USB ports in case all you brought was a USB cord. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I saw them talking to customers and giving out free advice to help someone try to troubleshoot an issue. I will eventually be back to replace the exhaust. Highly recommend this place.
